FCP
Re: Mexico » Primera Division » 2011 season Event Club America - Pachuca Selection Club America Strength 10/10 Date 09/01/2011 Bookmaker/Price 188bet @ 2.04 Reasoning Club America finished his preparation games with eight goals scored in two games and only one goal conceded. There were just friendly games, but we could saw that this team can make a nice season. I doubt that Pachuca can make a good start of season as they totally failed on World Club Cup and they even had few time to prepare Mexican season due to that competition. To worse things, they even missed their stars Damian Manso and Dario Cvitanich. Big pressure on them after th failure of The World Club Cup and also playing on Azteca stadium. Xcout
Mexico Primera Division January 16th-17th 2011 Atlante Atlante suffer important changes from last season to this one starting by coach, as Miguel Herrera arrived to the team, and has imprint his style to the team since the first match as the team tried to have more control of the ball and be more offensive. If something can Miguel Herrera teams assure is being offensive, which provides high scoring goals. Up to 5 players arrive to the squad, and 4 of them already played on the first round this season, still the final result was a defeat 2-1, but the playing of the team showed Miguel Herrera trademark. Injured: FW Jerónimo Amione Cruz Azul Last tournament Cruz Azul just lost just three times in 19 matches, 2 of them on away an 1 in home (defeat that was on playoffs). The team had the best defense of the past tournament just allowing 13 goals in 17 matches, still on away the team allowed 10 goals in 9 matches, slightly above 1 goal per match. And had the best offensive last tournament, with 33 goals in 17 matches, almost 2 goal per match. The team had four new arrivals, DF Waldo Ponce (Chile NT), MF Marcelo Palau, MF Hugo Drogett and FW Isaac Romo, improving an already strong squad. Open the tournament with a 4-1 victory against Estudiantes Tecos, match where Palau already score for Cruz Azul. The team showed their qualities a powerful attack and a solid back zone. Injured: FW MartÃn Galván FW Alejandro Vela MF Héctor Gutiérrez Match A match that should be intense due to both teams playing styles, with plenty of scoring chances and where the premise will be to have the control of the ball. Prediction Cruz Azul have many seasons at top level contrary to Atlante that has more in the bottom part of the table and due to this is near relegation in the percentage table. Cruz Azul provides a very powerful attack and has the edge in this match due to that and their good defense. Atlante has suffer many changes and will take sometime to be competitive, and that's why the -0. 25 AH for Cruz Azul is a very good option at this odds. Cruz Azul -0.25 [email protected] Pinnacle 8/

Xcout
Re: Mexico Primera Division January 16th-17th 2011 A disaster, first with an own goal of Cruz Azul from DF Waldo Ponce (the day he get his first start for the team) then tactical changes to atleast get a point that backfire and allow Atlante to increase their lead and a final Atlante 3-0 Cruz Azul -8u . El_Santo
Re: Mexico Primera Division 2011 Thread Hi Bagzi. Well Atlante is a team that was very irregular for to say something last two years but they have notably raised their level in their last matches the past championship. Last outcome of San Luis is trickfull, they were losing the match against Owls Students (Estudiantes Tecos) at home. At evens is a good price for a team that is strong in his home. Pumas besides being flawless this tournament have the topscorer of all the league, they were the strongest side at home last year but now they also win matches as road team. Their most offensive approach fits better to their players than the most speculative play of their former coach, they show last match that they don`t depend only on the topscorer of the league but in their team play. For Chivas, their best man in deffense Jonny Magallon play with the selection against Bosnia, and this will have consecuences in a team that don`t find how to score. I will edit my bet and put Pumas straight without difference of goals. And for Morelia and Tecos I only find value in Estudiantes, really if I were a bookie I put Tecos at 3.00. The market is biased because Tecos loose two players last match that get a red card (Leaño captain of the team, but I think he is very volatil player and Jimenez, not so important), and because Mauro Cejas is doubtly (their topscorer). Morelia also loose players and their coach Tomas Boy were saked last match.
El_Santo
Re: Mexico Primera Division 2011 Thread I've to say that what I sayed is bullshit compared with the real reasonements behind my bets. Also I calculate my own odds and compare they with the odds of the bookies finding value. I respect you mates and I sound presunctuous but I won't post (at least in this thread) anymore (maybe I'll do in Argentina, Columbian or european soccer), there's is someone who thinks that this is their little goitre (or reserve) of power and if he feels enoughly small (maybe of mind or maybe himself is short) I will let him to continue believing that here, he is... well, he knows who kind of person is really. luckotheoirish
Re: MEXICO Primera Division 2011 Thread TOLUCA @ 6/4 DNB....PP....Stakes 2/10.....A small bet for me here in a league I'm not too familiar with. What caught my eye in America's last game was the sending off of their top scorer Vargas Vuoso(15 goals) and I presume he'll miss this one. They lost that game 2-1 at home to Morelia. Another thing I like here is that America had to play away in Argentina on Thursday night/Friday morning. They lost 3-1 away at Argentionos Juniors.Toluca played 24 hours earlier and they lost 1-0 at home to Monterray. They had their new Colombian recruit Arias sent off after 9 minutes. He scored 15 goals for Independiante in Colombia. I know this is an away game for Toluca and that's always tough but I think that the price represents a bit of value for the reasons mentioned........
