Re: 2012 LADBROKES WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP. I'll come back to this thread and tournament after the Players Championship next week when I've had a chance to really study the draw in full but I'm going to take this first outright now because he has a nice draw in the Players Championship and he's quite simply a stupid price. 0.5pts ew P.Wright to win PDC World Championship 500/1 Stan James (1/2 1,2) I've no idea what this price is all about because Peter Wright is one of the more improving players in the world these days. It's only 6-7 weeks ago that he almost sent Taylor out of the Grand Prix and knowing how well Taylor is playing at the minute that was no mean feat. It was the closest anyone has got to him for a good while which in itself say something here. If you look at the one year Order of Merit on the Players Championship events Wright is 15th and having not reached a final that shows how consistent he is. It isn't just his defeat to Taylor at the Grand Prix which was eyecatching, he played well in defeat to Whitlock at the Matchplay and made the last 16 of the World Championship last year with wins over Co Stompe and Paul Nicholson before losing 4-1 to Taylor but he took a set off him. He's a much better player now I think. It was his European Championship campaign which made me take real notice of him though. He outplayed John Part in the first round but missed doubles as a first TV win beckoned but he overcame that then outplayed Gary Anderson in the last 16 and it needed a 100 average from Simon Whitlock to knock him out in the quarters. While he looks like a bit of a tit with all those weird hairdo's he can certainly throw a dart and speaking of throw his is one of the best doing the rounds at the minute and should stay true under pressure. Looking at Wright's draw and he's in a lovely quarter and I really think he could do some damage. He has Klaasen in the first round and you never really know what you are going to get from Klaasen but his recent form isn't brilliant and then he'll face the winner of Wade and the qualifier in the second round. That could be his hardest game until a potential semi final although Mark Webster would disagree. What I like about his draw though is he hasn't got Taylor in his half and in his quarter there isn't a Lewis, Anderson or Chisnall who can kill you with their scoring, he just has solid, dependable darts players, a group I think this guy will join if not in this tournament certainly in 2012 at some point. Having made two quarter finals on the floor over the weekend just gone which included a narrow 6-5 defeat to Adrian Lewis in the second one, we know he's playing well and with an open section of the draw if he comes here with his form good he could do some damage. He may not win the tournament or make the final but at 500/1 with the draw the way it is he's massively overpriced and it is a price which we can work with as the event goes on so I'll pay to see just what use we can find for such a daft price.

Re: 2012 LADBROKES WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP. right lets kick off, whilst i will make more bets after the PC there is a few early stand outs for me. outrights Paul Nicholson 40/1 EW.i know Kev would never forgive me if i did'nt back the Asset. up to number 9 in the rankings and a year that has seen him beat Taylor and Barney in televised events. but this is THE event of the year if games were won on intensity and concentration the Nicholson would be in the mix in every event. but Nicholson does not score heavily enough, often enough to really worry Anderson, and Lewis and the likes. But nicholson's game is suited to set play and this will help him here . He has a tough starter Suljovic who has all the grace of Russell Grant on SCD! but he seems to get the job done Part and Dudbridge have both sucumbed to the Austrian in the past and indeed i am pretty sure that he has NEVER lost a first round game in the WC. so Paul will have to be wary but i fancy him to get past Mensur, 2nd round would see a qualifier or tabern and that should be a gimme for Nicholson. and then he could have to beat barney and Taylor AGAIN to reach the semis but both Taylor and Barney have dangerous routes themselves. and indeed Barney i reckon won't get bast round two, you all know that i think Barney is finished as a real force to win a world title again will require a move back to the BDO! and Taylor has Chisnall and Hylton in rounds 2 +3, those are real tough games and whilst Taylor has looked back to his best either of those two could trip up the power. and thats why i am backing Nicholson at that price.

Re: 2012 LADBROKES WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP. outright JUSTIN PIPE 66/1. without doubt the best player on the circuit in 2011, sitting number 1 in the PC order of merit. he has been the most consistent performer of the year. Whilst Pipe won't burn a hole on the oche with his slow pace , this is not done purposefull it is just the way he plays, and that style could be a massive help to Pipe i beleive that as the games get longer that pace of Pies will really help him other players will wilt, there is no doubt of that Newton in round 2 is the danger tie , and then in the last 16 i have him down to play Cullen or Stompe , Cullen messed up badly last year when he snatched defeat from the jaws of victory aginst terry Jenkins, and standing watching Pipe hit that treble 20. for 15 seconds will affect the youngster if it's stompe in round three then his fast pace will be affected even more over the longer formats. Qtr finals should see Lewis, or Jones and i think over 9 sets whilst Lewis can put in a burst, the slow pace will really stifle his rythym, that along with Pies consistency make shim a really good price .

