I'm looking at a similar approach. Have you considered place only betting instead of each way which could enable you to split 5pts each way into two 5pt bets? The downside is the lack of BOG (and I don't know if Boyle's do it). This could be an excellent way of hoovering up the other places especially if the prices are decent: I'm trying to develop a lay strategy at the moment and I'd not previously considered place bets to win as part of it.
