  1. The up to you plays or just keep your winnings.

    Orlando DNB @ 1.81

Orlando will have an extra day of rest having played on Sat while Toronto played on Sunday. After a hot and humid Texas encounter against FC Dallas, Toronto won't have it easy in Florida which is likely to have similar conditions. Orlando Cyle Larin will be playing at home for the first time since his DUI(driving under the influence) and he will probably has a point to prove. The wingbacks(shortage of) could be an issue for Toronto too if they persist with a 3-5-2 formation. Toronto maybe a much improved team this season but I have a feeling the Lions will roar and devour the Reds with probably a winning goal from the wonderboy Cyle Larin. :hope

    NYC DNB @ 2.21

Whitecaps form has been simply inconsistent so far and the only reason why they are not far off the playoffs spot is also due to the inconsistency of the other Western conference teams like LA Galaxy, Sounders and Rapids. NYC form has picked up over the past month. They are undefeated in June and I like their chances(with the odds) to keep their streak alive for another week against a Whitecaps team who has yet to prove themselves this season. :hope

  2. Odds seem to be dropping so I will post the Wed game first. Let's see if we can make it two in a row with Hotlanta.

    Atlanta -1 @ 2.11(marathonbet)

Earthquakes Anibal Godoy has left to join up with the Panama national team that is likely to leave them abit short in the central midfield area. While both teams are on a 3 games a week schedule, Earthquakes are likely to be more tired. Players like Imperiale, Yueill, Hyka(77 minutes against Sounders) and Wondolowski have already play 90 minutes in the last two games. Being a cross country game as well, the travelling will add on the extra burden. Atlanta frightening front four(Almiron, Asad, Villalba and Martinez) should be ready to go again as it will only be their second game. Earthquakes is rather woeful on the road(2W-1D-5W) and I believe Atalanta should be able to pick up another win at home before the Gold Cup break begins. :hope

  4. Got to say this week fixtures are tough. I liked Houston but their second and third top goal scorers(Elis and Quito) are unavailable because of international duty.

    Atalanta United DNB 3.24/+0.5 2.09(pinnacle)

I'm going to take a risk this week, splitting my unit into two. Atlanta hasn't been playing too well lately when playing on the road but their high pressing style could force Crew backline into mistakes. While Atalanta played in midweek, their front four(Almiron, Asad, Villalba and Martinez) are rested so they should all play in this game. Columbus Crew is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you could be getting from them each week so there is always a good chance that they won't turn up after their big win against Montreal. :hope

  5. I will just give it a shot.

    Jiangsu Suning DNB @ 2.07

News just came in that coach AVB, Hulk and Chinese international Wu Lei will be suspended for two games for protesting against Oscar eight games ban. That would mean Shanghai SIPG will be without three of their starters. The trio Hulk, Wu Lei and Oscar has combined for 19 goals and 17 assists among them. Without the trio, I think Jiangsu has a good chance of getting their second win(and Fabio Capello first win) of the season

  6. Chicago Fire -1 @ 2.18

Orlando players have been forced to go into overdrive in midweek when they went in search of an equaliser(which they did and screw me :@). A cross country game is probably the last thing they needed. Chicago Fire could be the Leicester City of MLS if they win the cup this season while Schweinsteiger(10x better than Stevie G and Lampard) has been a revelation so far in his short MLS career. Sounders failed to take advantage of Orlando but I doubt Fire will let the chance slip away. :hope

  7. Italy -1 @ 1.95

With only the first place and best second placed team being guarantee a automatic semi-finals spot, Italy knows that they cannot rest on their laurels just yet. A win here and maybe a draw in the last game should see them finish as one of the best second placed team. As for Czech Republic, they will have to come out all guns blazing to get a win and that should leave gaps for superior Italy to expose.

  8. This is for the midweek game.

    Sounders -1 @ 2.02(betvictor)

Both teams will be on a 3 games week. With this not being a conference game and flying cross country, I think Orlando coach Jason Kreis will rotate his team and leave the stronger team for the weekend conference game against the high flying Chicago Fire. A couple of players also looked gassed after that hard fought come from behind 3-3 draw against Montreal Impact in the weekend. Sounders should welcome back centreback Roman Torres and probably rightback Brad Evans. This is probably the first time Sounders get to play their first choice defence for this season. With the likelihood of Orlando playing a weaker team and Sounders finally getting healthy, I believe they should be able to chalk up another home win.