PDC World Darts Championship Betting Thread I don't think i've seen one of these up but I thought we should have a thread for the PDC World Darts Championship which starts next Thursday. Ladbrokes and Setantabet.com are doing the best specials as far as I can see. Ladbrokes: Phil Taylor @ 6/5 to win outright Setantabet: If any player throws a nine dart finish during the tournament, we will refund all losing ante-post outright bets for PDC World Darts Championship. Forgot me if I'm being ignorant but both specials seem very likely to come :loon

Quote: PDC Darts World Championship Nine Dart Finish Betting Odds No 1/2 Yes 13/8 http://www.oddschecker.com/other-spo...ne-dart-finish I'm looking to hedge my bets. Reckon I'll throw a cheeky 30 quid bet on Taylor on Setantabet.com ...still can't see him being beat

Re: 2012 LADBROKES WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP. 4pts - A Smith v S Rand - Rand win @ 2.20 Skybet I was very impressed with Rand in the players championship at the weekend and I see no reason why he can't bring that form into the Worlds. Rand took out Wade and Van Barneveld on his way to the semi final and really should have finished off Painter when he held the 9-6 lead. I think his performances at the weekend should give him plenty of confidence going into this one. His 3 dart averages in the 4 matches at the weekend were - Caven-99.00, Barney-98.85,Wade-99.12 and Painter 95.06. If he can repeat that sort of level then I think he will have too much for the Pie Man. Andy Smith was knocked out in the 1st round by Wade at the weekend averaging 94.28. In the recent champions league of darts back in October he lost 5 and won only 2 of his 7 matches. If he brings that sort of form here then I can only see one winner. For me Rand is the form horse here and I'm more than happy to get on him with the odds on offer.

Re: 2012 LADBROKES WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP. Having taken the value on Peter Wright I'm going to go with the rest of my outrights now. 2 more outrights and then I'm going to attack the quarter markets too because I think this is a massively open event, perhaps Taylor aside and even then I'm not convinced he has a nice draw. Value is very much the order of the day and if I can get a few of these into a nice position later in the event they should all give me scope to ensure some solid cash. Outrights first. 1pt ew T.Jenkins to win PDC World Championship 80/1 Stan James (1/2 1,2) 2pts T.Jenkins to win 3rd Quarter 12/1 William Hill I like the look of Terry Jenkins' price in this tournament. The recent signs are that The Bull is coming back into form at just the right time ahead of this event. I thought he had an excellent Grand Slam and then he made the quarter final of a floor event at the end of last month where he beat James Wade and Mark Walsh along the way. He beat Walsh 6-0 and having seen how well Walsh is playing it's perhaps a sign of how well Jenkins played to win that 6-0. He should've beaten Taylor in the Players Championship finals last week too so he's in decent form. I think this third quarter is wide open too and whoever the semi finalist is from this section wouldn't surprise me. Adrian Lewis is the main draw in this section but as he's defending a title of this magnitude for the first time that kind of puts me off him. I certainly can't argue with his form but defending a title this big is never going to be easy especially when you are defending it for the first time. Wes Newton and Justin Pipe rate as the other dangers in this section but Newton is consistent but that's about it and Jenkins beat him in the quarter finals here last year while Pipe is playing super darts but he hasn't transferred that to the TV stage yet. Common logic would think this tournament is a bit too big for that transfer to happen in this event. Jenkins was a semi finalist last year and we know he's no stranger to a deep run in major tournaments and now that he's back in form and crucially nowhere near Taylor until the final I think the 80/1 for him to win the tournament and the 12/1 for the quarter are prices which we could be looking back on in the New Year and be saying they were huge. 1pt ew K.Painter to win PDC World Championship 150/1 Betfred (1/2 1,2) 1.5pts K.Painter to win 4th Quarter 20/1 Betfred What better confidence could Kevin Painter be coming in here with than a first TV win? I think it's fair to say he just hung in there over the weekend until the final but when the final came he found his best darts like a true champion and in the end he won that final going away and against a very talented player in Mark Webster. Having made the final and the semi final of this great tournament in the past 'The Artist' knows exactly how to go deep in this event. He's made two quarter finals as well and only lost to Taylor in both of them. I really can't emphasise how open this 4th quarter of the draw is. Sure Mark Webster and James Wade are top top players but having watched Wade in the last couple of months none of his TV performances have jumped out of me and said 'I'm about to be a world champion' and in fact given his record here I wouldn't be at all surprised were Wade to go out early with the likes of Peter Wright more than capable of beating him. Mark Webster is as solid as they come but he's been missing some doubles recently and having beaten him in the Players final on Sunday, Painter won't be scared of Webster. I really feel anyone could make the semi final from this bottom section of the draw so the 20/1 in itself about Painter to win the quarter and should he do that the 150/1 on him to win the tournament would be stupid. We know even if he plays Taylor in the final he can go the distance with him because he's done it. Last weekend will have done so much for Kevin Painter's confidence and I think we will see a massive performance from him in this event.

