SpiritOf67
Re: England > Weekend > BlueSQ Bet Prem, FA Trophy Mar 17 Mansfield on good form at the moment and held Fleetwood during the week. They look a solid home today, any reason why I shouldn't back them?
Darran
Re: England > Weekend > BlueSQ Bet Prem, FA Trophy Mar 17 On the face of it it does seem a reasonable bet. I have always struggled to get Barrow right though so am leaving it out myself, but they seem to have hit a dip in form and Mansfield are going well at the moment. It should be a home win. Darran
Re: England > Weekend > BlueSQ Bet Prem, FA Trophy Mar 17 Wow 7-0 I hoped you backed them SpiritOf67. Mansfield really seem to be coming good at the right time and I just wonder if Barrow will continue to struggle for the rest of the season. maliniok
Re: England > Weekend > BlueSQ Bet Prem, FA Trophy Mar 17 Problem with Barrow is that they have recently distorted their amazing consistency - do well at home and crap away. They beat Kiddy and Cambridge away while losing st home to Bath... Hopefully yesterday's result is a sign that things are getting back to normal. ;)
Darran
Re: England > Weekend > BlueSQ Bet Prem, FA Trophy Mar 17 I am not sure it is going to be that easy where Barrow are concerned. They have lost all chance of a play-off place now and I just wonder if they might continue to have a pretty ropey end to the season. Having said that the most impressive performance I have seen this season came from Mansfield when they beat Newport 5-0 earlier in the season. I was so impressed I backed them for the league on the back of it and although they then became very inconsistant, it is no surprise to me that they have got it all back together again and are right back in the play-off picture. Amazingly for such a competitive league it looks like two teams are going to get over 100 points this season and the rest are a long way behind.
