Have papertrailed an idea for the last two years and am now going to test. Will be backing one horse a day, National Hunt at short/ very short prices (maybe this might prove Wizzkid Walter and jtw1 right). All bets will be with Boyle BOG. Will start on Friday with a bank of 100 and will finish just after Cheltenham with a profit :hope. Last two years are showing Runners 194 Winners 127 Most Consecutive Winners 12 Most Consecutive Losers 4 Total Bet 980 pts Total Won 1122.18 pts Profit 142.18 pts Strike Rate 65.46 % P on I 14.5 % As usual once it goes live I hope it doesn't go tits up.

Re: Short Priced Favs Kid Cassidy 1.20 Ling @ 1.25 4pt Win Should open his account over fences at first time of asking. Progressive hurdler impressed when scoring in good novice company over 2M at Punchestown in May. Sure to have been well schooled for his chasing debut and it would take something special amongst these rivals to lower his colours.

Re: Short Priced Favs Grands Crus 2.10 New 1.29 (BOG) 6Pt Win Should have no problems conceding weight to these rivals. But for the mighty Big Bucks, he would have won the World Hurdle and Liverpool Hurdle last season and he barely put a foot wrong when making a winning start to his chasing career over 2m 5f at Cheltenham two weeks ago.

Re: Short Priced Favs Eradicate 1.25 Donc 6Pt win @ 1.2 (BOG) The gelded son of Montjeu, who is rated 157 over timber, gave the exciting Paul Nicholls newcomer, Pacha Du Polder, a run for his money in a two-runner event at Sandown latest. Anything close to that should be good enough to see him open his account over fences.

Re: Short Priced Favs Speed Master 2.40 Leicester 1.4 (BOG) 6Pt Win Speed Master should take all the beating in this event. Beaten just once in three starts, he scored first time out over hurdles when landing a similar contest to this over 2m at Southwell at the start of this month. If he gets this trip, he won with enough in hand last time to suggest he'll be hard to beat

Re: Short Priced Favs Hollow Tree 12.45 Ffos Las 6Pt Win @ 1.14 (BOG) HOLLOW TREE should be expected to emerge in front. Donald McCain's Flat recruit made a fine start over timber when scoring by 14 lengths at Bangor in September and his recent battling second in the Grade 2 Triumph Hurdle Trial at Cheltenham represents rock-solid form. Captain Sharpe has maintained a fair level since winning at Newton Abbot but is 18lb inferior to the selection on official figures.

Re: Short Priced Favs Golden Call 1.20 South 6 Pt Win @ 1.1 It's impossible to look past GOLDEN CALL in this. A point-to-point and bumper scorer, he has shaped promisingly in both hurdle outings so far and a repeat of his second at Stratford most recently would be good enough.

Re: Short Priced Favs Just Rob 1.10 Utt 6 Pts Win @ 1.44 JUST ROB didn't have to be asked for maximum effort when winning a claiming hurdle under AP at Market Rasen almost two weeks ago and, despite conceding weight to all of today's rivals, he should be able to follow up.

Re: Short Priced Favs Zama Zama 3.10 Leic. 7Pt Win @ 1.2 This looks the ideal opportunity for ZAMA ZAMA to open his account over timber at the second time of asking. The Warwick bumper winner was well held by the smart Plenty Pocket on his hurdling debut over 2m at Kempton but was well clear of the third and should prove too good here, especially as this longer trip looks in his favour.

Re: Short Priced Favs Notus De La Tour 1.00 Exeter 7Pt Win @ 2.1 It's hard to see beyond David Pipe's NOTUS DE LA TOUR for the answer to this. The five-year-old has won both starts over fences so far this season and, although this represents his toughest task to date, has shown enough ability to suggest he can go a long way in this code.
