Random thought (from watching yet another Camile Giorgi match): Could Camile potentially be / have been a top 15-20 player if she didn't have her weird, bonkers dad as coach (for her entire career), and instead had a proper coach who actually fixed her many leaks instead of shouting at umpires and throwing tantrums?

No, can't trust any of them. Isner will do his serving, makes life difficult for anyone. Nadal is not at his best and could get in trouble.

Heh. I am professional bettor. That's something that puts bread on my table...
I bet for 23 years. And also I am former athlete. I Play tennis once a week. Play basket...
I rarely bet tennis prematch because bad margins there. But when I do that I am pretty much successful. I just checked my last 12 picks.
10 won. Average odds 2.30. Smallest 1.50. Highest 4.00.
Cheers.
p.s. You have link in my description. That's how I bet tennis. So when I do it, I do it all day long. Futures, challengers, masters...

@StevieDay1983
This season was a success with our main aim being just to avoid relegation. It was an even better achievement considering we had the 2nd lowest budget in the league, playing home games in Birmingham, little match fitness at the start of the season compared to other teams with League One finishing in March but the Championship continuing during the summer, and also long-term injuries to the spine of our title winning side. A crucial 7 days in April ensured our survival with 3 wins in the space of a week and ensured we avoided a nervy final few games of the season! Hopefully more of the same next season and our young squad will have gained a lot of experience from a full season in the Championship. We’ve been told our budget will slightly increase and will be roughly a 4th bottom budget, so hopefully we can find some hidden gems again. Hopefully we can sign Leo Ostigard and Matty James permanently (both out of contract) as they have been key players in the 2nd half of the season. The best thing to happen this season was in March when a deal was struck for us to return to Coventry next season
In terms of this weekend, it will be nice to get a win in our final “home” game at St Andrews. It’s been a good home to us over the 2 years and we have got a good record there. We go into this weekend with injuries to key men Leo Ostigard, Liam Kelly & Matty Godden. Millwall have just had a tricky spell recently after a really impressive second half of the season. They will be a very different side to the covid hit Millwall team we beat early in January so expecting a tough test this weekend. Very hard to predict a result, no pressure in terms of relegation will hopefully make it an open game.

Yeah, I watched the game as well, Wayne, and it was disappointing. I share your disbelief at Paterson being played as a wing back. I remember Neil Warnock tried something similar in the Premier League where he aimed long balls up to him in a way to knock on for our front man but it didn't work then. Jordan Rhodes seems like a man re-discovering his best form so why they kept him on the bench I'll never know. I think Darren Moore being struck by covid was the worst thing that could have happened to you. I still think you could get something against Derby but this whole payment delay issue is mind-boggling. Why is he doing it now at such a key part of the season?! You have my sympathy anyway. I hope you survive.

Luton Town
They are the twelfth in the table of the Tournament. They are in form, which have been unbeaten for four matches. But they do not play well as host, with 36% winning percentage in home game this season.
Rotherham United
They rank the twenty-second in the table. If they do not struggle hard, they are likely to degrade. They are in poor state, which have been winless for four matches. They play poorly as traveller, getting 6W-3D-12L in away games this season.
Verdict:
Rotherham United are full of ambitions. There is no doubt that they will try their best in the rest of this season. Luton Town are free of stress at present. So it is predicted that Rotherham United are going to win in upcoming game.

MABS reacted to avongirl in League Tables - Week 7
A successful week with 32 winning bets. Top performer was Squirrel Nutkin with a 17/1 treble followed by Hotpotklonk with 14/1 and Cuko 11/1.
Special mentions too for Alex Bird with 4 winning bets in a row, and Zidane123 who has not had a losing week yet with 5 wins (2 no shows) over the 7 weeks.
Competition is hotting up in the overall standings, we now have 3 players over £500 and 20 in the double bank club.

Here's the overall table showing all those who have doubled their bank so far. I've included last week's positions as our new top 2 have both moved up from lowly positions, so it just goes to show what a brave treble pick can do.

saw Evans vs Lajovic and Hurkacz vs Fabbiano. Evans played quite well there, defending with slice backhand super effectively and coming to the net finish points. I saw Hurkacz struggle with Fabbiano. He was not playing particularly well and I don't think he's great on clay anyway. Decided to keep away from Evans-Hurkacz cause couldnt tell how it would go.

