The guests will have some major missings, but also some major backs for this duel. They will be without Andrezinho, Marcelo Mattos and Fellype Gabriel, but manager is very confident and will have available Elkeson, Maicosuel, and great striker Jobson. Re: Copa do Brasil 2012 Thread Realy don´t know what to say about Portugesa, betting on them this season is totaly unprofitable, they need to win by three goals margin to advance to the next round and Juventude is very good team. Moreover Portugesa manager will be without two key players tonight, defenders Rogério and Leandro Silva are both out, firs is suspended and second is injured, midfielder Henrique is out too. But coach said that he will use ofensive sheme and will attack from first minute. Another thing is that they have crusial game in two days time in Paulista championship against Mirassol away, battle to avoid relegation to Paulista A2. The good bet may be Atletico PR to beat Criciuma again, i belive with big margin. The guests are out of form and go through bad period with internal crisis, key striker Zé Carlos and goalkepeer Andrey are both out because of indiscipline, youngster Renan (20 years) will be at goal.

Second and fourth goals in this game classic defending by the invisible man. Two penalties and I can't make up my mind about the second one, the ball had already "gone" and was heading out of play, maybe someone else could take a look. How emabarrassing are those celebrations for winning that penalty ? What a bunch of sissies Vitoria are. What did the papers make of the decision ? The earlier penalty was absolute bullshit as one would expect in Brasil more often than not, it's amazing how easy a fully grown man can fall over isn't it unless you try to push one over in the street ? Hatrick for Banana yes but two were pens, the one that wasn't is a great goal.

Yet another disgusting penalty decision for the home side to score the first goal, by a referee that should never be permitted to officiate another game of football. As I'm aware, a pair of fully functional eyes remains the minimum requirement to be a successful applicant for the post of such an occupation. The rest of what I saw was toilet bar the Bahia goal. This match is best avoided in terms of betting in my opinion, unless you know which way the referee's bung has been placed.

Just watched the goals from last nights second leg, Bahia 4 Remo 0, all 4 goals were excellent but the celebrations are truly embarrassing for all 4 of them given this is a serie A team versus a team not even in the serie B league.

Second and fourth goals in this game classic defending by the invisible man. Two penalties and I can't make up my mind about the second one, the ball had already "gone" and was heading out of play, maybe someone else could take a look. How emabarrassing are those celebrations for winning that penalty ? What a bunch of sissies Vitoria are. What did the papers make of the decision ? The earlier penalty was absolute bullshit as one would expect in Brasil more often than not, it's amazing how easy a fully grown man can fall over isn't it unless you try to push one over in the street ? Hatrick for Banana yes but two were pens, the one that wasn't is a great goal.

Re: Copa do Brasil > 2012 i though about backing Cruzeiro home win @1.8 this week, but somehow i dont trust them so much anymore after they cost me money already this year in 2nd leg of Mineiro semifinal against Serie B side America MG which is a bit worse team than Atletico PR in my estimation. Furacao seems to be in good form with solid performances in Parananaense and Copa do Brasil. At least Cruzeiro had a free week end to prepare in opposite to Atletico PR who played their regional clasico and Cruzeiro is obliged to show a reaction here after 0-1 loss in Paranaense due to their history as Copa do Brasil record title holders and fans desire to participate in Libertadores + value of their squad. I waver between home win and over 2.5 @1.93 here since everybody scored against Cruzeiro lately even in Minas Gerais( Galo, America MG; Chapocoense) and Atletico PR has Guerron and announced they wont park the bus( whatever those declaration are worth). If guest score over should be very likely with the risks Cruzeiro has to take then cause of the away goal rule.

Re: Copa do Brasil > 2012 Finally i decided to skip over/under market in Cruzeiro-Atletico PR cause Wellington Paulista stated how important it would be avoid an early goal from opponent, which Cruzeiro usually conceded in last couple of games and that the main focus is that they could score the 1-0 for a change. Will go with Cruzeiro -0.5 now. I decided to focus a lot more on form this year if i bet brazilian league, cause to me it seems teams have longer positive or negative streaks than in other leagues and thats part of the reason why brazilian coaches usually dont work longer than 6 month at a club. So if this was Brasileirao i'd probably lay Cruzeiro here cause coach Vagner mancini probably will get sacked if Furacao eliminates them here after Mineiro disaster. But i go for quality in Cruzeiro team cause i hope players are aware that losing would be continuation of the failure that year 2011 was for Cruzeiro and it is the most important game so far this season for them.
