Re: Alfred Dunhill Links Championship > October 2nd - 5th Tournament preview: 1pt ew M.Warren to win Dunhill Links 45/1 Bet365 (1/4 1-5) I’m not one for backing Ryder Cup players this week. That tournament takes an awful lot out of players mentally as well as physically and throw in the potential strong celebrations for winning and I just don’t see the value. One man I do see the value in though is Marc Warren. Warren has played some really good golf in 2014 and has already won a title in Denmark but even on links courses he has impressed. He was in the final group on Sunday at the Scottish Open where Justin Rose wasn’t for beating and he was right in the mix for much of the first three rounds of The Open before a poor final round cost him but he’s shown good form in this in the past, should know the courses well being from Scotland and has got results in the wind so the Scot looks overpriced at 45/1 even in a field of this strength. You know Els loves the links challenge. He has gone on record time and again to say that. He has won two Open Championships so he has all the shots and having boldly claimed he has refound his putting stroke thanks to a tip from someone in America he might just have his game in place to put up another strong performance on links courses. Molinari has won in Scotland in the past having been a former winner of the Scottish Open and he put up an excellent showing in The Open earlier in the year. He goes into this event in good form having posted top 15 finishes in his last three tournaments including a top five in a strong field in Wales two weeks ago and all of that coupled with previous links successes makes him a good bet this week. Re: Alfred Dunhill Links Championship > October 2nd - 5th Louis Oosthuizen 33/1 1/4 1-3 Boyles~Going to have a cheeky bet on Oos here he ripped this course up yesterday with a -10 under round for the day he is just 2 strokes behind the leading bunch bar Oliver Wilson who is currently 3 a head of the bunch 5 in hand f Oos. Wilson could well fall in a heap here today Mcilroy is the main threat but no value at 2/1 IMO. Oos the South African is a former major winner @ 6 time european tour winner has loads of experience and if he has a round anything like like yesterday he can get right in the mix here. He loves this course it suits his game this is where he won the 2010 open 33's is to big not to have a e/w play.