  9. Sweden DNB @ 1.83(unibet)

While not being as talented as teams like Spain, Italy or Germany, Sweden has look really solid at this level. In the qualifying campaign, they were undefeated against fellow qualifier Spain and finished ahead of them. Even though Poland is the host but they didn't really look too impressive in the first game and I'm not sure home advantage is a big factor. The last three hosts of this competition didn't make it out of the group stage. Both teams will be looking for a win but I will side with a more solid Swedish side here.

  10. FC Dallas DNB @ 2.45(unibet)

Even though FC Dallas was beaten in their last two road games, we have to take into consideration that rotated teams were used. Against Chicago, it was a midweek game(3 games in a week) while against Portland Timbers last week, they were decimated by international callups. Key players like Gruezo, Acosta, Barrios and Urruti should all return here after being rested in the US Open Cup. Playmaker Mauro Diaz is likely to be on the bench after going ninety minutes in midweek. With all these key personals returning for FC Dallas, I like their chances of getting something here against the Whitecaps.

  11. Toronto -1 @ 1.77(pinnacle)

Toronto should be full strength as both Bradley and Altidore return from US international duty. Patrick Mullins will be notable absentee for DC United as he continue to rehab following a knee surgery. Toronto has so far been the most consistent team this season(I expect them to win the MLS cup barring any injuries to their key players) and they should return to winning ways against DC United who is definitely looking like a favourite for the wooden spoon now.

  12. I'm going with Costa Rica -1 against Panama. The group is pretty tight with USA finally woken up from their slumbers. Costa Rica kinda of hit a small slump as they are now winless in their last 2 games after starting the campaign with 2 wins out of 2. Their best players like gk Keylor Navas, defender Giancarlo Gonzalez, midfielders Celso Borgos, Bryan Ruiz and striker Joel Campbell are all available. They should have too much for a average CONCACAF team like Panama.

  13. Maybe you can merge or edit the thread title for the weekend games.

    Portland Timbers  @ 1.79(marathonbet)

Timbers has certainly gone off the boil after a great start to the season. They are now winless in their last 5 games. After a great win over FC Dallas in Texas 2 weeks ago, Earthquakes inconsistency continues as they lost to a pretty ordinary LA Galaxy last week. Their defence was all over the place. Timbers has always been relatively strong at home and I expect them to put the inconsistent Earthquakes side to the sword to snap their winless run.

  14. Columbus Crew +0.5 @ 2(sbobet)

Going against the in form team here. Toronto will be without their 1st choice strikeforce(Giovinco and Altidore). The latter imo is a bigger miss of the 2. His strength makes him really hard to muscle off the ball in MLS. Crew has played them close in the 1st 2 meetings(1 win and 1 loss) so I think they can get something out of this game.

  15. Sounders -1 @ 1.85(marathonbet)

Sounders will welcome back a few starters(Joevin Jones, Brad Evans; Osvaldo Alonso and Clint Dempsey) who sat out of the midweek game. They are almost at full strength with defender Roman Torres being the notable absentee. CenturyLink Field has been a fortress since Brian Schmetzer took charge last July. Out of the 14 games, they have won 9 and lost only 1 of them. Even though RSL broke their losing streak but I feel they will come up short against a desperate Sounders side.

    FC Dallas -1 @ 2.16(betvictor)

While Earthquakes may look good in the table and only 3 points behind FC Dallas but 12 points out of the 16 were taken at home. On the road, they have already lost to the better teams in the West like Sporting KC(2-1) and Houston Dynamo(2-0). They even lost to the worst team Colorado Rapids by a score of 3-0 last Sunday, that's how bad they are away from home. FC Dallas may not have score alot so far this season but against tired San Jose Earthquakes side, I feel this is a good opportunity for them to get a 2 goals victory.

    Philly -0.5 @ 1.9(marathonbet)

Both teams played in midweek but Philly could have more of the rest advantage as they played at home while Rapids played in Chicago. I expect Philly coach Jim Curtin to make some rotation but it's going to be minimal so that it's won't disrupt his team rhythm. Given Philly red hot form, this is the game they should really be winning. Colorado Rapids have lost all 5 of their road games so far, scoring only once and conceded 10 goals.
