He has allowed at least 4 runs in 3 of his last 4 starts, and like the Pirates to score here and edge this game. NY Mets -1.5 @ 2.61 pinnacle Niese is 6-5, with a 3.46 ERA and is 4-1 with a 1.58 ERA in his last 6 starts, allowing 2 runs or less in these 6 starts (total of 7 runs), with just 2 runs allowed in his last 3 home starts, as he allowed 2 runs on 5 hits in the 4-3 win over Atlanta. The Tigers hit well and like them to get to Cook as they look not to get swept here Philly -1.5 @ 2.15 pinnacle Hamels is 9-2, with a 2.49 ERA and is 5-0 with a 1.97 ERA in his last 7 games, as he allowed 1 run on 3 hits in the 9-1 win over Florida last Tuesday. Philly have won 8 of their last 9 games and like them to get to Vargas. He is 4-4, with a 4.13 ERA as he allowed 5 runs on 6 hits in the 6-3 loss to the Los Angeles Angels last Monday.
