They have scored 4 goals in 8 weeks and 2 of them came last week against Orduspor. That draw wasnot a result of new coach just underestimated by Orduspor. Orduspor isnot a team you can score 2 easily at their home stadium. On the other side Eskisehir won game against Karabuk 5-2 in homefield. Karabuk only lead 9 minutes after they scored first at the game. I am expecting that in Elazığspor match too. I dont think Elazığ can protect an early lead in this game against Eskisehir. Their only chance to surprise us is finding the goal lately . This means match should be kept goalless untill 80 mins. Othervise Eskisehir willnot accept an Under 2,5 Goals and lose the game at the same time !! And Elazığspor's last game against Orduspor was a slow so slow game. Shouldnt give a clue but good to know. This coach has almost equal wins-draws when he directed one of mediocre teams at that season in Superleague or in Division 1 league. With weak teams he hasnt had any success. Maybe some interesting results against stronger teams ones in a decade. With a strong team he has some good statistics. But when with weaker teams he has no magic. So Elazıg is a weaker team. If history repeats itself tonight Eskisehir will have a comfortable win. Thats all about statistics of a TD. They try to play positive and good football which Galatasaray punish with their style. I don't know Prosinecki's approach but i think its always risky to bet against a new manager. Trabzonspor have problems to score goals after selling Burak to GS. Bursaspor has troubles in middlefield after sending their star player Ozan Ipek to reserves. But both teams form are rising atm. So this game will be entertaining to watch with goals. But both teams are very very hard to beat and both manager will be happy to take a draw here. I'm guessing a draw with goals like 1-1 or 2-2 but its a no bet match for me. No bet.

On the other side Istanbulsspor never has come back from deficit.! I mean Once they conceed they even havent been able to score yet. Istanbulspor's draws came against Besiktas at first week and Orduspor at fifth week. Both of them were in homefield. Results were same 1-1. They couldnt have kept the 1-0 leading against these 2 teams. Istanbulspor couldnt score in games that they lost! Onthe other side Mersinspor has scored in every game except Orduspor match in first week finished 0-0. And other interesting information . Both teams will play against Galatasaray and Besiktas next week. As one deduction With this information both teams will be eager not to lose any point or points in this match. MersinSpor-Istanbulspor:2-0 Full Time (Both goals from Mert Nobre) Match has finished. We have had good start to Saturday. Mersin at last got their 3 points at their home. They played well. Not watched whole match but They were keeping ball quite well. I suppose Istanbulspor went there for 1 points. And their minds wee at next week's match against Galatasaray. Not clear yet. I dunno about the field of Turk Telekom Stadium's last situation. In Cluj match it was a mine field or we may say swimming pool. I suppose they couldnt do anything to make it perfect. But guess they made few renovations for this match. Weather in Istanbul Sunny but not warm. This kind of field always help teams which play defensively. Prosinecki probably will order a counter attack play. And even if he says logical orders to his team, Team players will be well aware of Galatasaray. So they maynot be as productive as they will be ordered.!! Especially after those points losts. However, Fenerbahche seems to raise a lot their motivation and display when they face good teams, and Antaliya should be considered as such since they are ahead of Fenerbahce in the table. Despite that, the only game when Antaliya played a top team, they got destroyed by Galatasaray at home. Which gives a hint that they probably are not that good and will soon drop significantly down the table. Fenerbahche must win this one because they are getting too much behind in the ranking. Their expected very high motivation for this one should probably mean that they won't oversleep the first 30-40 minutes as they do often in other home games and will push strongly from the start.

And tonight this match is without MEN supporters. This is a one funny decision from our Football Association. If a team gets a punishmet "play without supporters" that means only children and women CAN attend this game. You must imagine that frequence of sound if all women and children shouts to support their teams. :) Really annoying even if I watch on TV. I turn off sound usually. This is last match of Fenerbahce without supporters. Probably men will support from outside the stadium. After that I suppose most of supporters will join to big walking celebration of Republic. As I said it is irrelevant but why not join this celebration with a great win? :) Relevant issues: Fenerbahce has some absences. Yobo (DC) long term absence hasnot played ones yet. Meireles (DMC) regular wont be able to play . Also Mehmet Topuz(MC) may call regular wont be able to play. Also Mehmet Topal(MC) and Egemen(DC) have some minor injuries and not yet clear news whether they will play or not. According to this possible line up for Fenerbahce ill be FENERBAHÇE: Volkan, Gökhan, Bekir, Serdar, Hasan Ali, Krasic, Selçuk, Cristian, Caner, Kuyt, Sow This line up is enough to earn 3 points at homefield. I know both Fener and Galata drop points at home from time to time, but they rarely do so in a must-win situation. And I feel this one is a must-win situation, where Fener players will take this game very seriously. I feel that the bookies haven't counter this motivation factor in their 1.50 price, which is entirely based on some uncertainties in the home form of Fenerbahce (otherwise it would have been around 1.20 as it is for most other dominant teams in other leagues). But I have a question for you. Your picks seem somehow contradictory. You consider it very likely that Antaliya will score and at the same time you expect an under game and home win. Which one do you favor the most?!

Come on, mate - mistakes happen, this is not mathematics after all, it is betting. But I am surprised how miserable Fenerbahce are. They have no idea what to do with the ball - just running around like wild donkeys (main donkey - Dirk Kuyt), they did not make any good combination - they were just passing aimlessly the ball around until somebody would just aimlessly cross it into the penalty area. And to add to this, they are pathetic defensively. They have no idea what to do with the ball - just running around like wild donkeys (main donkey - Dirk Kuyt), they did not make any good combination - they were just passing aimlessly the ball around until somebody would just aimlessly cross it into the penalty area. And to add to this, they are pathetic defensively. In Turkey, as you may know, stats doesnt work usually. But gives few ideas to local people ( like me) . When I watched B.Monchengladbach, Besiktas and Bursaspor matches which Fenerbahce played, I knew too much luck worked for them. As I mentioned Antalya's players are experienced but mediocre players. Probably I should have given more credit to this variable. And No supporters threw away the pressure from Referees and rival. The worst thing I am a Mathematician :) I must find out almost all variables and criticize them and properly distribute the outcome for optional bets. This is football and I am trying Game Theory :D Anyway I am angry not coz of being wrong in my 3 predictions, I just angry coz my preview didnt include Antalya's side enough to help member of this forum to deduct this surprise result. :) I can easily write few words as reasoning and my predictions. So it wont be away match for Galatasaray and probably Galatasaray will have huge numbers of supporters than home team. Ofcourse it depends on weather coz that stadium is as if comdemned to exel . Far away and when weather is cold that place is like Artics. That may affect numbers but that will be still more than home supporters. Both teams dont have any suspended players. Mahmut Tekdemir finished his 1 match suspension and will be available for Istanbulspor( Regular 0a 0g/8 matches). On the other hand Selcuk Inan (M- 3a-1g/8 matches) and Hakan Balta (D-0a-1g/6 matches) are on the edge of 1 match suspension if they receive one more yellow card. They are both regulars but lately Riera has replaced Hakan Balta's position. Elmander(F-1a-3g/6 matches) and Melo(DM--2a-0g/8 matches) probably wont be able to play. Semih Kaya(D-0a-0g/5 matches) has begun training with team but again probably Cris ,who played well at last game and scored 1 goal, will replace him.
