There is always a fair bit of value to be had in this league, maybe members should have a closer look, most of the major layers cover the Irish League. DC would appear to be lacking the quality to mount any sort of sustained challange in this league and I would suggest that survival is already their priority this term. On the other hand the newly promoted Ballinmallard have taken the bull by the horns and clearly do not wish to return from whence they came. Recent results, including wins over Portadown and the high flying Cliftonville show they are not a team to be taken lightly. Clean sheets in both of those games indicate that they are tough at the back, which will serve as a hard task master to the DC forward line. Given a continuation of recent form and a fit squad then I will fancy Ballinmallard here. Good Luck

Re: Northern Ireland > Carling Premiership > 2012/13 Glenavon-Coleraine; Coleraine -1 AH 6/4 b 365 Glenavon have a line of mediocre form at the moment whilst Coleraine are flying high as joint league leaders with Cliftonville. Coleraine would be seen as alive threat to the league title this season even though their manager is talking it down, he speaks of a tight tough game against Glenavon, thats the right thing to say when keeping your powder dry. I believe that they are more confident that they would have you be think. Glenavon's failure to hold on to a 2 nil half time lead against an average Linfield side would appear to have halted a mini surge. Coleraine are the better side as far as I can see. GL

Cannot see any great reason to abandon them now. Mallards moved to the head of the table after beating the in form Coleraine last week. Crusaders mugged a Cliftonville side that let their guard down in a game where Crusaders usually raise their level. The Seaview residents form has not been outstanding so far this season and will be assured of a tough game in Fermanagh. Mallards were thrashed at home 0-5 by Crusaders in the Irish cup last year. That scoreline will not have been forgotten by the hosts. Time for revenge. Mallards for me. GL

Coleraine hit 3 v the Blues on Monday night. Difficult to call Swifts game but with the Whites (Martin O' Neil's old team from the Grosvenor Road) not as pants as previously and Swifts not pulling up shrubs, can't justify the 1.66. Lay home team.

They have built a very good squad and now seem to have depth and some top quality players. Ballymena are missing quite a few players and struggling for various positions Coleraine really need to win this game against Dungannon and I feel they will win by a couple of goals. Another team who really need to win is my team Linfield, 12 points nehind the league leaders they really need to start winning again, Glenavon shouldnt offer that much to stop us. Distillery really are a poor team and must be favourites to go down this season, their manager McCann is struggling with his first taste of football management and his former team glentoran should win tomorrow although not by that many goals as they are strugging with injuries.
