Re: World Grand Prix 7th-13th October Great shout on Pipe to win his quarter KS :clap. Final preview: 4pts Over 8.5 sets 5/4 Skybet This should be a better final than either of the semi finals were. The odds on over 8.5 sets look a little on the large side to me. Dave Chisnall is no mug and while I don’t think his doubling will hold up over 11 sets I do believe he can take three sets as there will be times when he clicks on the doubles which put with his heavy scoring can see him halfway to the target at least. I like over 8.5 sets here. Full preview here: http://www.punterslounge.com/taylor-vs-chisnall-betting-grand-prix-final-can-be-longer-than-bookmakers-predict

Re: World Grand Prix 7th-13th October Cheers Kev. Just a couple of correct scores for me in the final; Phil Taylor to win 6-3 @ 4/1 Phil Taylor to win 6-4 @ 6/1 Im hoping Chisnall turns up, because we all know Taylor will. Over this format, im not so sure Chisnall is consistent enough on the doubles, in or out, to do anything other than take a few sets. Its all down to the start, he needs to set off in top gear and put Phil under pressure. He knows he can beat him, and has done previously, but I just have a feeling it might be an hurdle to far tonight. Big game for him, and a lot of pressure on, I reckon a win puts him in the Premier League without question. (probably will be anyway) Another cracking tourney, and plenty of good picks in here. Well done again lads.

The crowd need to stop trying to influence the matches. Booing on the doubles for the player who is winning the match. It's bang out of order and the ref and security need to work together to clamp down on this.
The crowd is what makes darts what it is. Can't imagine watching darts with the entire crowd keeping quiet, how boring would that be? I like watching how Taylor plays the crowd, nothing gets to him.