Re: 2012 LADBROKES WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP. And the rest of the quarter bets. 1pt A.Hamilton to win 1st Quarter 50/1 Bet365 Stupid price alert. I know Phil Taylor is in this quarter of the draw but Hamilton is no 50/1 shot to win 4 matches whatever his run is I don't think. 2 years ago maybe he would've been but having changed managers he showed at the World Matchplay that he can still play this game and having been a former semi finalist in this competition we know he's capable of winning quarters. If someone were to take Taylor out then someone will win this quarter at a massive price. Let's be fair I don't think too many people will be surprised if Dave Chisnall turns up and beats Taylor. I know I wouldn't be. Even if he doesn't Hamilton showed in the Matchplay semi final that he can live with Taylor. He was only 10-8 down at one stage in that match and over the best of seven sets which would be the distance they would meet at here that equates to roughly 3-2 in sets so Hamilton would be with him. Yes a lot needs to happen for this to land but if Taylor gets knocked out we can effectively chop off the 0 off these odds and at this price I've got to pay to see how this top quarter pans out. 2pts M.King to win 2nd Quarter 10/1 Bet365 1pt M.van Gerwen to win 2nd Quarter 40/1 Boylesports Whichever quarter Gary Anderson is in you generally always get value and this tournament is no different. I can't take Gary Anderson at odds on in a quarter which has Simon Whitlock in it not to mention the likes of Mervyn King, Michael van Gerwen, Steve Beaton and of course last week's success story Scott Rand. From what I saw last week Mervyn King looks an excellent price to me at 10/1. Gary Anderson misses way too many doubles for me to be confident with him and when sets are best of 5 legs if he misses them for any sort of sustained period he will find it a long way back. Simon Whitlock returns from his broken ankle this week and while there's talk that he hit a 9 dart finish in practice talk is cheap. He hasn't really done himself justice on the TV probably since he made the final here 2 years ago. That's a result which will heap even more pressure on him this week because he's defending £100k and will plummet down the rankings if he doesn't recover a significant chunk of that. Mervyn King comes into this week having disposed of Taylor in Doncaster last weekend and short of winning the tournament there aren't many better boosts to a man's confidence than that. Mervyn King has been to the semi finals of this tournament so we know he is capable of a prolonged run over Xmas and I think he has a superb chance this week in this quarter. Michael van Gerwen is another one who is overpriced to me here. He was fantastic in the Grand Slam and that form was the sort of darts he's been producing for the last 3 months or so. He got gubbed in the Players Championship last week but he still averaged 97 which gets more jobs done than it doesn't. King and van Gerwen are likely to meet in the second round so the winner of that will be two wins away from a quarter victory. Both men are in Simon Whitlock's half of the quarter and he has to be vulnerable in this event. With that in mind and with the high chance someone will have punished Anderson for missing doubles I'll take King and MVG as my value plays in this quarter. 1pt P.Wright to win 4th Quarter 28/1 Skybet I wasn't going to cover Peter Wright for this 4th quarter but having seen him play last week I've got to because he played so well. In fact if he'd hit the double for 5-0 against Newton he could've gone on to win the tournament with the way he was playing. I'll let him off that though for two reasons. Firstly the D6 is a crap double and attacking the D3 is never the easiest thing to do but the real reason why I like his chances even more this week is if he does switch off for 3-4 legs like he did against Newton last week it will only cost him one set rather than two breaks of throw. As long as he comes back like he did in that Newton match then he'll be playing well enough for long enough and at the right slots to win matches. You won't have to be supreme in every leg in this tournament. You just have to be superb in batches of 3-5 legs at the right times. Peter Wright scored brilliantly last week, as he did in the Euros and against Taylor in the World Grand Prix and at 28/1 it wouldn't surprise me at all if he's at the business end of this quarter when the New Year approaches.

