Re: Serie A TIM > November 8th & 9th Fiorentina V Napoli Napoli +0.25 @ 1.763 Matchbook > 5% BR I feel the market is slightly generous towards Napoli in this situation as I don’t see a huge home advantage for Fiorentina here. Under coach Vincenzo Montella, Fiorentina like to press high into opposition territory, they play some nice football on the ground with a midfield trio that is slick in possession. Unfortunately this midfield trio (Pizarro, Valero and Aquilani) is not so good without the ball and talented opposition teams tend to cut through them like a knife through butter. Fiorentina were caught out too many times against the big teams at home last season and I expect Napoli to cause them a few problems tomorrow with the array of attacking talent they’ll have on display. Napoli are very dangerous on the counter-attack and are one of the strongest away sides in the division. Their style of play is well suited to exploit Fiorentina’s vulnerabilities. After a poor start to the campaign Napoli are starting to gain some momentum with victories over Roma and more recently Young Boys. They’ve now managed two clean sheets in a row which is also an encouraging sign given their early defensive problems. Looking at the table we can also see that Fiorentina can’t really afford to sit back here as they are 6pts off the coveted champions league zone while Napoli are just 1pt away with a superior goal difference. Fiorentina could really do with a victory here but this dynamic is likely to play into Napoli’s hands as the away side can just sit back and counter when the opportunities present themselves. Both sides will create some decent chances here but Napoli’s chance conversion rate is finally starting to improve and I feel the azzurri are in a good moment just now. It’s fine margins but I think Napoli are slightly big here, to get them on the +0.25 line in this situation is a bit excessive so I will back the away side.

Re: Serie A TIM > November 8th & 9th Roma is in 2nd. They're lacking some important defenders recently (Maicon, etc.). However, Torino is coming from 12th place. Remember that two of Roma's recent losses were to Bayern Munich in Champions League. I predict a close match with Roma the victor in the end.

Serie A has been a tough marketplace in the early part of this season with not many pricing errors. Nice to get the full win before international break, let's see what we can do in the middle phase of the campaign.
