Although Esteghial are third in the table and Hormozgan are fifteenth out of eighteen I believe that Hormozgan have a decent chance here of nicking at least a point. They have only lost once at home this season, and both sides average well under two goals a game. Esteghial have only hit eight league goals away from home all season. Both teams are just very tight here, and I wouldn't want to be on the away side at even money, regardless of the fact they are second. Hormozgan still seem like a pretty tough home side.
