Re: La Liga > January 10th - 13th I am looking at the Athletic Bilbao v Almeria game Just looking at the 1st and 2nd half stats it is amazing as to how good Athletic are in the 2nd half of home games. In 9 home games they have a 1st half record of 3-3-3 (w/d/l). 2nd Half they are fantastic winning 7 and drawing 2 of 9 games. They have outscored their opponents 12-4 in 2nd halves. To put this in perspective. Their 2nd half home performance is better than R Madrid, Barcelona, and Ath. Madrid which says plenty to me. I am going for Ath Bilbao to win the second half against Almeria at terrific odds of 1.75 (betvictor and willimahill) for 6 units (max for me)

Couldn't agree more. Bilbao are back to their best after a terrible season 12\13. Home ground is a fortress with 7 wins and 2 draws. They lost there last 2 games but deserved something out of both matches. They battered betis in the cup and on another day should have beaten them by at least 2 goals. I will be taking them on an Asian handicap as I see a 3-1 scoreline as most likely outcome. They will be fired up to get back too winning ways.

Re: La Liga > January 10th - 13th Granada-Valladolid 1 @2,1 WH stake 3 No draw at home for Granada, so we also should consider that statistically this can become the final result. But Valladolid not playing so well without his main key man Ebert, adding also Alvaro Rubio, Osorio and Garcia. Home without Diakhate Ighalo, Yebda . Fran rico and Murillo may carry some niggles and are doubts, so their form should not be theyr best tonight if employed. Let's stay with home factor in this one.

Re: La Liga > January 10th - 13th i personally think Athletico have been the best side in spain this season , is thats because of Messi being missing ?? who knows but i think the prices available on Athletico are fantastic , they have the best CF in the division in the form of Costa and in Koke they have one of the most creative players in Spain , Messi is not fully fit and in recent times , i feel Barca seem to struggle against top sides ( i dont think you can win all the time with 10 midfielders on the pitch ) Back Ath Madrid WIN 2pts @3.4 Back Ath Madrid +0.25 3pts @ 1.95 Back Ath Madrid DC 5 pts @ 1.75

Re: La Liga > January 10th - 13th Getafe Team Goals Over 1,5 at 1,83 is my bet here for now. A derby against the worst defense in the league should see the home team picking up all 3 points. I see the game going Over 2,5 Goals too, but with Getafe I've learned the hard way to be more cautious. The hosts had a really tough schedule recently and I see them getting back on track today. GL

Re: La Liga > January 10th - 13th Espanyol v Real Madrid Madrid score so many goals, that over 3.5 in their games can really be equated to over 2.5 goals with other teams. Away they are an absolute goal machine, and Ronaldo and Bale together is the best strike, pace , goal partnership in football. Defensively not the best (and will probably lose to Chelsea, Man City, Bayern in the champions league at some stage). But powerhouse goal scoring with a suspect defense is a great combination for over 2.5/over 3.5 goals etc In their last 8 away they have scored 21 goals conceding 13, for a GPG avg of 4.25 Happy to take the over 3.5 match goals at odds of 1.75 on bwin and ladbrokes for 3 units

Re: La Liga > January 10th - 13th I al thinking also of Getafe, guest without fw Larrivey (16/2) df Arriba (14/0), and few Others. Last year both games were won by Rayo, but they are now in deep problem. But i have a sensation of a draw; i will search additional info for now. Guest are desperate for points, while home team must bounce back after some bad result with very good teams indeed.

Re: La Liga > January 10th - 13th Consider the final match of the 19th round of the Spanish Championship , which will take Villarreal at home Real Sociedad. Both teams are fighting for 4th place, giving the right to play in the Champions League next season. Villarreal in the last matches frankly stalled , only two wins in their last 6 meetings and the team is already on the 6th place, 5 points behind 4th Bilbao. Of the last 5 home games have not won any , a kind of Aston Villa in the Spanish championship. But the opponent is now in order. Real Sociedad little flunked the start of the championship , but there was a reason , one called Champions League , the team simply did not had experience playing on two fronts , but now the Champions League and the team behind completely. In the last 5 meetings gained 5 wins and now Basques already on the 5th place -4 points of 4th Bilbao, having this game in hand. Accumulated force last year form the main attacking force Griezmann (16/12). In order fully mexican Vela (17/8). Besides Villarreal missed at least 2 goals in the last 3 meetings , while Sociedad scored at least 2 goals in 9 of the last 10 meetings in La Liga. As for the composition , then host will not play two very important midfielder Cani (15/2), Perez (12/1) and defender Iniguez (3/0). Guests out defender Cadamuro (4/0). Besides from the last 5 personal meetings the yellow submarine won only one , see no reason to second victory since Sociedad in all components at least not weaker , plus everything Villareal not very well recently played at home. I believe a series of 6 wins in a row it is really hard to achieve in such strong championship, recall Sociedad has a series of 5 wins in a row. No doubt, expecting a very open game and the bets are: Both to score 1.73 Bet365 Over 2,5 goals 1.90 Pinnacle Sociedad +0.5 1.91 Pinnacle * Villarreal have won just 3 of the last 10 home games with Real Sociedad in La Liga (=4-3) * Sociedad scored in each of the five previous matches against Villarreal * Sociedad striker Antoine Grizman can become the first player in La Liga this season to score in 6 away games in a row * Sociedad striker Carlos Vela his first goal in the Spanish La Liga, scored by right foot , held at the gate Villarreal in April 2012 , when these teams met each other for the last time (1:1) * Sociedad won 5 league games in a row, but have not won in six games in a row in La Liga since the season 1987/88 * Scoring a goal against Athletic last week , set Antoine Griezmann equal with Xabi Prieto by total goals in La Liga in the composition of Real Sociedad (36). His next goal will bring the best scorer for the Basque side in theyr history * Ikechukwu Uche, VIllareal striker scored 9 goals this season - his best result in the Spanish La Liga * Sociedad players made ??this season a total of 192 fouls - least of all teams in La Liga. And this is one of the four teams in Spain , whose players this season, not even once got a red card - Superb! * After 18 rounds in the asset of Villarreal 31 points. Never a rookie team (new promoted) in the history of La Liga did not finish the first round with 34 points recruited Ikechukwu Uche anytime 2.20 Bet365 Antoine Griezmann anytime 3.75 Bet365
