Re: The Single Life Sunday -Finland - INTER TURKU v RoPS has seen the home side win 7/7 corresponding fixtures. [ 8-2-0 inc Cup games back to 1999] and scored 26 to RoPS 's 3 At home this season INTER has a record of 3-4-2 and are now out of the Europa qualifiers . They managed a creditable win away at 3rd placed VPS before being put out of Europe and the 2 defeats were against the 3rd and 4th placed teams in the league. RoPS have a very poor away record so far , 0-2-7 and those draws were against the bottom 2 sides in the league . They have scored a measly 4 goals from those 9 aways . The h2h and RoPS's away form point to the home win but it's countered by the fact that INTER have won only 3 homes from 9 and scored only once in the last 5 competitive games . I'm happy enough to believe that RoPS won't win but i can't take the home win with a strong degree of conviction loking at current home form , therefore i'm happy enough to take advantage of the DRAW-NO-BET market in which INTER are quoted at 1.53 on Betfair Sportsbook. Re: The Single Life Once again i'll take a chance on betting on the opening day of a league , this one being over in UKRAINE . Monday see's METALIST KHARKIV take on METALURG DONETSTK in a fixture that has seen the home side win 6 of the last 8 corresponding fixtures [ other 2 were draws ] with a goal difference of 15 - 5 . In all competitive games since July 2012 METALIST have a home record of 15-1-3 , of those 3 defeats one was against the eventual league winners SHAKTAR and one was a 1-0 loss to NEWCASTLE in the Europa league [a penalty decided that game]. They have also had 3 competitive friendlies so far this season and won all 3 . In the last 8 opening day fixtures for METALIST they have won 6 and drawn 2 ..and those 2 were away's. METALURG DONETSTK did manage to win 6 games away from home last season but they were against side's who were placed 8,9,10,12,14 and 16 of 16 in the final table ...basically they only managed one away win against a side in the top half of the league [the 8th placed team] It's a risk but with the h2h's and METALIST's home record compared to METALURG's away record of last season i think the 1.45 available is worth taking. M.L.S - K-o 3:30 on Weds morning ---------------------------------- CHIVAS v TORONTO has ended in a home win in 5/5 corresponding fixtures since Aug 2010. [ Toronto have scored only 1 goal in those 5 ] At home CHIVAS are 2-2-5 , scoring 9 and conceding 16. Not great by any means but they have been showing promise in their recent match's and are showing signs of settling down , with the debut of former U.S captain Bocanegra due in this game . Their last 3 games have all been aways but have they have managed 2 draws from those 3 and are back on home ground since June 30th. TORONTO have an away record of 1-2-6 with that single victory coming against the only side below them in the east Conference , DC Utd . They have had to travel to this game after an away defeat to Philadelphia only 3 days ago . They have lost their captain since that game . The first target i have is to double the bank before the 1st of August ..i believe that's achievable as long as i stick to the rules and criteria i given myself . So , to the next wager which is being played on Friday over in Belarus where BATE play DNEPR MOGILEV in a fixture that has seen BATE win 12 of the 15 played since '98. BATE have a home record this season of 6-1-1 , both non-wins were against teams in 3rd and 4th place in the table. They hace scored 20 and conceded 7 at home . DNEPR are 0-3-5 away from home with 2 of those draws being against sides currently in 8th and 12th [bottom]. Thanks and :welcome zenith7. No intentions of stopping mate , will be looking to increase the initial stake to 15 or possibly 20pts while considering how the effect of doubling the stake while maybe changing to doubles instead of trebles will affect the profit margins. Options are open !!

Re: The Single Life 2 games today - POLAND - LEGIA v W LODZ has seen the home side win 9 of the past 10 corresponding fixture's , with LODZ only managing to score 2 goals in those 10 games [LEGIA scored 20 ! ] This is day one of the Ekstraklasa so no there's obviously no recent league form to go on . Last season LEGIA lost only once at home in the league all season and are one of the favs to win it this season. They won 3-1 away in Wales mid-week in their CL preliminary . WIDZEW LODZ are in trouble even before the kick-off today as they have severe financial problems which has placed them in a position where they can only sign free transfers on top of which they have lost 3/4 of their best players from last season . This match k-o at 17.00 [bst] Later on [19.30 bst] over in the UKRAINE we have M DONETSK taking on KARPATY in a fixture that has seen DONETSK win all 6 of the last 6 meetings at home with a goal difference of 13 - 2. Both started the league campaign last week with DONETSK narrowly losing 1-0 away to one of the favs to win the league , M KARKHIV [ a game which was a selection of this thread] Before that they had won 3 and drawn 2 of their friendlies. KARPATY have lost 2 of their 3 pre-season friendlies and lost 2-0 at home last week to the side who finished 12 of 16 last season. They have only twice away from home in the last 2 season's So today we start with 10pts on LEGIA @ 1.35

Re: The Single Life HONKA 1-0 :loon Returned 18.55pts Monday - Iceland - FRAM take on OLAFSVIK who only won promotion this season but they lost the reverse fixture 3-1 just 4 weeks ago , FRAM did win 2 league cup ties in 2011 and '12 and and won an Icelandic Cup game to OLAFSVIK in 2013 after penalties. OLAFSVIK seem to be finding it hard in the Pepsidelid with a 0-1-4 away record and have only managed 3 goals and conceded 8 in those 5 aways . FRAM are 2-2-1 at home and they managed a win and a draw against the 2nd and 3rd placed teams in the league in their last 2 home games , OLAFSVIK are in 11th [of 12] place in the table. Don't know if i missed any selections today but there's one over in the MLS later on Sunday morning.. VANCOUVER beat PHILADELPHIA 1-0 in their only recent meeting in this fixture . VANCOUVER have a home record of 7-3-0 at home this season , scoring 23 and conceding 12. The stats are strong enough , ok maybe the h2h could be better , but MINIERO won the Copa in midweek after extra time and pens . Ligue 2 has usually been fruitful for Under 2.5 betting and ISTRES v ANGERS is a good example of that with no less than 11 from 14 past home and away meeting's ending in UNDER 2.5 while in this corresponding match it's 6/7 [5/5 in Ligue 2] Both teams were Under 2.5 in last season's 1st games , ISTRES have had 3 from 4 of their 1st home league games since 09/10 end Under [the other had 2 goals in the last 9 mins] ISTRES scored 24 and conceded 20 at home last season and their 1st four homes last season all ended Under 2.5.
