He is just glad to be able to earn a living playing snooker so I don’t think he’ll let other things affect him like some of the outspoken top players do. We know Bingham can beat anyone on his day and we know he can win these tournaments. He eased through his Indian Open qualifier here earlier in the week and is in the opposite half of the draw to the Robertson, O’Sullivan, Higgins half so at 25/1 to four places he looks a tidy bet this week. Re: Bluebell Wood Open (ET3) 15-17 Aug Friday previews: 4pts M.O'Donnell to beat J.White Evs Stan James Although he’s played a few matches since his foot operation I wouldn’t have thought Jimmy would be able to have got much practice in so he will be a little rusty still and all the talk is that he isn’t 100% at the minute, understandably. O’Donnell is a perfectly capable customer who has some winning momentum behind him and I think he looks a decent bet to beat a less than 100% Whirlwind. Highfield has plenty of winning momentum behind him and he’s probably the better player of the two as well so he has more than enough going for him to warrant a punt at 4/5. Bond used to be very consistent but that hasn’t been the case this season and he appears to be below his best at the minute. I always think Bond is better over longer than the best of seven format so I like the Indian at odds against here.
