They managed to give a cup next round ticket to CSKA on their home field and also week before were not very good agains the same CSKA finishing 1-1 and getting technical 0-3 defeate. After they did not make any transfers this summer, they look bit slowing down, no fresh blood and the situation looks like they are morally not in the best condition, loosing motivation. They will play 3rd match in last 7 days and they will be weakend significantly for this clash: creative midfielder and attacking force Danni, also Shirokov and Semak are out, Ionov doubtful, + Bystrov long term injury. Of course Zenit squad is very deep and substitutes are also quite strong, but the quality of the team is on downtrend now. Krylia with the coach Tarkhanov became a tough team, they should have beaten Krasnodar last round, but were unlucky, beat Lokomotive in agressive style and tough defence, and now against Zenit some tough play in back line is expected again. Of course Zenit is a favorite in this game, but the game looks more close then this line/odds show. They are very motivated and most players, who are titled as "key" are OK now. Playmaker Danny back from injury, striker Lazovich on fire, Bukharov not the best, but everybody is working to cheer him up and to start scoring, Kerzhakov - clinical as always. The only result in Krasnodar which is satisfactory for them is 3 points. And they have very good chance for that. As Krasnodar, after good start, is becoming worse. Team, which has been founded just few years ago has no experience on this level and seems for now fuel is finished. The key players, central defender Amisulashvili is still out, he was most significant player so far, stabilizer of the defence and taking part in attacking actions also, perfect on header, passgiver. So their defence looked awful vs Lokomotiv and were destroyed 1-4. Attacker Movsesyan is back, but I doubt if he makes big difference for zenit defence. They are dissapointed with loose at Kazan vs Rubin as disagree with penalties into their gates, lose was deserved, but still looked quite strong, and now intend to come back vs real rival, agains which they have to take 3 points. Tom are good on recent matches, but after drawn game at home, they will slow down now. Moreover, thye have long list of injured players (including captain Kharitonov), and prematchday the news information arrived that key midfielder Kim and defender Gultyaev are also out, so Tom is much weaker team atm then the home side and in this conditions this is -0.5 line game with not more then 1,8 odds on home side. They score two goals in each of theyr lat 3 away games: vs Amkar, Nalchik (same level) and FK Krasnodar. In the game with Krasnodar hosts destroyed Tom in the first half 2-0, corners 10-1 - but in the second half they make a step back, very big and Tomsk could grabb the equalizer and despite beeing one men down for the last 30 min they hold Krasnodar. Corners 0-3 second half. Rubin have only one win from theyr last : 1-5-2. But in the interval they missed Kasaev an important player that can make difference on the field. He played in the previous round coming in as a substitute, Rubin 0 Lokomotiv 0. It was also one of the poorest display shown by theyr playmaker Noboa. I think a penalty given tomorrow is likely, because Rubin are expert to receive penalties (same Zenit). In the game with Lokomotiv from the previous round I saw a very good Rubin, Lokomotiv sit back and Guillerme theyr gkper made some great saves. For this game there are several good bets..
