HastGill1
Re: FC Bayern München v Arsenal > Wed 13th March Just wow what was the game plan of Bayern? To make Arsenal look like fcuking world beaters apparently..it worked.
TotoSchillaci
Re: FC Bayern München v Arsenal > Wed 13th March What about over 2.5? Arsenal must score 3 and Bayern are free to attack at home. Wenger let on he had an "ambitious" game plan in the works for this match which implies an all out blitzfrieg to try and stun the Germans early in the match. It's the only way really....what do you guys think of overs then? Disgusted with bayern :@
IAmGooner
Re: FC Bayern München v Arsenal > Wed 13th March Well, that was a shock eh. Some 4/9 shot. Bayern are a top side but they do have a tendency to fail in the latter stages - nearly happened tonight and I suspect it will soon enough. AlanJenkins2
Re: FC Bayern München v Arsenal > Wed 13th March It turns out Arsenal were up for it - and Bayern weren't prepared for that situation psychologically -when they'd thought the tie won. Aidymac
Re: FC Bayern München v Arsenal > Wed 13th March Bayern are still a class outfit, they just got slack last night thinking the work was already done. They won't make the same mistake again, still champions league contenders.
Fedar
Re: FC Bayern München v Arsenal > Wed 13th March As a matter of fact, it might be a coincidence, but whenever it happens that I watch Bayern when they are without Schweinsteiger, they play terrible football. I remember a game last year in Freiburg, when he didn't play because of a minor injury, and Bayern could barely string a few passes together. Of course, should have considered that before the game, but I will have it in mind for the future.
