    NYC -0.5 @ 1.85(pinnacle)
Following a season of fine tuning by Patrick Viera, NYC(also owned by City Football Club) has finally begin to play like how Man City plays. They are 2nd in the league in terms of possession, 3rd in passes completed and 1st in shots in the pk box. Their players(Costa Ricans Matarrita and Wallace) were not really affected by the international break as they didn't play despite being called up.
After starting the season with a bang with 2 wins(both at home), things finally came back to earth for Earthquakes when they lost to 2-1 to Sporting KC. It was a deserved loss for them as they were totally dominated.
While Earthquakes seems like an improved team but I do still have my reservations about them. NYC failed to convert the chances they had against Impact in the last game. If they can create the same number of good chances, I believe they should be able to put them away this time. No team can keep David Villa quiet too long.

This is a tough round of fixtures as some teams(like Jets who lost 5-0 to a Wellington Phoenix who didn't have 5 starters due to international) probably have already given up.
Let's see if I can predict who has given up.
    Adelaide DNB @ 1.9(pinnacle)
Even though they are already out of the finals, their form seems to have pick up as they look to avoid the wooden spoon as Champions. The new imports Kim Jae Sung and Papa Diawara have settled in well. Diawara has 3 goals in the last 4 games, that's already as many as the ex import Sergi Guardiola had scored in 16 appearances. Captain Isaias returned last game after a 4-5 weeks layoff. Playmaker Carrusca and youngster Riley McGhee will return from suspension and Australian international duty respectively. This is probably the strongest team that Adelaide can field this season.
Perth seems to have gone from the boil in recent games. This is not helped by season ending injuries to defenders Shane Lowry and Alex Grant. New Romanian defender Lucian Goian had a nightmare debut last week as he scored an own goal.
Perth is still a dangerous side with the attacking trio of Diego Castro, Andy Keogh and Adam Taggart but if Adelaide can continue their form, they should chalk up another win.

You are going even a step further than the win and backing them even at -0.5. There I was suggesting the draw no bet like a big coward! Thanks for making me feel much worse better about myself!

Don't really think so. Most are more interested in the major European leagues.
    Brisbane Roar -0.5 @ 2.33(marathonbet)/-0.25 1.95(bet365)
Roar didn't have times in the last 5 games, losing 4 out their last 5 games in all competitions. Playing in the ACL has taken its toil on their injury hit squad. 1st choice defender Luke Devere and midfielder Thomas Broich will return for this game. 1st choice gk Michael Theo and captain Matt McKay will miss out because of suspension and injury respectively.
Melbourne Victory has pretty much sealed up the 2nd spot as they are 9 points clear of 3rd place but they are also 9 points behind 1st place Sydney FC. Their chance of claiming the Premiers Plate is almost close to zero. 3 key players will be out because of international duty. Berisha(league top scorer with 18 goals in 23 apps), Marco Rojas(Victory 2nd top scorer and league top creator with 12 goals and 11 assists) and James Trosi(Victory 2nd creator with 6 assists). New Zealand international Jai Ingham will also miss out. He is also a starter.
With Victory 1st choice attacking quartet all out, it's hard to see where the goals could come from. Roar may have 2 1st choice players out but reserve gk Jamie Young has proved to be a capable gk when called upon. Youngster Joe Caletti has also shined when he was given chance to play. Roar also has a week to rest so they should all be fit and raring to go.

My leans for the other games, will do a longer writeup if I bet on the other games
CCM - Even though they don't win alot of games at home, they have been pretty competitive in most of them.
Perth Glory - 1st choice gk Danny Vukovic is out with Australia on international duty and will be a huge loss imo. He is 1 of the best gk in this season competition.

New England Revolution -1 @ 1.69(pinnacle)/1x2 if you want to parlay it
New England Revolution didn't plan to start with 2 losses in a row. But then if we look at things from another perspective, it isn't that bad. They lost to 2 of the best home teams in the league last season. FC Dallas has a 12 wins 4 draws and 1 loss while Rapids has 11 wins and 6 draws. The only thing worry thing is how coach Jay Heaps deployed striker Juan Agudelo. He is a striker but is now used as an attacking midfielder who makes him abit ineffective.
Minnesota started the season with 2 heavy losses but managed to stop the bleeding when they got a 2-2 draw against Rapids last week. While that may seem to be a good result but their defence still can't stop conceding goals. Rapids is 1 of the worst attacking team and they still concede 2 goals to them. Due to the international week, they will missing 4 starters in Francisco Calvo and Johan Venegas(both Costa Rica), Rasmus Schuller(Finland) and Kevin Molino(Trinidad & Tobago). Molino is their best player. Defender Justin Davis is also suspended because of a red card.
Minnesota will be the worst expansion team(at least imo) in the MLS history comes end of the season. Their squad already lack depth and they will miss up to at least 5 1st team players for this game which makes them even weaker. This is a good chance for the Revolution to get their 1st win of the season. While New England maybe winless so far but they should really have too much for Minnesota.

    WSW -0.5 @ 1.85(marathonbet)
I will trust WSW at home for 1 more time even thought they just kill off most of my profits I made in this league.  Santalab and Martinez played limited minutes in the ACL so they should all be fresh for this game.

I guess we have to disagree then. With such a big lead, teams will be playing not to lose or lose big rather than trying their 101% to win.
Bayern has never done the double against Arsenal too. Pep Guardiola failed twice and even the great Jupp Heyckes whose Bayern thrashed Barca 7-0 on aggregate failed in 12/13 too.

