I alsolike Under 2.5 goals. Shocked the price has gone out.
Villa didn't go out against Leicester to prove they are 7-goal superstars. Anything but. I think they would be ecstatic with a 1-0 win and staying top.

I've never spread bet. I was asking about games I fancied to be close recently. I hadnt thought of spread-betting. Which I suppose would equate to selling goal supremacy?

Yeah they are part time and sometimes it can be an issue although this game will have been known about for a while so players can obviously work around that. Their bosses will obviously also know that they play football and so will be more accepting of these things I would imagine.

Bad week for Tony Pulis. Cant say I know much about Watford, not sure about their manager. 1-1 last week for west brom was the scoreline I fancied (massively). Another draw would not be a massive surprise. 2-2 is 19.00 at B365. I might have a pop at them each week while I've got the interest and see how the returns (if any) pan out at the end of the season.
Nice write-up on Palace. Also like Sir Punts Sunderland poke. DC or AH treble for a bit of fun perhaps?... "if you're reckless and don't care about your money"

Two years ago Paderborn celebrated making it to the Bundesliga for the first time in their history, but now they are staring down the barrel of a return to the 3rd tier in Germany. They were immediately relegated from the Bundesliga last season, and rather than bouncing back instantly they have endured a difficult season in the 2. Bundesliga and find themselves in 16th position.
This sees them occupy the relegation playoff position, with three points separating them from the bottom two clubs and one point between them and Frankfurt and Dusseldorf above them. A win on Friday could see them climb out of the playoff position, whereas a loss could put them in the automatic drop spots with just two games remaining.
Paderborn managed to pick up a point at Heidenheim on Saturday to lead on from their win at fellow relegation candidates Frankfurt the weekend before. This puts their recent record at two defeats, two draws, and one win. At home they are winless in five matches though, with three of these five ending in defeat.
Freiburg were also relegated from the Bundesliga last season, but unlike their opponents they are plotting a quick return to the top flight. They come into the final three matches of the season at the top of the 2. Bundesliga, three points ahead of Leipzig in 2nd and with a seven point cushion over the promotion playoff spot.
They managed to bounce back from their draw at Braunschweig last Monday by seeing off Duisburg 3-0 at home on Friday, taking their recent record to nine wins and one draw from their last ten matches.
Away from home they have won four of their last five and are unbeaten since the start of February, so they will feel that they have an excellent chance of potentially wrapping up promotion on Friday. The visitors have also managed to net 14 goals in their last five away days, and are coming up against a defence who have shipped ten in their last five home games and scored just one in return.
This makes odds of 17/20 for a Freiburg win look excellent value for money, and I'm going for that along with a 3-0 correct score prediction at 16/1.

France Ligue2 Paris FC - FC Metz

Paris FC are like a throwback to Ligue 2 of a decade ago, maybe I am being harsh and they are just not good enough, it is "OK" to be bad, but to not give yourself the best possible chance to win, is unforgivable ! They are now ten points from safety, with eight rounds left to play and are going to get what they deserve from this season, I do not advocate violence very often, but if they are happy to sit back for 70 minutes + again this evening on home soil, no supporter should be charged for running onto the pitch and administering a kick up the backside to every member of the coaching staff ! Lybohy is again suspended and missing from the home backline. I feel they will at least attempt to go for it early tonight and 3 of their last 4 have gone comfortably "over".

Metz will surely come all guns blazing for three points, they are currently sixth, two points off promotion pace, but no one is going to get up to Ligue 1 by playing for a draw and 3rd spot is going to go to the wire and will, you have to feel, be claimed by the bravest of the pack. They have scored in 13 of their last 14 away starts (all comps) and conceded two or more in 7/8 on the road, 7/9 have gone "over" and both teams have scored in 10 of 13. I feel they are the more likely winner, but have to suggest the best value lies with ................over 2.5 goals 2.51 asian line/Sportmarket.

