Valencia lost 3 players today due financial crisis at the club. Leverkusen hired guardado for the season. Pabon went to sao paolo and helder postiga went to lazio. Now' date=' they are even more depleted. Will be a walk over for Barca this weekend![/quote'] There are strong rumours Banega is going to join Atletico tomorrow and Canales is virtually signed for Sociedad for 3.5m, whatever way you look at it they are going to be signing and selling players all day tomorrow to try and sort the squad out and get some money in, Keita is 34 and has been playing in China for 2 years so I don't see him being the answer. This is no preparation at all to be facing Barca at the Nou at 4pm on Saturday! There will probably be at least a couple of players making their debut's and Valencia are an average away side anyway. I think bookies price this match up differently to most because it is Valencia and they have images of Mata, Soldado, Isco and the rest but they are an average team who has had it's guts ripped out by all the debt. Barcelona look playable for me here, most of the first choice players didn't play too much on Wed and Fabregas and Sanchez are in superb form, they have beaten Valencia in the last 7 games at the Camp Nou and 5 of those were by 2 or more goals. Barcelona -1.5AH - 1.46 - pinnacle - 10 Points Barcelona -2.0AH - 1.68 - pinnacle - 10 Points

Re: La Liga > January 31st - February 3rd True that. Valencia was once a top team but it's years ago now. Again, they have to sell their best players cause the club just simply can't manage in a proper way. A shame for their fans and staff. Even with these players Barcan would rape them cause they are hitting top form again. Rested a couple of players in midweek and this is a perfect match for Messi to score a couple of goals. He is always eager and hungry! Even if Valencia manages to get some new players they don't have time to adapt and they will be weaker than before. I expect a easy win for the home side and -1.5 and -2.5 are bets I like to go big on for this one. J.pereira is also suspended now they are vulnerable without their 2 regular full backs. Feghouli is back from a injury and this is the list that travelled to camp nou. Porteros:

Diego

Alves, Vicent Guaita. Defensas: Barragán, Ricardo

Costa

, Rúben Vezo, Mathieu, Bernat. Centrocampistas: Oriol, Javi Fuego, Dani Parejo, Pablo Piatti, Portu, Feghouli, Míchel, Róber Ibáñez,

Fede

.Delanteros: Fede, Vargas, Jonas y Paco Alcácer. I'm really curious how Valencia will cope with all these big chances. Banega and Canales also both not included. I have no doubts Barca will come out gun blazing in this game. High stakes it is!

Re: La Liga > January 31st - February 3rd Good Evening. :loon Soccer / Football. Spain. La Liga. 22th round Granada - Celta Vigo Forecast: Over 5,5 Yellow Cards | Odds: 1.85 Date of event: 31.01.2014 Let's take an insight into the outcome and total... In Spain, the 22th round of the championship begins on January 31. Both teams are close in the standings. The first round meeting , held in Vigo, ended with the score 1-1. The home team had a great advantage , and naturally the first who scored. After 29 minutes, the exact impact was marked by Rafinha. In the second half the visitors managed to get one of theyr few moments , and even to score. Piti was the author of the goal. In the remaining time Celta had attempted to snatch victory , but the score remained unchanged. Bookmakers put clear favorite Granada, with which I dont agree. The only thing that really makes Granada a slight favorite it is a factor of his field. But 2.10 - it's too small for the team's victory , which for the entire season in 11 home games, scored only 10 points out of 33 possible. Granada lately is not all right in the attack. Team this year held four match, and 3 of them failed to score. In turn, Celta plays fairly open and attacking football , yet her coach Luis Enrique - a graduate of Barcelona football school , hence the tendency to a modern football. Celta in the final round scored 4 goals against Betis , and throughout the season by the number of shots on goal in the away matches Celta - not an outsider. So, I think , Celta are able to score , and Granada with his feeble attack hardly answer two goals. What I love about series - is the fact that Celta already lost four away games in a row. This series definitely needs to be interrupted because Celta is not hopeless. Of these four lesions only once Celta played really bad. Espanyol lost 1-0 , conceding on the 88th minute in an equal game. Real Madrid lost - well, so at the Santiago Bernabeu all lose. With extravaganza lost in Sociedad 4:3 , and at one point 1:3 lead Celta , but then red card, and hold the advantage in the minority failed... In short , quite Celta can bite off points from a team that essentially no stronger. Two weeks ago, Granada could not beat Osasuna at home , and even failed to score (0-0). In the last 5 matches Granada scored only one victory over Real Valladolid, a side from the relegation zone. It's time to take a point at least for Celta - and they are capable to do it in Granada. By the way, Celta away does not have any draw - especially since the game is sure to be careful , no one wants to risk ,a draw is the most likely outcome - a defeat sen to the relegation zone , while a draw would allow to keep the relative safety and more. Well, for the outcome: fancy the DC X2 as for the total goals , if Granada will score first it will be Under 2.5 - if the opposite will happen, Over 2.5 My prediction, based on stats... Yellow Cards... * Granada with an average of 2.9 / match * Celta with an average of 2.3 / match The numbers indicate that the favorite line to take should be Under 5.5 as they make an average of 5.2 between the two teams, but considering that this match will be refereed by Mateo Lahoz , this guy is showing too many cards with an average of 6.4 per game and I anticipate that this match will be pretty intense. I'm going to take the Over 5.5 priced at 1.85 with Bet365 - a direct red card will be counted as two yellows (!) If you do not agree with the prediction of Granada v Celta - waiting for your comments!

