Re: La Liga > January 24th - 27th CELTA VIGO - BETIS Well, such players and low level of the game put a pretty good (mid-table level), but no luck so unlucky this Celta. To be honest , the team deserves a place much higher than 17. Luis Enrique players share of the relegation zone 3 points and this victory is very important for them. And playing at home think will help the team , because in the last home games appear pretty good, even defeated Valencia last home match. The enemy is such bad that you can continue the series and dispel the myth bad luck for the team. Green and White just awful act this season and last place is quite natural. Last Betis won in the championship 29.09.2013 (!). Level of play is just awful and there are no signs for improving the game. And the loss of the team are very large, will not play: Xavi Torres, Nono, Nosa, Eder Vilarchao, Juan Carlos, Joan Verdú, Álvaro Vadillo. Very bad. Atletico this season are very solid and give away nothing but know how to find the net. They will be mad at conceding a late penalty last week to draw 1-1 when Barca also drew and they could have been leaders of La Liga. So I expect there will be a determination to get straight back on the horse here against a team who will come at them. Rayo attack at home and they won't change that for Atleico to their demise. Atl Madrid will like nothing more than to sit back absorb any forward thrusts from Rayo and then break with deadly counters. That's why I think this could get messy for the team with the worst home defence (23 conceded in 9 matches). The have also lost 4 of last 5 league matches. After draws with Barca and Sevilla Simeone's men have the perfect opportunity to get back in the winners' circle and go top (at least momentarily if Barca beat Malaga) with a convincing win on Sunday. One of the draws was against Ath MAdrid. They have won 4 second halves by a 2 or more goal margin, scoring 17 goals and conceding just 2. Only the other Basque club Ath Bilbao have a better 2nd half home record in Spain. The odds for the home win (1.55) are not fantastic but on pure form, goal scoring and winning momentum it's a GIFT. Re: La Liga > January 24th - 27th Sociedad did'nt play that well. Were very sloppy on the ball. Elche were poor, but the SOciedad finishing was excellent. Griezmann probably going to CHelsea, while Vella's goal at the beginning of the 2nd half was a settler Let's push on for a MEGA week !
