Real took and early lead through Benzema and instead of letting their heads drop as is their tradition against Real, Koke turned on the edge of the box and sent a beautiful strike into the bottom corner and then the other midfielder (can't remember name) sent a long range rocket into the top corner to go to half time 2-1 up. In the second half Real Madrid started up the white ballet as usual and commenced the waves of attacking raids on the Atletico box to tightened the screws and apply the pressure. And just as it looked like Atletico had enough about them defensively to see out the narrow win, Ronaldo somewhat fortunatley found himself with the ball in the box and even though he was off balance, managed to get a shot away to the side of the goal. 2-2 it finished. I was surprised at how intense and vicious they came out vs Real 2 weeks ago and if they match that performance I think the chances of them winning are high. Now they don't need to win but they will be motivated at home with the world watching them against a famous club. They want to show how strong they are. Also Honda is cup tied and captain Montolivo suspended. Milan are fresh from losing 1-0 thanks to a tap in from "old man Di Natale" but admittedly Seedorf did rest a bunch of players with this match the priority. We all know about Milan and the CL and I am usually the one explaining to people not to oppose Milan in their precious competition regardless of current circumstances. However in the first leg I didn't because of one reason, Seedorf. Very limited experience and the guy was playing in the Brazilian league very recently. If Allegri was still here maybe he could of conjured something up but... Will have the Madrid straight win @ 1.50 with Sportsbet in a double with something else. They are playing some lovely stuff on home soil and with Milan struggling both for form and personnel I would expect the home side to come through with a bit in hand here too. AC Milan will have to go for it which should in theory only play into Madrid’s hands so I see a win for the hosts here. But in a break Simeone realised that in the second half Milan's nothing dangerous in fact created + team physically added and it resulted in a goal from Atletico Madrid. Los Colchoneros will now play at home. Do not need go far in winter at Vicente Calderon could not score Barcelona, ??Sociedad , Valencia (twice) and Athletic + in the group stage of the Champions League Atletico missed at home only 1 goal in three appearances, to score ... against Atletico in their field - a very complex task. Balotelli still suffers from problems with the head, not in the form Pazzini , midfield extremely inefficient and uncreative. Milan in the first leg defended quite large forces (right Poli entire match was guarding the mattress left back in their half of the field) , because Seedorf knows that if will escape - then immediately pass. 0:1 is not a tragedy , the important thing here is not to miss at the beginning of the meeting - can keep the 0:0 , but in the end go to storm and hope that will be able to score. So from the Rossoneri I do not expect an open game from the first minute. Atletico also nowhere to rush. 1:0 after the first game in the pocket , at home can just play football in position to win the middle of the field and expect to open or when the opponent makes a mistake. I recall a similar situation when Milan at home in 1/8 final Champions League Tottenham lost 0-1 , then flew to London determined to fight back, everyone expected the top (Over) and the result - 0:0. Here, too, do not expect scoring shootout. One team is stronger than the other , and one that is stronger , not necessarily a lot scoring. My prediction can go to hell, if the fastest goal Milan , for example , but considering how the Rossoneri attack looks, this alignment seems unlikely. Odds like 1.50 for Atletico against Milan are joke. Hey this is Milan! Yes they have problems but...Not Elche, Almeria or other spasnish team from bottom of the table. MIlan are 7 time winners in this tournament and they have great experince i european battles. Odds for Milan +1AH 2.00, Milan +0.5AH 2.50, Milan 0 4.65 and Milan 7.50 have a great value with a small stake. I will never bet on 1,50 for Atletico against Milan this is nonsense. GL. I may go for a clean sheet as Milan, despite having attacking talent no doubt, have been woefully short of ideas going forward and this Atletico defense is really tough to breach. GL.[/quote'] The only thing that can confuse here - it's a huge experience of the Italian club in the Champions League. But the experience of this case is relative, especially since it has not all players in Milan this experience. In all other components Milan to Atletico inferior. Start with the fact that Madrid this season simply irresistible at home. In the first match Milan lost 1-0, there is a chance still , but very illusive.