Anyone think Salford look good bet at ilkeston? The home team have got rid of 8 1st team players and are playing academy lads in their places. Basically they've written the season off

Hoffenheim will face Darmstadt in the last game of Bundesliga 20th game week. The teams are on the bottom of the table and struggle not to be relegated. We suggest the game should be hot and attacking because each team extremely needs to win. In last 2 games Hoffenheim played against top teams Bayern munich and Leverkusen and gained 1 point there that is not so bad. But now in the match with direct competitor of relegation battle only win will be positive result. Nevertheless Darmstadt fight to keep place in the league surprisingly the team is third after Bayern and Borussia Dortmund of away matches results. We suppose today Darmstadt will try to confirm this trend as the opponent is not so strong. Darmstadt plays quite well and creates many chances every game but implementation of chances into goals should be much more better. It is expected that big forward Wagner (194cm height) will be in attacking line today and Darmstadt should have chances "on the second floor". Bookmakers offer for current game total corners of 9.5 with 1.95 odds for over (at Bet365). We consider this total is not so high and the bet on over of 9.5 total corners should be win. In the teams first head-to-head match this season there was goalless draw but 10 corners. Let's look at some stats facts of teams corners. There was 12 times over 9.5 corners in 19 Hoffenheim matches this season and 6 of 9 times it was over at home. Also in Darmstadt away mathes teams delivered more that 9.5 corners 6 of 9 times and avarage total corners of Darmstadt at away is 10.67. So we expect to see today interesting attacking game and believe the corners total will be beaten easily. Good luck! I don't find anything relevant on local news about the players condition. The only thing is the pressure fans and president are making on Tondela players because of their lack of attitude...maybe bettors think this will have a positive effect on the team.
Sergio Conceicao (Guimaraes coach), says to the media that it will be a difficult game because it's a game away from home and Tondela will dispute this game like a final since they desperately need points to survive. I see this as standard talk to keep his players alert and not get lazy.
Both coach statements are expected, so I prefer to take into account only the team facts.

    Tuttocuoio - Carrarese

I wrote last week about Carrarese. They are in deep financial problems, all best players left and none brought to replace them.
The Carrarese Calcio 1908 is preparing to compete in what is likely to be the last official match of the championship in its history. With the beginning of next week in fact the liquidator Giorgi deposit in court the bankruptcy of the company Piazza Vittorio Veneto.
For this match they are in emergency!! Only 4 defenders available most of them bench players.
DEF Sales (20/0),Barlocco (22/0) are suspended. 2nd GK Nocchi (3/0),DEF Benedini (6/0),MID Berardocco (21/1) are injured.
Coach Remondina said "even if we are in total emergency especially on the outer lanes of defense because of suspensions of Sales and Barlocco and meet their defections forced I have to study any solution maybe adapting other players of the rose I have available. Our opponents already in the first leg and we were worried that we know that the match we expect and how to try to meet head-on. Infirmary are waiting to understand the conditions of Berardocco, still suspended for the trip to Pontedera, he complains that some muscular discomfort and will not be of even Benedini game. Therefore I will have to draw 2-3 boys from U21 team to compose a list of 18-19 players to be convened " Carrarese have called 18 players for this match, with only 4 defenders.
    PORTIERI: Gavellotti Alessio, Lagomarsini Ettore.

DIFENSORI: Bagni Dario (0/0), Battistini Matteo (8/0), Massoni Leonardo (22/0), Tavanti Christian (10/0).

CENTROCAMPISTI: Alhassan Moro, Brondi Filippo, Cavion Michele, Dettori Francesco, Gerbaudo Matteo, Gherardi Alessandro, Giacomelli Davide, Pedone Alex, Tognoni Marco.

ATTACCANTI: Cais Davide, Erpen Horacio, Gyasi Emmanuel, Vitiello Domenico.

Tuttocuoio last year were one of the best home teams. But against this Carrarese anyone can win without problem as it witness last win of Savona.

    Pick: Tuttocuoio -0.25
    Odds: 2.00
    Bookmaker: Sbobet
    Stake: 10/10

Not sure although surprised the rules were ever to let the result stand if the match isn't completed. I know that if a bet is a certain winner/loser at the time then it gets settled eg over 2.5 goals would have been a winner on this game.
Seems it was rain which got into the floodlight box which caused it.

misky reacted to Sir Puntalot in Fury v Klitschko (Sat 28th Nov) - Can Fury land the KO blow?
Well finally it's here (we hope) after a postponement for an injury sustained by Klitschko, the fight appears to be definitely on! We now have a heavyweight title fight that people want to watch and it's been a long time since anyone could say that.

Klitschko has reigned supreme for a long time, but has he really beaten anyone of note? Certainly he's beaten everyone in front of him, but I think Tyson would have knocked them all out within 30 seconds, perhaps even all in the ring at the same time!
