BillyHills Posted November 16, 2012 Share Posted November 16, 2012 Qualifying The betting to be on pole position is rather predictable with Vettel the favourite from Hamilton, I think Hamilton is value at the prices as he was quickest last time round and nothing has changed for me since then. Vettel was impressive in practice but at 4/7 offers little in the way of a wager especially on a brand new circuit. Webber is a clear third favourite and should be thereabouts but doesn’t appeal as an each way bet at around 7/1 as most firms are only betting on the first two qualifiers. Jensen Button looks big at 18/1 to qualify in the first three and that looks the only worthwhile alternative. If your looking for something different then Niko Hulkenberg to make Q3 looks interesting for Force India around here. He has been absolutely superb in the 2nd half of this season and after his setback in the last GP and his scintilating drive to notch 3rd place I can only see him following that up with a win here. With McLarens reliability a worry the 12/1 about Mark Webber looks value, as does the 5/6 for him to be on the podium. In the points market Bruno Senna may be worth risking at odds against if he can just keep his car on track for Williams who have been going ok.