Re: La Liga > January 31st - February 3rd As a Malaga season ticket holder I can tell you:- Malaga are starting to play in a tight organised way under the German Manager Shuster. Scoring goals is their problem. They have been playing with Roque Santa Cruz as the lead striker for most of the season but he is injured for tonights game (and a bit passed it anyway). I cant see them scoring tonight but then again think they will not want to lose the Andalucian derby so a 0-0 at 9/1 looks tempting.

to be honest i think sevilla is going to beat them easily. malaga just don't have much attacking force while sevilla have raketic in midfield who will create chances and their are not goal shy. sevilla win

Re: La Liga > January 31st - February 3rd Messi misses an absolute sitter to finish off one of the best team goals you'll see ever see. I had Barca -1.5 with high stakes and a Barca and Everton double chance in play at 2/1 with medium stakes. Atrocious start to the weekend, I'm still in disbelief about that Messi chance.

Re: La Liga > January 31st - February 3rd Again, one of the weirdest results in the last decade and it always favours the bookies.. Unbelievable barcelona lost this game of all their matches.. Big news about valencia, without a lot of regulars chaos in the team big depts and they suddenly beat Barcelona in camp nou? Ofcourse they do when there are hugh stakes on barcelona -1 and -2. It was the perfect timing for Barca to keep their winning streak alive and they failed miserably.. How on earth can they concede 3 goals.. I don't care about the money but it's just so hard to understand how this could happen especially today. It's always in the bookies favor and not the other way around funny thing..

Re: La Liga > January 31st - February 3rd martino is bad coach and he can't get the best out of messi. he is also out of form also big time. he scored penalty tonight but otherwise is nowhere near the level as before. its was shocking result but barcelona played a messy game who left themselves open to easy counter attacks

Re: La Liga > January 31st - February 3rd yup cost me big as well. csk csk csk. this week all my bankers in big big value accas have lost. Chelsea lost @1.17 when it was the only losing leg in a 30/1 acca and now barca cost me 4 double digit accas which had cardiff and schalke and a few others in them. I think its best to avoid these skinny skinny priced teams in the future. But with all the info we had on valencia, still hard to fathom how barca didnt at least win, let alone cover the handciaps. this week must be bookies best week for many years.

