They played well in their last match on the road at Freiburg, winning 3-2. At home this season, Mainz have done well to lose only 4 matches out of 14 attempts. They tend to draw more often than not with 6 draws over these 14 home league contests, with an overall total of 13 draws in 29 league matches. Schalke have strung together some solid road performances recently. 3 straight road draws in league play against tough opponents in Augsburg and Wolfsburg to boot. A 0-0 away draw at Augsburg followed by a 1-1 road draw at Wolfsburg have the club buzzing with hope entering the year’s final stages. This should help their confidence entering a tough Mainz environment Friday as they try to escape the early season 7 road losses in their 1st 11 away league contests.

Re: Bundesliga > April 24th - 26th "only 8 points out from Europa League" the combination of the words "only" and "8 points" with 5 rounds to go gets me confused. But I agree that a draw is a likely outcome of this match, as Schalke is not playing good at all recently, while Mainz is just so unstable you never quite know what to expect from them. But Schalke needs to qualify for europe, so they should actually win this.

Re: Bundesliga > April 24th - 26th Can't see a thread for 2.BuLi, so I'll post it here... :) St.Pauli (3.07 at Pinnacle) to beat Heidenheim It's all about motivation here as St.Pauli fights hardly to avoid a relegation. However, they're still a very good side IMO, surely stronger than Heidenheim, so I find this price very valuable. Heidenheim are no mugs, plus they have no pressure on their back, so they've got a bit of an edge in today's match, but I'm gonna stick to a more quality side who'll undoubtedly be fired up for this one.