Re: 2012 LADBROKES WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP. ok folks in wake of events at Doncaster at the weekned i'm ready to give my take on the WC, in the past i have big wins off Whitlock, Part, amnd Webster ijn this event. iMy Sky was off becase of the storms so never saw the PC mores the same so i did'nt see Rand s astonishing run or Painter win his first PDC televised event. anyway here goes. OUTRIGHT John PART 100/1 E.W 4TH QTR, 20/1. the saying i always quote when it comes to Part is " form is temporary, class is permanent" and John is a class act for me one of the all time greats along with Taylor, Priestley, Lowe and Bristow. John won the first WC at Ally Pally,so he knows how to win here and he has two PDC and one BDO world title, so i think it is a lack of respect pricing him at 100/1. he as a tough start John Henderson who comes from Huntly around 25 miles from me, he has had a good debut in the PDC, but he struggles with the stage heat and lights and sweats more than Ryan Giggs, when his wife reads his texts messages! that is going to affect big John, Part will know how to play the stage and this is a big step up from the Frimley Green title Hendesron played in before. The whole qtr is full of players who will all fancy knocking each other out. Webster, Walsh, Wade, Painter among those if Wade is'nt on top form then he will hold no fears for the afore mentioned. Part will have Webby in round two IF he beats a resurgent Burnett, but for me Part is the class act in this qtr which for me is the most open i think you could pick any of 8 seeds as potential sem ifinalists. But for me John is a good bet he has had a good year and if he is on frm he will need to be scraped off the board, if he begins taking out the big finishes , the we will know part is on form and i recomed a slice of the action on Part. QTR 4 Kevin Painter 20/1. the Artist is arriving off the back of a PC win on Sunday so is high on confidence, Kevin annoys me with all his pre throw routines, stepping back, finger licking, stepping back again finger licking again, and i'm not convince that it does him much good. hi start contains the same players in Parts half and indeed Part and Painter could meet in the last 16. but he has a tricky starter against Aaron Monk a real hiding to nothing shot. But Kevin has bags of experience a semi and fina l appearance to his name but it took him years to get over THAT final defeat to Taylor and he has had the habit of running into taylor or Barney in form here previously, but if it comes to scrapping then for me painter is as good as anyone he enjotys a good scrap on the oche, and his doghgedness will stand him in good stead so i think i will use Kev to cover the Part bet. QTR 2 SCOTT RAND 33/1 surely a mistake in wake of last weekend s events though ity could be a step too far for Rand the PC games are short format, match play here we are playing set play over long formats, and that may count against Rand but his avging was excellent by all accounts at the weekend , and i fancy him to beat perrenial under acheiver Andy Smith in round one , then Lloyd or Young will not strike fera into him in the last 32. and aprt from Anderson there is no outstanding player in this qtr Whitlock is under pressuer to defend big money, and Beaton, King, Van Gerwen and Osborne are much of a muchness in quality wise. but i think at this price Rand is worth a punt. QTR 2 STEVE BEATON 25/1. on his day the best most natural thrower in the game but he is very hot and cold, he has a tough start in Magnus Caris and i'm not convinced he'll come through that game. But if he does then it opens up greatly don't forget Beaton has won a world title ok it was the mickey mouse version but he can still dine out on it.

