They won their first game 2:1 and are doing exactly what they said before the start of the season. Their aim is to win the league. They said in front of this game against Puntarenas they will push forward and try to secure win as soon as possible. Puntarenas have a young team so they may not respond well to pressure in this game. Alajualense won 9 of 10 games against Puntarenas at home , they scored 17 and conceded only 3 goals. They will look to be top placed as soon as possible and they will try to get the three points on this game. On a start of season, there are always more problems in making good games as the teams are not on their maximum but they have no excuses not to loose their direct rivals.
