Re: 2011 Challenge - Multiples target 1000pt return e-w lucky 15 3:00 Sedgefield Frontier Boy @ 4/1 Bet365 Good 2nd last time out, 4th won nto, open to improvemnt over fences after just 3 chase starts ground looks fine and no reason why he wont stay the 3m 3f. 2:30 Sedgefield Authentic Act @ 5/1 Bet365 Some good perfomances earier in the year including over c&d wasn't at his lto back from a break but may have needed it and should be better today. 3:30 Sedgefield Obara d'Avril @ 11/1 Bet365 Usually runs his race here including when 3rd 2 starts back, good ground suits sometihing not quite right lto when dismounted at the finish but still ran respectible race 2:50 Lingfield First Avenue @ 4/1 Bet365 Ran well last twice form looks strong, doubts about some of his rivals, ground suits, looks fair price at 4/1.

Re: 2011 Challenge - Multiples target 1000pt return 2 winners again last time so at least some returns, i'll try another for tommorrow E-W Lucky 15 2:35 Doncaster - Zorro De La Vega @ 9/1 Bet365 Looks overpriced here, form of his last race when 4th has worked out well, that was on good to soft, i think hes better on a sound surface so should suit better today, trainer is in brilliant form 5 wins from 6 runners last 14 days. 2:10 Newbury - Prince Buster @ 16/1 Bet365 Been off since Feb 2010 but showed some decent form then over hurdles, only had 4 starts under rules and if hes ready to go on chase debut today 16/1 looks decent. 2:45 Newbury - Sivola De Sivola @ 5/1 Bet365 Seemed abit outpaced then stayed on again lto so step up to 3 mile may suit, should find this abit easier, ran well prior to that race should be more to come and trainer in fair form. 3:15 Newbury - Rileyev @ 11/4 bet365 Good 2nd lto in hot race, this race looks abit easier and if reproducing lto form looks the one to beat here.

Re: 2011 Challenge - Multiples target 1000pt return Had a little e/w lucky 15 for Newbury tomorrow with Bet365 1.30 Newbury Oscar Papa 14/1 Best run last season won first time up where he split Court in Motion and Join Together. Might be the best time to catch him this year. Doesn't look well handicapped but could run well at a decent price on his first start over fences. 2.05 Newbury Alarazi 12/1 This horse won well first time up last season and was a hugely impressive winner of the Imperial Cup at Sandown. He will relish the trip today and should run well. 3.10 Newbury Planet of Sound 11/1 Very classy on his day and should have the race run to suit. He has had a breathing op so for me he rates a very big threat to the market principles. 3.45 Newbury Persian Gates 9/1 Would have been interesting to see how the horse would have done last time out had he not come down. Was still travelling well when joined at the 2nd last and has a nice swing in the weights today with Fistral Beach. Should run another big race.

Re: 2011 Challenge - Multiples target 1000pt return Across the card yankee for an interest in today's racing. Newbury The Hennessy takes centre stage and is the big race of the day but as a betting contest, it all looks rather open. Most of the ante-post value has been squeezed out of the likes of Great Endeavour, Planet and Sound and the novices, and with plenty of the other races on the card small fields the 2.05 looks to provide a good betting opportunity courtesy of ROCK ON RUBY. Having his first start of the season, Paul Nicholls' charge won first time out last term before going on to run some outstanding races over timber, his second to the classy First Leiutenant in the Bingham Novices Hurdle at Cheltneham (Grade 1) looking good form. He runs in a handicap today and gives 6lb plus to the field but is the classiest horse in the race and is expected to go well at a good price (around the 6/1 mark). Newcastle Next we head up to Gosforth Park where this is another excellent card on offer, the highlight being the Fighting Fifth at 2.20. Binocular is odds on favourite and of course a top class hurdler when on top of his game. However, this Champion Hurdle winner is vulnerable when fresh, as evidenced by a poor run in this race last year, when Peddler's Cross won. Donald McCain is looking to keep the prize in his stable this year too and his OVERTURN, a relentless galloper, will make this a proper test as soon as the tape is lifted. He may have been a little fortunate to beat Oscar Whiskey, a last flight faller, at Ascot last time, but if shrugging off the attention of Celestial Halo, could have them all cooked today. It might be that he sets the race up for Binocular, but he's the value in the race. Bangor Peddler's Cross running in the opener in a novices' chase is the highlight on this card but at 1/5 he isn't a sensible betting proposition but his stablemate in the 1.55, SYDNEY PAGET, looks of considerable interest in the novices' hurdle. He won as he liked on debut in a Carlisle bumper, travelling all over the field and responding well to a few shakes of the reins to put the race to bed with immense ease. He looks a useful prospect and should have been well schooled by his superb handler. Wolverhampton Neither of the remaining British cards at Towcester or Wolverhampton look very good, but there is an interesting runner on the polytrack this evening - THE LOCK MASTER (7.20). He is the best value bet of the day at 25/1 because he is priced up on his turf efforts when, infact, he is around a stone better on artificial surfaces (remains a maiden on turf but 3-16 from the same number of runs on the AW). He has an absence to overcome and hasnt the best record fresh, which might account for some of the discrepency, but he's double what he should be considering he's a C&D winner (beating the smart Loyalty) last winter off only 4 lb higher. He's a risky win proposition given his record fresh but TBP (17/2) could feasibly get involved. The Heavy going suits judged on his form on soft and his pedigree. 3:15 Cheptow Oscar Gogo @ 11/1 e-w Bet365 Ran as though step up in trip will suit last time when staying on well at the finish for 3rd, going should suit and trainer in decent form recently 2:30 Sandown First Avenue @ 20/1 e-w Bet365 Was on this horse lto when it won and was impressed and thought won with abit in hand that day, is up 9lb for that but there could be more to come, has looked a better horse in his 3 hurdles starts since joining this yard and looks worth a bet at 20/1 e-w at this level.

Before that ran a game race at Ascot over hurdles when a close second and if reproducing that form 40/1 looks massive, cut in the ground should suit also. 3:40 Sandown Any Currency @ 11/2 Bet365 Been off for over a year with injury but if comes back in the same sort of form has a good chance. Looks well handicaped on his 2nd to Midnight Chase ground and trip just what he wants. 3:20 Aintree The Sawyer @ 25/1 e-w Bet365 I think this test could suit this horse today, has a good record on soft/heavy going so the forecast soft ground looks ideal. Slight worry that he hasn't got round here over these fences in 2 tries but 22/1 looks worth the risk. Was up againt it lto in grade 2 over inadequate trip and unsuitable ground, todays race looks right down his street. 12:35 Aintree Reindeer Dippin @ 6/1 e-w Bet365 Missed the price on this now was around 10/1 last night, but not a bad thing the money has come for it, excuses can be made for his last 2 runs one being his seasonal debut and next time maybe the 3 miles was too far, before that was a decent 2nd here to Russian War in a listed event which looks decent form still on same mark soft ground a plus.

I would use it from time to time if you do a multiple thread but don't think there's much point it dwindled away as the year went on with little interest i/we can always use the daily threads or/and use our individual threads. Our we having a 2012 Challenge?