Re: 2012 LADBROKES WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP. one more from me WAYNE JONES 3RD QTR 20/1. this will be tough for Woody, defending champion Adrian Lewis and form player Justin Pipe in this qtr and Terry Jenkins but all players that Jones will feel he can beat whilst 2011 has'nt been such a good year as 2010 Jones is still a player no one wants to have to play, he will have a qualifier in round one , then it would be Caven or Sholten in round two neither will worry Jone it will be last 16 where he may face Lewis, but as Kev correctly stated before Lewis is defending champion that will add pressure and we will see what that does to Lewis, remember Jones has been semi finalist before and i don't see any reason why he cannot repeat that feat.

Re: 2012 LADBROKES WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP. fist round games NICHOLSON V SULJOVIC 4/1. everyone knows i am a fan of Paul but this is one player he would have wantde to avoid in round one as i stated here earlier i don't think Mensur has lost a first round game here, and he is a good player with bags of experience if Nicholson is any short in form he could be a victim Paul can struggle against lesser players , give him Taylor, Barney Wade abderson he will get himself up for those games but this is a real danger one and i think this is a potential round one shock . BEATON 2/5 V CARIS 15/8 Absoulutely no way is Baeton this fodds on to win this one Caris is a wily old fox, he has been around since pre split days so he knows how to win and despite a few years away from the game he has returned with the old form and talent. the winner of this game i reckon could go on to the last 8 at least and Caris has been semi finalist before at Lakeside. wee all know there are two beatons if the on form steve turns up then caris is in trouble if not then he has a real shout here and we and indeed Beaton himslef won't know until the game starts. VINCENT VAN DER VOORT 8/13 v MARK HYLTON 5/4 for me the bookies have this the wrond way round i think Hylton is the favourite here, he has had a great year which all started at the Ally Pally last year and Hylton has gone on to consolidate he has surprised me with his coring power at times he is near unplayable and thsi game could be a score fest with VDV we know what Vinnie offers us he's a rat tat tat player but very inconsistent i think Mark is far more consistent but to be fair this coluld go either way so how the bookies can have Hylton odds against i don't know

Re: 2012 LADBROKES WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP. I think you have got to like the look of the Field vs Taylor @ Evs with Stan James. Certainly no one can doubt Taylor pedigree, 15 World Titles, 60 something majors in the PDC and basically the best ever player to throw a dart. HOWEVER!!! He is beatable, particularly over the last year and even money for every other player in the tournament is some price. Taylor lost to Webster in last years World's, Lewis in the Premier League SF & Nicholson in the UK Open. Other players have run him very close and with the ever increasing number of top players in the PDC such as Lewis, Anderson, Wade, Webster, Chisnall, Nicholson & Pipe to name a few I think Even money is too good to turn down. Taylor will have to get through potentially Dudbridge/Chisnall, Hylton/A. Hamilton & Barney/Nicholson by the QF when it will be your pick of the other big guns. I think there is a definitely case for Taylor losing one of the earlier rounds and your money made well before the final!

Re: 2012 LADBROKES WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP. I just can't make my mind up about Taylor.. Ive written him off before at my peril! Beware the wounded Taylor! It seems as soon as 'the field' have a sniff of a chance I.e he appears human for any period of time, doesn't play at his best and starts getting written off, he proves everyone wrong! He has reached heights and achieved things most of the field won't get into the same post code as! His 'no interview' at the Players championship and 'I'll win it for Sid' attitude could spark him into his best arrers at a tournament he has an untouchable record in.... Having said that... The field has never been stronger and beating Taylor is half done before throwing a dart in the same way he used to beat 95% of players before he threw a dart. Various players winning televised tournaments and players beating Taylor (rarely the same person!) gives them the self believe that a few years ago they didn't have... Betting for or against Taylor is a minefield for me, so I think I'll leave leave it well alone! I wouldn't be surprised if Chizzy knocks him out in round 2, equally I wouldn't be surprised if he wins the worlds for a 16th time setting numerous world record averages and 9-darters along the way!!

The field at evens looks a goer to me. Ok taylor turned up a couple of weeks ago but seriously, even money for the field against him is massive to me. Bet of the tournament.

