  1. Re: English League Draw System (Beta Phase) Crouchy, perhaps combine your selections with further filtering. These are your selections with my ratings. Not looked at the scores, but would have steered away from Stoke, Southend, may be Blackpool. I'd have looked at anything between 50-65%, as the ratings include the hometeam advantage:

    Date Division HomeTeam AwayTeam WinExpectancy
    26/09/2009 Championship Blackpool Peterboro 63.83%
    26/09/2009 League 1 Gillingham Norwich 53.59%
    26/09/2009 Championship Leicester Preston 58.01%
    26/09/2009 Championship Scunthorpe Doncaster 54.75%
    26/09/2009 League 1 Southend Oldham 74.25%
26/09/2009 Premier League Stoke Man United 17.27%

  3. Re: interesting draw stats Yeh, get mine from there too. I make it well over 10000 matches ending in a draw since 2004 with % average home odds (Av Betbrain) of:

    1.5-2 32.46%
    2-2.5 37.54%
    2.5-3 13.06%
Thats 83% of games with odds between 1.5 and 3 ending in a draw!! Could be a good spot mate. Edit: Looked at all the games between those odds and the overall results seem normal tho:
    A D H Grand Total
    Total 26.26% 28.60% 45.14% 100.00%
  4. Re: interesting draw stats

Hi guys, just been looking for a pattern over backing draws.....and did you know that out of 1200 matches that ended in a draw, just over 450 of them had odds of the home team at 1.9-2.2. a quarter of the games i looked at with those odds had ended in the draw which is average i guess. But if you know that over a third of all draws accounted for were with those odds, maybe then you could find two matches in a day that were top, bottom or mid table clashes and go for a sneaky double with odds of around 25-30. Gotta be worth a fiver..........
What stats are you looking at here mate i.e. Leagues/Years/Bookie?
