Re: APAT Team Event - Team to represent PL Go to Betfair, click all sports, poker, apat forum challenge and there is the market. It's a very very weak and misleading market because of the lack of liquidity. If you want to know who is the most fancied, then it would be the lowest price in pink, ie being asked for. That is currently APAT Forum at 14.00. :ok

Re: APAT Team Event - Team to represent PL Can someone find me a definition of what 'no trainers' is? I wouldn't mind getting some new shoes but i don't know what normal shoes are. Do they mean shoes you wear with a suit? Loafers? Not getting those either. What's in-between trainers and black-tie shoes? I need some of those.

Re: APAT Team Event - Team to represent PL I've worn shoes at posh nightclubs and that's fine because it's the whole scene, the environment demands that, but this is a casino and i've never had any problems with my trainers at any casino or bar before so why is this random place in Bolton so special? Thought i was going to play a poker tournament, not attend a fashion show, so that's annoyed me, that's all. Nothing anyone says will convince me it is anything other than ridiculous to not allow people to play poker because of what shoes they're wearing. What's up with the world? It's not the shoes, it's the principle.

Re: APAT Team Event - Team to represent PL Trainers are fine in the Manchester G and always have been. I think I've only ever been to one casino where they refused me entry with trainers on and that was Luton, they did offer to lend me a pair and I said no as it wouldn't make me a better person and went somewhere else instead. Good luck at the weekend Team PL