Liverpool to win. Klopp is unbeaten in games against the top 6 sides this season, winning 4 and drawing 4. Wenger record against the top 6 is woeful. 2 wins out of 22 games since 2012.

Be carefull with this. I´m Bremen Fan and i think also that we will win this. But at these odds. No Hands from me for this. Darmstadt are a fighting team and Underdog - thats w things which Bremen @Home have some problems in last 2 Seasons. For me it would be no surprise if Darmstadt can grab One Point. It will be a tough game and i think it will be a ugly 1:0 for Bremen. Bremen miss Delaney again - big Blow if you watch the games with him and then the game without him @Wolfsburg last week. For sure Darmstadt are not Wolfsburg but there was many Problems on the Positons of Central Defensive Midfield from Eggestein and Vejlkovic.

@vasilli07 Was spot on with his analysis of Palace in previous thread. An uninteruptted 2 week period of training has allowed Allardyce to develop the team and incorporate his new signings to good affect.
Things of note from Middlesbrough game:
Palace reverted to a flat back 4 in what was essentially a 4-1-4-1 module with Sakho starting alongside Tomkins in heart of defence while Milivojevic was deployed as the midfield pivot. One of my main gripes with Palace over the last year or so is a lack of assuredness and leadership through the spine of the team. Both Sakho and Milivojevic performed well on Saturday and it finally looks like we are starting to develop some backbone.
We almost had a fully fit squad for Middlesbrough game and competition for places is strong; Dann, McArthur and Schlupp all started from the bench and the added competition for places is boosting the performance levels of the players that do start such as Townsend, Puncheon and Cabaye.
The 4-1-4-1 module has improved our attacking play as we now push forward in greater numbers and provide better support for Benteke. Having players like Van Aanholt and Schlupp is great because they both have good engines and get up and down the flanks well to provide overlaps for Townsend and Zaha.
I do feel we were handed a circumstantial advantage against Middlesbrough as they had a personnel crisis in the full-back positions. Karanka had to revert to a 3 man defense due to missing players and this really played into our hands with Zaha and Townsend giving makeshift wing-back Downing a torrid time.
I feel it was a deserved win for Palace as we played with confidence and performed well throughout the game. Credit to the fans who got behind the team, important if we are to win our home games.
Heading into the West Brom game:
Be interesting to see the Palace team news nearer the time as I believe both Cabaye and Zaha took knocks in the Middlesbrough game
You can be sure that West Brom are one of the EPL teams that do not hit the beach early. You play for your place under Pulis, often he will start someone with overall less quality as a fooballer simply because they work harder and follow his instructions to the letter. They may have reached the magical 40pt mark but I do not expect them to drop off from here. I remember when Pulis managed Palace, we performed really well right to the end of the campaign and ended up finishing 11th which was extremely impressive given the state of our team when he joined. Now compare them to Stoke Those glamour boys are hitting the great barrier reef as we speak, right on schedule.
I feel Palace can pickup a positive result on Saturday but it will be tough. West Brom are so good with their attacking set-pieces and will look to exploit any weakness from Hennessey as they did with Boruc at the weekend.
Will try and post something regarding the other matches later in the week.

Going with Gladbach DNB @ 1.97. Dieter Hecking seems to have sorted out things. He has 5 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses in his 8 games in charge so far. Raffael being available for them again will be a big plus too.

Sydney DNB(1.9 @ marathonbet) - City was impressive in their win last week but that was against the 2nd worst team in the league(the table do lie at times). Sydney has been consistent over the course of the season and 1 loss doesn't change that. I feel they can bounce back here.
Roar 1x2 - Wellington Phoenix is in a mess at the moment. Their best midfielder Roly Bonevacia and leftback Tom Doyle have been dropped as a result of last week horror show. Roar will most probably start a stronger team as compared to that rubbish midweek team in the ACL.
Victory -1(1.7 @ pinnacle) - It's Adelaide 3rd game in a week so I expect some rotation. They will also be going to China to play against Jiangsu Suning next week. Victory already defeated them twice 2-0, don't see any reason why they can't complete the treble here.
Perth Glory DNB(1.7 @ pinnacle) - If Castro can continue his good form, then Perth good form should continue as well. WSW should be starting their usual starting XI although there is a chance they have 1 eye on next week ACL game. Attacking midfielder Nico Martinez may start from the bench after playing 2 games in the past week.
Mariners +0.5/DNB(depends on you) - Derby game so form is out of the window again. Jets best defender Nigel Boogaard is suspended so their backline could be abit inexperienced. Not really that good when going up against 1 of the best poacher(Roy O'Donovan) in the league.
Could be a crash and burn weekend as I'm backing 4 favourites of the 5 games. Victory is my most confident bet.

You're a vulture... I love it! Totally agree that it could get messy! Even if the players that have been ghosts this season that had blinders last year start performing, they still lack Kante who was the difference. I think Leicester will be optimistically hoping for damage limitation. I can see them losing 2-0 or 3-1.

Locking in Sevilla -1.25 @ 1.98(sbobet) now. Just when you thought things can't get any worse for Leicester, they just lost to 10 men league 1 side Millwall. Pretty confident Sevilla will win, at most I lose half my bet if they only win by a goal.

I think it's time for Crystal Palace to start picking up the points. Without any cup distraction for this week, Big Sam will have alot more time to work with his team. Boro is another boring team and always playing not to lose. For some strange reason, they aren't getting any attention despite being winless for 8 games. Palace to win and make Boro winless run extend to 2 months.
