Re: Sky Bet Championship > April 25th & 26th Worth backing ipswich who still have a decent chance of making the play offs. Burnley dont have anything to play for now that leicester have won the league. Will be a party anyway for burnley the result wont matter much for them.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > April 25th & 26th

What about tomorrow Brighton matc? Any injures? Im thinkng about Brighton home win with handicap 0-1 ? Does Yeovil will with ambitious or will play direct from holidays?
I backed Brighton last week. Blackpool needed a wonder strike to earn the draw and didn't do much else apparently, but neither did Brighton after that. That's two 1-1 draws in a row now, against poor teams. They should beat Yeovil of course, but it will an acca bet for me at most

Re: Sky Bet Championship > April 25th & 26th Brighton – Yeovil Brighton come into the game undefeated in 6 but that only includes 2 wins. Looking beyond that they have actually only won 2 in 9. A home draw against struggling Blackpool shows theyare no dead certs for this game. Yeovil are as good as down but with a record of 1-5-4 in their last ten (draws away to Blackburn, Leicester,Wigan) shows they are capable of pulling off the odd surprise. Whilst Brighton need a win to sneak into the play offs, I hope a bit of nervousness creeps into their playand Yeovil can capitalise. To me a price of 19/2 only belongs in the Premiership Yeovil are capable of a surprise here. 1pt Yeovil to win @ 19/2 @BetVictor 2pts Lay Brighton @ 1.4 on Betfair Doncaster – Reading Whilst Doncaster desperately need a win to fight off relegation, Reading need a win to stay in the final play off position. Doncaster are freefalling towards the relegation zone having picked up just 1 point, against relegation rivals Millwall, in their last 5 games. Doncaster’s home advantage is well and truly levelled out when you consider Reading have already won 10 times onthe road this season. Given Doncasters home form of 9-4-9 this season, there’sa good chance this coin will land on Reading’s side come Saturday. 5pts Reading to win @ 5/4with Pinnacle, BetVictor, PaddyPower, Coral Middlesbrough – Barnsley Middlesbrough have followed up an impressive run of 4 straight wins with two defeats against Reading and Millwall. They do however have an impressive home record of 9-9-4 and will fancy their chances against relegation threatened Barnsley. Boro’s form after Christmas has been much improved from the poor early season form that saw Tony Mowbray axed and things look like they might finally be coming together for Aitor Karanka’s men. Barnsley will be no pushovers though given they are desperately fighting for their lives and defeat here could see them relegated. I don’t see a great deal of difference in quality between Brighton and Middlesbrough or Yeovil and Barnsley yet theodds for their respective matches differ greatly (albeit Brighton and Barnsley having more to fight for). 3pts Middlesbrough to win @ 23/20with BetVictor QPR – Millwall Millwall, fighting off the threat of relegation caused by their early season form under Steve Lomas, come into this London derby undefeated in 6 and with 4 recent wins. QPR have been inconsistent for the last three quarter’s of the season and I see no reason to fear them here.Having struggled with automatic promotion in sight for most of the season, I don’t see them raising their game enough with their play off place secured against a Millwall side that will be right up for this game. Two wins from six doesn’t particularly impress either.5pts Lay QPR if @ evens on Betfair

Re: Sky Bet Championship > April 25th & 26th 3pts Brighton to win by 1 goal 29/10 Ladbrokes I think Brighton will have enough to win this match but I would be surprised if it is an easy win because Yeovil are sure to go out fighting. Brighton are often guilty of not being ruthless in front of goal and with Yeovil scrapping for their lives this may be a tight win for Brighton but with the win being the important thing that won’t matter to them at all. Re: Sky Bet Championship > April 25th & 26th Sheff Wed v Bolton Bolton have won 3 drawn 3 and lost 0 of their last 6 away games. Sheffield Wednesday have in their last 3 home games lost 3-2 to charlton drawn 3-3 with blackburn and lost 4-1 to watford. First and second choice wednesday right backs and palmer and buxton are injured. Stuart Gray will likely move the influential lee back from midfield or play a left back out of position. He is also likely to involve youngsters stobbs and betra (probably from the bench). Loovens is carrying an injury and onyewu looking forward to the world cup and trying to avoid injury. i think that the most likely result is a bolton win probably 2-1 the 13/5 vc looks too big. Bolton tend to be miserly and wednesday the opposite. Last 6 wednesday scores: 2-3,4-2,3-3,3-3,1-2,1-4. over 2.5 goals also looks likely. Recommended Bets: over 2.5 goals 10/11 ladbrokes 4 pts bolton to win 13/5 victor chandler 2 pts

