Re: England > Midweek > Non-league Mar 31-Apr 3 quick thoughts, I think most punters will be on southport and Halifax this week for obvious reasons, prices will drop no doubt any reason why skelmersdale are over 2-1 at barwell? i know they have hit a sticky patch but the price seems big? I will be at the hednesford game against brackley on Tuesday, a massive game in the play off race, hope hednesford win but I cant make them favourites tbh, should be a very tight game hemel look bankers at home to chippenham, will be looking into the handicap markets at Ladbrokes

Re: England > Midweek > Non-league Mar 31-Apr 3 I should add BG that those Easibet machines in the bookies offer the same odds whatever bookmaker you go in. I have noticed that some bookies don't feature all the markets but Betfred will have the same as us. I now have access to an Easibet terminal at work so I will be able to tell you tomorrow what prices the handicap markets are on that game.

Re: England > Midweek > Non-league Mar 31-Apr 3 Southport v Braintree and Halifax v Braintree I am backing the home side here but the fact Braintree have had such a busy schedule is only a small part of it. Braintree have been superb given the amount of games they have had to play and they were massively unlucky not to get at least a point at Gateshead on Saturday. I had always targeted this game as the game too oppose Braintree as they were always going to be favs and Southport's superb home record. If Braintree had shown some signs of tiredness on Saturday then this would have been a stronger bet, but I have made plenty of late backing Southport at home and I would back them whoever they were playing especially after watching the against FGR on Thursday. I would make Southport favs for this game so the 9/5 with Hills is too big. The same goes for Braintree's game on Thursday and Halifax should be able to continue their brilliant home form. The double pays 9/2 and is worth backing. Staines v Havant I should really have been on Staines on Saturday, but they should win again. Havant have been in very good form, but they struggled on Saturday at Chelmsford and given Staines results at home they are worth backing at 23/20 with BetVictor. Altrincham v Boston Boston have only beaten Histon in their last 8 away games, whilst Alty have won 7 of their last 8 matches and they can win again. Price of 21/20 seems solid. Treble Gloucester can beat an Oxford side who are awful away from home. Eastleigh should beat a badly out of form Bishops Stortford and Dulwich can beat Bury in the Ryman Prem. Treble pays 3.4/1 with BetVictor

Re: England > Midweek > Non-league Mar 31-Apr 3 When I was looking at handicap prices last week I looked on the machine in Coral and -1 for whichever team was 23/10, walked down the road to look in Ladbrokes and it was 5/2, so I don't think they're necessarily the same on them all (small possibility the price changed during the 3 or 4 minutes gap between shops)

Should be the same as the same provider. The arrangement as i understand it is the company that runs the ssbts rents the space from the bookie who collects either rent/commission from turnover, the bookie themselves is unconcerned with results from them. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

Re: England > Midweek > Non-league Mar 31-Apr 3

Won't the Southport/Halifax double be treat as a related contingency seeing as they both play Braintree' date=' I don't know the answer but I'd suspect it would.[/quote'] Bet365 let me put the double on - and they're kings of the related contingency.... I'm always falling foul of their stupid rules in that regard

Won't the Southport/Halifax double be treat as a related contingency seeing as they both play Braintree' date=' I don't know the answer but I'd suspect it would.[/quote'] I thought that too but also found bet 365 let me place the bet. At worse they void it. Sent from my GT-I8190N using PL Forum

Re: England > Midweek > Non-league Mar 31-Apr 3 hope they void it before the first leg wins for you, not after. I myself stupidly placed a 6-fold with both baintree games in it. hope they dont void the acca once it has some winning legs already.

Re: England > Midweek > Non-league Mar 31-Apr 3 Halifax - Braintree Conference Premier England Thursday 3/4 20:45 Prediction: Halifax Odds: 2,00 Stake: 5/10 units Bookmaker: Unibet A few games tonight, however our first bet of Q2 is a game on Thursday. Braintree, currently placed 8th and 2 points behind Halifax in 6th place, however Braintree with 2 games in hand. We back a Halifax who has been fenomenal at home all season, and is at the moment on absolute topform with 5 straight wins, in their last home game they won against Luton 2-0. Braintree has played 4 matches in the last week, and is playing tonight (Tuesday) also away to Southport. Main reasoning for this bet: Halifax in great shape at the moment, been very consistent at home all season winning 15/20 matches there. Braintree with an absolutely crazy schedule, travelling long distances lately and surely they will find it very tough away to Halifax. A few bookmakers with odds on this one at the moment, more will open up after Braintree´s game tonight. But evens on this one looks quite decent.

Hi mate, Yes focusing on League 1 and below, might change for next season. But always better focusing on a few areas. Got 107% ROI on lower league predictions here on PL during Q4/Q1. 124 Predictions in total. Looking to improve these numbers in Q2. Many good punters here, its inspirational to be here! ##feedback to the forum, I think all serious punters/tipsters should start providing their stats on their predictions maybe in units or whatever most suited for each one individually## Good luck!!

I think this is one way to make this forum already better, everyone who can should be keeping stats on their predictions. Is this an initiative PL managment would support? It could easily be done in for example units. Makes it all more professional and gives any potential followers an understanding of every tipsters performance. Personally I/we take pride in our numbers/stats.

Re: England > Midweek > Non-league Mar 31-Apr 3

anybody you follow in here mate?
Myself, always trying to be as early out with my/our predictions as possible. I've been around in the business for many years, but it was actually MEATMAN who lead me to PL. Great tipster even though he neither shows any stats. Addpea, ships, allthethings etc. Great guys! Many good tipsters here. Their awards speaks for themselves. However I do think and I have always thought its very important to keep stats of your bets. But its a bit time consuming so I understand not all people want/can do it. But its necessary to take the forum to the next level. Maybe PL management can think of something.

Re: England > Midweek > Non-league Mar 31-Apr 3 Fair play to Braintree that was a massive performance tonight. Like I said I wasn't taking them on because of tiredness and they just keep on going. I hope they make the playoffs because they deserve it. Sent from my GT-I8190N using PL Forum

Re: England > Midweek > Non-league Mar 31-Apr 3 I was sure glad I stayed away from Dartford, as I would have aged considerably tonight. I ordinarily like to take Luton on away from home, and for awhile there it looked like the home side would hold, but I didn't like the look of it tonight. Got lucky, as did any number of Luton backers.

Yes fairplay to Braintree' date=' i have a bundle on Halifax at 2.15 and 2.1 for Thursday night, i'll be getting rid of some of it.[/quote'] Don't .. Braintree will struggle away to Halifax which is a completely different game than Southport away .. Add some more on Halifax! Halifax 1,75 here in our eyes. Good luck!
