Not likely to get in much game play till next week now , but this strategy seems to be working only playing when focused and relaxed , played 12 Sit N Goes today cashing in half them and winning 5 out of those 6 that got heads up in.

Summary

Not my best day on my 1st reasonable days action in a while , started off with a few MTTs nothing really happened then tried playing my usual Sit n Go's but that is where I became a little frustrated bubbling the 1st 3 I played and then bubbling again in 1 the next 2 I played. Tried my hand that Satellite SnG's as these seem to be a bit softer and won a few  tourney $ back , before trying my luck on the Spin N Go's not something i'd normally do but won a $9 profit in them to make sure the dent to bankroll was only a $13 loss which can't complain as its been smooth running till now. 

Tomorrow I'll lay out a plan of action before play so that their is structure to my game selection.

Movement back in a upwards direction , only won 4 of the 12 I got heads up in but don't feel like did much wrong and was short stacked in quite a few with at least a 3:1 deficit but still happy with a 46.2% ITM today and cashed more $3.50's than $1.50's so the profit today covered yesterday's losses and gave a slight profit

Summary 

Well the effort I put in to try get a decent result in a MTT today didn't pay off won a bit back at the end in Sit n Goes but even those didn't get off to the greatest in the 1st 4 or 5 didn't cash , the MTT's were particularly in frustrating but sometimes your hands don't hold and in a session of 15 MTTs anything can happen is a few bust hands and spots that could of played a bit more optimal but i'm still on a learning curve and realising how far I have to go to be the player I want to be and that their will always be bumps in the road no matter how good I get as I push myself to get better results.

9.30am Hot $2.20 : 1145th of 2418 , Shoved 12bb with AJ called by Q10off 
9.40am $2.20 8 Game : 1st of 109 $49.89 , came into FT as 6th of 6 and ended up laddering to 5th then knocked out each of the other 4 opponents , 
                      start HU as a 3:2 underdog but win a few key hands to give me a 4:1 chip lead twice have him all in but he finds the right 
                      cards on last draw of Triple Draw and beat my QQ with K2s then he takes a 3:2 lead he asks for deal I say only if 50/50 and 
                      play for remaining $4.89 he agreed , maybe I should just played on my he played a lot looser after the deal so think it worked
                      out well in the end. 
7.15pm 82c Turbo : 396th of 3524 $1.32 , Had Kings in Big Blind and call all in vs KJ shortie & A7 big stack , here's what happened

Started with some bad luck down over $35 in my 6 max SnG's left them for them for the Spins when about $20 down including the 45 Man bad beat , lost a few buy in's to start with there as well before built some momentum and end back into a positive position for the day , went back to the SnGs and got some profit and end the night with a couple of MTTs and go 2 for 2 only min-cashes. 

Actually loved out the Bubble Dash is set up turbo till money basically then slows down a bit. 

Overall pretty standard day and why it's good that playing with a decent about of buy-in's so we can absorb the relatively small lose to start until everything evens out , got some notes on the better regs in these games which is helping but not many that totally unhappy to have on table is still plenty of 'fun' players to go around for micro reg's.

So despite a day off work turned out actually had other stuff that needed to do that meant no time to sit and play MTTs unfortunately , but still managed to eek out $12 profit in about a hour before bed.

Only played Spin n Go's actually finding these quite enjoyable , many people playing far too loose in early stages and making big mistakes and my play seems to be improving in them too only won 34.1% so basically our fair share but won a couple of $18s so that helped me run above EV in prize pool winnings today.

Side Note : 

Currently played 276 $3 Spins for profit of $42 so a ROI of 5% despite running about $14 below EV, with improvements that making reckon can improve to a 10% ROI which would be pretty decent , still not the same thrill as going deep in MTTs.

Only played quick games experimenting with the $3.75 Sat's to Sunday Storm and the $3 Spin n Go's , definitely fair to say that the Spin n Go's are a lot more fishy and even at these low limits in the Sat's there seemed to be a decent number of Reg's possibly grinding out a low ROI in low rake games but not something I could see myself investing much time in to be honest they are deffo softer on a sunday when players actually indeed on playing their seat instead of taking T$. Indeed took a slight knock of about $9 but thats less than 3BI's over 32 Games where cashed 10 and bubbled 8 so hard to judge. The Spin n Go's run pretty well despite losing a 10x multipler spin still getting $36 profit over 24 games

so a profit of $403.23 which I'm very happy with considering have cut down the amount of time and days play , run well in some spots but think mostly made good decisions.
