kevshat
Bangladesh and India play a 3 match ODI series this week to continue their preparations for the World Cup. I don't think this series is on UK TV so I'm not sure how many markets there will be or how much interest but all thoughts/bets on the series in here please :ok. ani_lfc
Re: Bangladesh vs India - ODI Series Haven't posted here in a while but I think its time for me to start putting my 2 cents in! India go to Bangladesh for a 3 match ODI Series but are leaving most of the big guns at home so its going to be a team of youngsters/ non regulars with all of them trying they're best to book a seat to London Heathrow for the upcoming series with England. CricInfo have predicted a starting line up of 1 Robin Uthappa, 2 Cheteshwar Pujara, 3 Ajinkya Rahane, 4 Suresh Raina (capt), 5 Ambati Rayudu/Manoj Tiwary, 6 Wriddhiman Saha (wk), 7 Parvez Rasool /Akshar Patel, 8 Amit Mishra, 9 Vinay Kumar, 10 Mohit Sharma, 11 Umesh Yadav. India to win the series is a best priced 1.4 with Ladbrokes which I wont be touching. A 3-0 correct scoreline is best priced 2.88 which again I think is to low. One bet I will be taking is opener Robin Uthappa to be Top India Series Batsman which in my opinion is decently priced at 4.75 with Unibet. Even though Robin's last ODI was way back in 2008 he's had a really good IPL season scoring 660 Runs and winning himself the orange cap whilst helping his team to lift the trophy. It seems that Shakir Dhawan is out of form so there's possibly an openers spot up for grabs in the limited overs side and I cant see why Robin Uthappa cant claim it for himself with 3 solid knocks against the Bangladesh team. 4 Points, Robin Uthappa Top Indian Series Batsman @ 4.75 Unibet
