Lucky, lucky, lucky

Recommended Posts

Just thought I would post this up as this has never happened to me before. I just had AA two hands on the trot in a NL Poker Paradise cash game! a) I have never had this hand twice on the run before. b) Both went to showdown. c) I won both hands (at a decent profit). I'm not showing off but I thought that AA is rare enough without a) b) & c) added. :D Anyone else had AA on the bounce before?

Re: Lucky, lucky, lucky :lol lucky fcuker (wd on getting two decent pots out of it tho). In my local casino game I got QQ followed by KK followed by AA. on the AA I raised exactly the same as I had done twice before and one of the old timers said "Oh what have you got this time Martin, ACES?". I laughed and said yeah - what you gonna do about it? He reraised me all in with AK - naturally I called and he made a flush :o Jez

Re: Lucky, lucky, lucky I saw it once before to someone else in a MTT I was playing in. Of course second time I was dealt KK and was initially delighted when he called my all in. The unluckiest thing I saw was on another MTT somebody was dealt KK twice in a row - and lost both hands.

Re: Lucky, lucky, lucky In a single table tournament recently, I had QQ on the very first deal. Somebody else went all-in with JJ. On the second deal I got KK. Two other players went all-in with QQ and AK. About a round later I got AA and yet another player went out. I eventually finished only second, which probably says something about the standard of my play.