Re: 2012 LADBROKES WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP. One more outright. 2pts R.Barneveld Most Tournament 180's 14/1 Blue Square Raymond Barneveld is a strange case but one thing which can't be argued is his record in this event. Since he moved over to the PDC he has gone winner, last 16, final, semi final and quarter final in this event with two 9 darters in that period too so for whatever his stresses and strains are away from Ally Pally he clearly has no concerns when he's here and knows how to get himself up for this event. Now at this point I guess I need to state that I don't see Barneveld winning this tournament, or at least I don't unless someone takes care of Taylor before the quarter finals. However I do think while he's in the tournament that we will see lots of 180s from Barneveld. As I mentioned last week he's gone back to his old darts, the ones which he hit 21 180's in a single match in the final of this tournament in 2007 so that's enough for me to believe if he can get even as far as the quarter finals of this event he could be involved in the mix. I read a quote from Barneveld about how he instantly fell in love with this dart again because he can see the whole of the 60 bed even when 2 darts are already in it whereas with the ones he was using he said he could hardly see any of it. That's enough for me I must say. Certainly his performance in Doncaster would back up those claims here he hit 15 180s in the 23 legs he played. Barney has a lot of faults. For me his biggest one is that he doesn't play enough tournaments to be match sharp but last week's gig should have tuned him up for an event here and if Barney were to make it to the quarter finals hitting 180's like he did at the weekend it would take Lewis or Anderson to get to the semi finals and perhaps beyond to stop him. I don't think either are guaranteed semi finalists so I'll take the chance Barney can a) get to at least the quarter finals here and b) score with the same rate he did last weekend and if he does this 14/1 will have every chance.

Re: 2012 LADBROKES WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP. 2 for me on the opening night. I'm going to think all day about a third but I'll try and restrain myself from taking it :lol. One thing which will be a feature for me this week when I'm backing outsiders is I'll be taking mainly handicaps rather than the match odds because after a year of players messing me around with missed doubles in close matches for the sake of my sanity (and my TV :lol) it's safer to just take the handicaps and get the smaller win rather than the bigger price loser. 3pts R.Burnett (+1.5 sets) to beat M.Webster 11/8 Ladbrokes I think Richie Burnett has a great chance in this match and that's a chance of winning it not just of winning the two sets we need him too. These two have met 7 times over the last 18 months or so and Richie leads 4-3 which is a good indication of not only how closely matched the two are but equally how Burnett has every chance of landing the glory here. I've been impressed with Burnett on the TV this year too. He was excellent in the Grand Prix and couldn't really be faulted and while he lost his concentration and his way against Newton in Doncaster last week for 2-3 legs he showed the form he's been showing all year. He also has a floor win to his name too this year which Webster doesn't have and in that floor win he beat Webster in the semi final. Mark Webster is a great player. We've seen that in the last two years on this stage but I sense he could be pushed all the way here because a lot of missed doubles have crept into his game. He was poor on the outer ring at Wolverhampton and although he made the final last weekend he was no better on them there. He scores well but so does Burnett. I'm not brave enough to call this one but at odds against I'm happy that Burnett will win two sets in what looks like it could be the game of the night. 4pts A.Lewis vs N.Heydon - Over 6.5 180's Evs Betfred Adrian Lewis will want to shut a few people up in this match I think. He gave Dave Clark a mouthful at the Grand Slam for accusing Lewis of having a poor year and I've seen a few previews for this tournament which have given him pelters too. Let's be fair the only player in the world right now who wouldn't take a year consisting of a World Championship win, Premier League runner up, World Matchplay semi final, European Championship runner up and Grand Slam semi final is Phil Taylor so although Lewis may have been quiet on the floor he certainly hasn't been on TV in 2011. His record on the floor has never been brilliant anyway. He's only won 7 floor titles in his career and he joined the PDC in 2004. Having had to sit out the Players Championship I think Lewis will have been given an extra kick up the arse ahead of this match. He has a stiff opponent here too. Heydon certainly will be stiff when he finishes his career if he continues to use this ridiculous lean of his when he throws :lol. One thing that lean does do though is means he only has to throw the dart about 9 inches rather than the 7'9 everyone else has to throw :lol. In all seriousness his throw is a pretty solid one even with the lean and he does score heavily. I think he'll contribute a chunk of 180's to this match to boost the total but if Adrian Lewis is on it he can easily hit 7 180's in a match of this length himself. Heydon hit 2 180's in two of his Grand Slam group matches which were only a best of 9 legs so with him chipping in this line should be plenty low enough. I foresee a 5-2/6-3 in 180's sort of match but however the match goes I do believe we will get the required 7 180's.
