Re: Tetleys Challenge Cup > April 3rd - 6th Sunday TV preview: 4pts St Helens (-4) to beat Huddersfield 10/11 Skybet St Helens are looking very good at the minute and the return of Luke Walsh should in theory only strengthen them further. They have a proper set of forwards with Kyle Amor already having an excellent season and with Walsh’s creativity and kicking game you sense the Saints will get around the park ok. A lot relies on Danny Brough for the Giants and they are going to have to score a few tries to compete here but all in all I think St Helens will be too strong in this one. Re: Tetleys Challenge Cup Saturday TV preview: 4pts Leeds (-4) to beat St Helens 10/11 Paddy Power This should be an absolute classic of a cup tie and the difference in it for me could well be in the defence. Leeds have been almost impossible to breach this season. Leeds are yet to concede more than 14pts in a match all season whereas St Helens have shipped over 70 in a tough Easter period. The fact Leeds had a relatively smooth Easter should also work in their favour and the fresher side can prove just a bit too strong here. Re: Tetleys Challenge Cup Thursday preview: 3pts Keighley (+56) to beat Widnes 10/11 Bet365 I’m not convinced Keighley have a squad to make at least ten changes and still compete with an established Super League side who have been playing some nice stuff this season. Widnes are missing one or two but still have enough quality to do a job on Keighley here. How much of a job they do will depend on their professionalism but the longer this one goes the more you’d expect them to run away with it. That said 56pts is a lot to win a game by so I’ll side with the visitors to stay within nine scores here. Re: Tetleys Challenge Cup Friday preview: 3pts Leigh (+36) to beat Leeds 19/20 Spreadex I fully expect Leeds to go on and win this match but I would be surprised if Leigh roll over and have their tummies tickled. For an hour or so I expect this to be a solid battle before the extra fitness and quality Leeds have in their ranks opens the game up and starts to dominate so while I see Leeds winning I think the Centurions can stay within 36pts. Re: Tetleys Challenge Cup Saturday preview: 4pts Castleford (+10) to beat Wigan 10/11 Ladbrokes I can certainly see why Castleford are fancying their chances in this match. They are throwing the ball around and scoring plenty of tries at the minute and their confidence must be sky high going into this match. Wigan have been solid especially with all their injuries so it is dangerous to write them off but winning is everything here rather than piling up points so I think Cas have enough to stay within 10. Re: Tetleys Challenge Cup Sunday preview: 3pts Bradford (+18) to beat Warrington 10/11 Paddy Power Warrington are expected to win this match and I think they will but we’ve seen two very close quarter finals this week already and I expect this to be closer than the odds make out too. Bradford will give this everything and with a home crowd supporting them and a little bit of belief and momentum behind them they can be dangerous. I think Warrington have the match winners to come through here but perhaps not by more than three scores. Re: Tetleys Challenge Cup 4pts Leeds to beat Warrington 19/20 Spreadex This is a fascinating semi final and it should be a really high quality one as well because these two are both big game teams. Both have pretty good defences and both have the key to unlock the opposition but for my money Leeds are just slightly stronger man for man and I think that can prove the difference. Leeds have an awesome defence which can stand up to the power of the Wolves and they have enough to get it done going forward. Re: Tetleys Challenge Cup Final preview: 4pts Castleford (+8) to beat Leeds Evs Bet365 The pressure is all on Leeds in this final and while they are used to that they will be ever eager to win this one after losing a few finals recently. Castleford have been a breath of fresh air this season and they seem to know no fear. They play an expansive game and on this big Wembley pitch they could be very dangerous. Both Super League meetings between these two have been tight this season including their 24-24 draw last month and this could be close too. Eight points is a few too many for Castleford to be getting in my eyes. Full preview here: http://www.punterslounge.com/castleford-vs-leeds-betting-castleford-s-start-looks-a-bit-too-big
