Intro Each race selected will be either a 5pt ew bet or 10pt win bet. There is no scientific formula, I study form, ratings, horses for courses, trainer form, jockey bookings & draw bias. There could be 1 bet a day or even 10 bets a day. I will use this as my betting diary as I did last year. This year I will introduce some ante post bets to see if I can nick some good prices. Starts Saturday at Kempton.
