It is the last round of the Paraguayan apertura and Nacional welcomes Guarani. Nacional is on fifth with 30 points while Guarani is on second with 43 points. Nacional already gave up on the apertura some time ago and there is little hope for them in the cummulative table as they are woping 17 points behind Libertad. Guarani on the other hand will finish second in theapertura but the points will do nicely for the cummulative table and for Copa Libertadores and SudAmericana. Nacional is in bad form form for some time now and the players just wait for some time off especially with the Copa Libertadores semis in months time. So the coach will give rest for the first squad and the reserve players will be given a chance. Some of those have not played a minute this season. Guarani is in excellent form lately with 7 wins from the last 8 matches. And that 5:5 draw against Cerro Porteno was like a win as they came back from 4:1 at half time. The lineup for the guests is not confirmed but as I read threw their articles they want this win and will field almost the best squad. When these two teams meet the guest usually take more points and with the imperative and strength clearly on the away side this could be a huge away win.
