The trial produced some good results, albeit a brief trial, but having tweaked a few things and ran it over the same days I have managed to get the system to give me what would have been 9 out of 9 naps. As I feel this is quite an achievement, I have decided to try to make it pay. The system: The system has been tweaked by not allowing myself to ignore selections just because they are too short a price, in the event of a tie for nap, going for the one in a smaller field (less rivals to beat, thus less rivals to beat it) and sticking to the criteria of course, distance, type, going, form & class of race. All these factors will be used when the naps are calculated. The staking plan: The tables below cover a half-year period & should be self explanatory. The idea is to start with just 10pts, divide it into 10 units and bet 1 unit a day for 7 days. Every saturday night the bank is recalculated by dividing it by 10. This means we could never be wiped out completely in one week. Providing a profit is made for the week, the stakes will will increase, but there is strictly no loss chasing. I have shown how the stakes and banks would increase on 20% a week profit from stake & even on a 50% profit on stake. A profit on stake of 20% a week is the equivalent of a 1/5 shot winning everyday. A profit on stake of 50% a week is the equivalent of a 1/2 shot winning everyday. As most of the winning selections were above 1/2, I am confident that we could achieve a target somewhere between the 2 example shown, even with a loser or 2 each week.
