Southwell surface didnt suit the horse hopefully this track will bring out the best in this front runner.

Trainer can get them fit for first run back. Shrewd gambling yard so any money for it is a major plus. Also .25 e/w Double BANK 194.02PTS

One for today and it goes in Ireland 1.15 NAVAN .5 E/WTHE CORBY GLEN 40/1 BOYLESPORTS No spring chicken but reverts back to hurdles for the first time in over two years gets in on a good mark and trip and ground will suit and is well worth a nibble at the price. Did really well to win from outside draw lto has got that again this time round loves it here and a 4lb rise may not be enough to keep it from having back to back wins certainly a great chance of a place at least. Change of jockey today but has won three times on it but i have to say Kelly Harrison rode a cracker on Perlachy last time gently taking the horse gradually over to the rail from the wide outside and came very late. They went lickity split that day hopefully it will be the same again tomorrow and will swoop late top each way chance :hope BANK~197.02

Trainer in good form stronger jock booked today. CD winner off 65 although that was 09 but is only 2lb more than last win at Lingfield in March. The return of cheekpieces is also a plus. A decent e/w prospect me thinks.

Todays jock has a good record with the horse. Has bounced back from a poor run to win NTO in the past. The more rain the better and trainer & Jock are in good form. Very good 2nd here in April in a graded race off same mark as today but him bang in here with a top e/w chance.

Last three runs on foreign soil are hard to way up but mark seems vey fair on what the horse achived in Britain last year. Seems to be a sound jumper and that will set him in good stead for the season ahead. Trainer & Jock seem to combine well they had a double yesterday and they have a sound e/w shout with this fellow today.

The first one is Pipe trained has been off the track over two years but has been given a very favourable mark and we all know the trainer can get them back ist time after a long layoff. A rare fall from WW lto drops 4lb and can be competitive off todays mark if on his game. Again trainer and jock in good form.

Its getting near that time of year when we get a visit from the old fellow with a big beard and his wee mate with the red nose so it would nice to reach the 150pt profit by then its a big ask but possible as the bank now stands at 224.30.

Bookies have priced up the 12 horse ranging from 11/2 up to 20/1 so that says a lot. I have gone for two that imo are overpriced and are worth an e/w bet. FTF can be a bit moody and isn't in the best of form hence his price but his record on the AW reads 51 runs 8W 8 2nds 8 3rds pretty damn good. Wins from a mark of 60 up to 82 in C6 to C3's with two being over CD. FTF was poor on turf this year and three recent AW starts not up to that much either but can bounce here at Lingfield runs off 71 here and has a good chance of adding to two wins at the start of the year off 77 & 82. Has been money for it with 14's best priced now with PP only going 10's from an opening show of 16's so looks like the dosh is going down a good run must be expected. KOW could be the surprise package here with a lot of these horses running against each other often this horse is having only its 3rd start on the aw weather not shown much but handicap run was off 84 gets in on just 74 here and this is a class lower. Interestingly Jim Crowley rides he has rode a few other horses in this race but chooses this one today. Has drifted out to 16's now and may even go off bigger but is no back number in this imo.