Re: Sky Bet Championship > April 25th & 26th Aren't Yeovil already down while Brighton "need" the win? That would possibly sway me from opposing Brighton. Difficult to say how motivated Yeovil will be, especially after conceding that late goal to Huddersfield last Monday.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > April 25th & 26th 3pts Ipswich to beat Burnley 23/10 BetVictor Ipswich have had a couple of disappointing results but they have a chance of winning this game because Burnley have achieved their aim and we’ve seen with Leicester already this season how hard it is to get yourselves up for games knowing the job is complete. Ipswich will be giving this everything while Dyche may use the game to get some time into his fringe players so the Tractor Boys on a draw no bet looks a fair play to me. Re: Sky Bet Championship > April 25th & 26th Brighton v Yeovil Yeovil look value here to me at odds of over 10.0 Sure, they are effectively relegated already. The advantage that gives them is that they can play with no pressure. Brighton will feel they have to win here because of the competition for the final playoff place. Yeovil's recent away form has been good - one win and three draws in their last five away games including draws at Wigan and Leicester. And their recent shots on target stats are about the same as Brighton. All the pressure's on Brighton here and I think it's worth opposing them at long odds ... Yeovil +1.5 2.02 sbobet 5 points Yeovil or Draw 3.75 BetVictor 2 points Yeovil DNB 9.5 BetVictor 1 point

Re: Sky Bet Championship > April 25th & 26th QPR v Millwall Millwall don't have a bad record at Loftus Road and are sure to bring a lot of fans with them. They've drawn 2 of their last 3 league games there, losing the other. QPR's form has really dropped off recently, whereas Millwall have been on a great run of 6 games without defeat. Millwall's recent shots stats are better than QPR's by some margin, and I think they look too long here. Millwall still need points urgently. They're in better form and I think they might fight harder for the result. Millwall +0.5 1.94 188Bet Stake: 5 points

Re: Sky Bet Championship > April 25th & 26th Derby/Watford Derby won 4 in a row, and won last 4 at home. Playing a Watford side, who's playoff aspirations have gone, only 1 away win 5 but have scored in last 10 consecutive games. Derby win @2.0. Derby win & BTTS @3.5 - conceded in 4 of last games; Watford scored in last 10. side bet: Derby 2-1 @8.5 QPR/Millwall QPR already in playoffs (most likely vs. Wigan). Won 4 of last 5 home games, Millwall unbeaten in 6, won last 3 away games. They need the points more to avoid relegation. Millwall +1 @1.80 Sheff Wed/Bolton Looking at the home sides injury problems and the amount of goals at Hillsborough lately - 1-4 vs Watford, 3-3 vs Blackburn & 2-3 vs Charlton. All +3.5goals. Last 6 swfc games - 1-4, 2-1, 3-3, 3-3, 2-4, 2-3. All BTTS & +2.5goals. Bolton win @3.3 +2.5goals @1.83 side bet: +3.5goals @3.0 Wins -> Leicester @2.1, Derby @2.0, Wigan @1.44, Reading @2.20. 4 fold - @13.4. 5 fold + QPR @2.0 - @26.7.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > April 25th & 26th

Bournemouth - Nottingham why such an advantage. guests do not want to get in the playoffs?
would also to read something about this match..any info, anyone? bournemouth with nothing to play for... nottingham on the other hand has a chance to keep chasing reading and brighton and achieve the playoffs...reading has a tough match against doncaster that still fights to avoid relegation...and last match of the season is nottingham - brighton. nottingham at 3.7 kinda surprises me...

Re: Sky Bet Championship > April 25th & 26th It's virtually impossible for Bournemouth to reach the playoffs - their goal difference is awful. I wonder if they might throw everything at it today though to see if they can take it to the final day (other results depending of course). If so I quite fancy Forest (3.40) to nick what should be an open game, and over 2.5 (1.70) looks pretty nailed on.