Re: La Liga > January 31st - February 3rd

I had a lot more on this than I listed here and this has cost me serious money. Terrible day for me.
I would take Barca -1.5 at those odds against similar opposition every time, we were seriously unlucky. I can't believe they couldn't find an equaliser in the last 30 minutes even though they were extremely poor at times with a number of players misplacing simple passes. No matter how good Iniesta is with the ball at his feet his indecisiveness in front of goal has always been his biggest downfall and to be one of the best attacking players around you can't be shot shy. He had a great chance to equalise but instead squared the ball which was easily intercepted. Barca are going to have to have a serious look at themselves defensively and even going forward if they are going to compete with the likes of Bayern for the Champions League. Iniesta, Xavi, Puyol and Dani Alves are on the decline and they've already lost David Villa who were all key players during the Pep era. There's going to be serious pressure on Messi to continue his amazing form as well as Fabregas and Neymar to step up as the big money signings in recent times. They're still a wonderful side but unless Tata can send them up another gear in the short run you feel the Champions League and maybe even in La Liga with Atletico and Real in such good form will be a step to far. I just get the feeling Tata will need more time to make the transition from the Pep years to the new generation and with sides like Real, Bayern and Atletico playing such good football at the moment they'll be hard to beat with a side in transition.

There was clear value on this bet I think and we were just unlucky. Barca will probably win their next 5 home games by 2 goals or more but I think we must be wary that this side is not as good as the Barca of 2009 to 2012.

Re: La Liga > January 31st - February 3rd

Good Evening.
FT 1-2 Cards 3-3

Re: La Liga > January 31st - February 3rd Let's bet on the Andalusian derby on Saturday at 23.00 , Malaga -Sevilla As you all know used to be a very hot and full of controversies. Therefore, although I must admit that I am not an expert in the card market and almost never forecast this, I have ventured to bet after analyzing the markets. I see a lot of value to share , because I think both teams will come out with some fighting spirit on the pitch. Also both teams have to go to death if want to keep fighting the European places (Sevilla), while Malaga all know that is not in a good location only drop two points and nerves are close to the relegation. Sevilla clearly better for this game, I do not see an inch in Malaga improvement and I think that will continue and become a candidate for relegation. Sevilla gets to attack. It's amazing how the game Sevilla against Levante took dozens of times shots, Malaga is much weaker back especially with the missing of Weligton. Gamez seems to have recovered and will play in defense. On offense Malaga has 4 games without scoring (444 minutes) and still above have low Roque Santa Cruz which was his main reference. As for the goals, looks an Over 2.5 - for the outcome, the favorite Sevilla, remind to take them -0.25 for the victory Tips: * Red Card at 2.50 Betsson * Sevilla (-0.25) at 2.25 Pinnacle

Re: La Liga > January 31st - February 3rd Have to be honest looking forward Man City -1.0AH is 4.0 against Barca? I know people won't be tempted because the game is so far away but how the Barca defence is looking surely this has to be given a look.. Perhaps I'm just pis**d off because of todays result! Messi certainly looks totally impotent atm, Sanchez is having a great season but I'm not sure how the game is going to go in a few weeks..if City really go for it I certainly think they could take a 2 or 3 goal advantage to Spain.

Re: La Liga > January 31st - February 3rd Malaga v Sevilla Just a quick note. Sevilla have been BTTS in 10 of their last 10 games away. So probably worth a punt on the three related bets O25 goals 4 units BTTS 2 and probably Sevilla to win, based on the low scoring numbers from Malaga 2 units

Re: La Liga > January 31st - February 3rd It's just a bad day I guess. I took Manchester to win the Race to 7 Corners in play when they were 4:1 up and it lost, Stoke actually beating them at that. And I really went high stakes :-/ Then staked medium again on Porto and everything went in bookies favour. It's just that day...

Re: La Liga > January 31st - February 3rd 2014-02-03 Villareal vrs. Osasuna Osasuna have won some games away from home, but they have not beaten any one of the decent sides . their wins are against Betis 1-2, Valladolid 0-1. Every good side they have played away has smacked them this season. Valencia beat them 3-0, Sociedad gave them a 5-0 backhand, and Sevilla won. Against their equals (Granada 0-0, and Celta 1-1) they have done ok. Villareal have been pretty good this season at home. They have had excellent results against quality teams (2-2 Real Madrid, 4-1 Valencia,5-1 Sociedad, 1-1 Ath Madrid) Which Villareal team shows up is the question ? They seem unmotivated / focused against the average / poor quality. They should have too much class and talent for Osasuna in this game . I like the 'home team scores first and home win bet which is about 1.65 for 2 units