Fulham vs Wolves
The Premier League action begins on Friday night at 8pm BST when relegation strugglers Fulham look to improve their survival chances against a Wolves team who aren't quite safe yet. Kick-off will take place at Craven Cottage and with both teams desperate to take all 3 points in an effort to boost their hopes of staying up we could see a frenetic encounter.
Fulham are in a position that is getting graver by the week. Scott Parker's men are in 18th place and now 3 points adrift of safety with 17th placed Newcastle boasting a game in hand too. The Cottagers have lost their last 3 league games and hopes are survival are beginning to fade away. Home form has been a problem all season for Fulham with the club having the worst home record in the division taking just 16 points from their 10 home league matches. The only two times they have recorded wins at home have been against the two teams placed below them in the table in West Brom and Sheffield United. Scoring goals remains an issue with Fulham possessing the worst shots to goal percentage in the division at just 6.6%.
Wolves aren't exactly enjoying life any better than their opponents for this game right now. Nuno Espirito Santo's men are positioned in 14th place and just 9 points above the relegation zone. This season wasn't meant to be about survival. This was supposed to be another step in a positive direction for the Midlands club. Wanderers haven't tasted victory in their previous 5 league games and bottoms are becoming a little twitchy within the club and fan base. Starting games quickly has been a problem for the club with the team scoring first in just 1 of their last 20 league games. Away form has also been dire for Wolves with just 1 win coming in their last 10 away league matches.
This is a clash between two of the most out-of-form sides in the English top flight. Fulham appear to have missed their opportunity to climb out of the relegation zone and there has certainly been more of an air of resignation about them recently. Wolves can't buy a win right now but they have won 8 of the last 11 meetings between these two teams. I just feel there is such a lack of self belief and quality within these teams at the moment that a draw seems the logical choice. If anyone is going to snatch a win I think it would be Wolves but I don't have faith in either team getting 3 points.
Draw @ 3.15 with SBK
Total Goals Scored Under 1.5 @ 2.78 with SBK

I guess right thinking would suggest Rybakina on the basis that Sorribes Tormo should finally be running out of steam having played all those matches. Rybakina herself has questionable form and it remains to be seen whether her victory over Kanepi was as good as the score suggested. I think Kanepi imploded from too many matches played as opposed to the thrashing. -2.5 will be deemed a sensible pick if Sorribes Turbo does not turn up. I strongly believe that Sorribes will ram up the turbo and really make this one messy for Rybakina even if she is to end up winning. I have been pondering over the clash of styles all day, Tormo hitting up and Rybakina hitting flat and hard....and missing a few too. I would want to think that Sorribes has already beaten a mixture of players that would already cater for this type of player in Rybakina. Its so very close. Sorribes Turbo for me here!!

Hello all,
Just saw that Bublik is considered a favourite vs. Djere and jyst not to sure why... In some books he probably could be a favorite, but I prefer to play on L. Djere as a more versatile player, which should win this match-up...
At least Ihope for that...

Surprised to see that Brighton are favourites at Southampton. Both teams are out of form, but Southampton can partly attribute this to all their injuries, whereas Brighton's problem is the same as ever- they don't take their chances and don't have a top quality striker. Brighton also have a poor record against Saints. I certainly don't see Southampton losing this one, so happy to back the home side at the prices, but with a little bit of cover on the draw as Brighton draw a lot of matches (level with Fulham for most in the PL).
Man U at nearly evens to beat West Ham is also tempting, especially as Lingard can't play for West Ham. However, they didn't play great against Milan, and will be tired from that, plus they have injury problems up front. All the same, the price feels a bit bigger than you'd expect against an ordinary team like West Ham who are admittedly overachieving this season.
As for the NLD, I think the prices are about right, and no result would really surprise me, but if Mourinho wants to endear himself to the spurs fans, he should be targeting the win in this match. The lack of any fan hostility makes this more or less like any other match so it will probably lack the usual passion which could play into spurs' hands. I'd expect there to be goals as both teams are good going forward and not so good defensively. Kane loves a goal against Arsenal and he's a big price to score anytime (2.5 skybet) so i'd take the result out of it and go with Kane to score anytime as my best bet in this match.
