Chicago Fire could be the Leicester City of MLS if they win the cup this season while Schweinsteiger(10x better than Stevie G and Lampard) has been a revelation so far in his short MLS career. Sounders failed to take advantage of Orlando but I doubt Fire will let the chance slip away.

Even though FC Dallas was beaten in their last two road games, we have to take into consideration that rotated teams were used. Against Chicago, it was a midweek game(3 games in a week) while against Portland Timbers last week, they were decimated by international callups. Key players like Gruezo, Acosta, Barrios and Urruti should all return here after being rested in the US Open Cup. Playmaker Mauro Diaz is likely to be on the bench after going ninety minutes in midweek. With all these key personals returning for FC Dallas, I like their chances of getting something here against the Whitecaps.

I do like Fire. Almiron is called up by Paraguay and is very likely to play against Peru. So against Fire, he will probably start from the bench or won't play at all after the traveling.

Low value on Costa Rica for the outright win so think you're right backing the -1. Panama are a tricky proposition on their own patch but are far less effective away. Three home wins look bankers here so a three fold with all three -1 could be an option if you fancy pushing the boat out.

I'm going with Costa Rica -1 against Panama. The group is pretty tight with USA finally woken up from their slumbers. Costa Rica kinda of hit a small slump as they are now winless in their last 2 games after starting the campaign with 2 wins out of 2. Their best players like gk Keylor Navas, defender Giancarlo Gonzalez, midfielders Celso Borgos, Bryan Ruiz and striker Joel Campbell are all available. They should have too much for a average CONCACAF team like Panama.

Timbers has certainly gone off the boil after a great start to the season. They are now winless in their last 5 games. After a great win over FC Dallas in Texas 2 weeks ago, Earthquakes inconsistency continues as they lost to a pretty ordinary LA Galaxy last week. Their defence was all over the place. Timbers has always been relatively strong at home and I expect them to put the inconsistent Earthquakes side to the sword to snap their winless run.

Sounders will welcome back a few starters(Joevin Jones, Brad Evans; Osvaldo Alonso and Clint Dempsey) who sat out of the midweek game. They are almost at full strength with defender Roman Torres being the notable absentee. CenturyLink Field has been a fortress since Brian Schmetzer took charge last July. Out of the 14 games, they have won 9 and lost only 1 of them. Even though RSL broke their losing streak but I feel they will come up short against a desperate Sounders side.

While Earthquakes may look good in the table and only 3 points behind FC Dallas but 12 points out of the 16 were taken at home. On the road, they have already lost to the better teams in the West like Sporting KC(2-1) and Houston Dynamo(2-0). They even lost to the worst team Colorado Rapids by a score of 3-0 last Sunday, that's how bad they are away from home. FC Dallas may not have score alot so far this season but against tired San Jose Earthquakes side, I feel this is a good opportunity for them to get a 2 goals victory.

Both teams played in midweek but Philly could have more of the rest advantage as they played at home while Rapids played in Chicago. I expect Philly coach Jim Curtin to make some rotation but it's going to be minimal so that it's won't disrupt his team rhythm. Given Philly red hot form, this is the game they should really be winning. Colorado Rapids have lost all 5 of their road games so far, scoring only once and conceded 10 goals.

Whitecaps may have 2 straight home wins in a row but Houston Dynamo is a very different side to average Montreal or poor Rapids. They have beaten quality teams like Sounders and Red Bulls at home so far. Only complacency against Minnesota prevented them from a 6 home wins out of 6 record. They should prove too strong for Whitecaps especially when the league leading scorer Cubo Torres is back too. Considering Houston poor road record, this is a pivotal game for them too as they will embark on a 3 games road trip next week.

I like Everton -1. In 2017, they have won all their home games by at least 2 goals. The only time they didn't was against Chelsea a few weeks ago.
If Celta can push Man Utd to extra time or all the way till the 90th min in midweek, then Spurs should be a good play.

Jiangsu has not included any of their foreigners for this trip to Australia so it's confirmed Jiangsu will be fielding a all chinese team. Adelaide has shown alot of heart and resilient in the last 3 games that gave them an outside side of qualification. They came back to draw against Jeju on matchday 3, beat the same team at Jeju in the return leg, then coming back 2-0 down to draw 3-3 against Gamba in the last game. Facing a weakened and low on confidence Jiangsu side, I believe they will have too much for them.
