When I started watching the last game early in the third i think bendigo were up by a point then didn't score for about an hour. Townsville have brutalised everyone at least some of the time at home so seems reasonable to expect an easy win has a decent chance.

Re: WNBL 2014/15 i was thinking canberra were due to get something from zavecz, bibby and wilson, but no. zavecs and bibby in particular continue to stink it up. bibby is something like 1 from 40 in the past half dozen games. i don't get the dandenong line. melbourne lose comfortably to everyone and danndenong beat everyone comfortably. Dandenong -4.5 & -5.5 3x Dandenong 4.5 and over 161.5 $3.50

Re: WNBL 2014/15 yes i read tomlinson is only playing tomorrow. it seems possible dandenong could choose to focus on their defence which is still their weakness, which would be trouble for WC most likely as they tend to do badly when pressured. but often do ok when it is up and down.

Re: WNBL 2014/15 seems like a decent spot for adelaide to serve up more half hearted swill. not sure about the under. canberra haven't put points on the board that often, but they look to be building. adelaide have held melbourne to 96, townsville to 98 and dandenong to 95 in their past four games. i could see 90 - 60.

Re: WNBL 2014/15 Townsville -11.5 Townsville over 161.5 Bendigo -12.5 x2 Townsville have brutalised teams at home with the exception of the dandenong loss. Sydney will be keen but i dont think that will be enough. As I understand it D Smith is out which looks like trouble for WC. Bendigo like many teams have a tough run home and cant afford to lose this one because, as i see it, would make missing playoffs on the table.

Under looks strong to me as well: - Melbourne talking defence after letting Sydney run wild - Canberra won't be in a hurry on back to back - pretty much an elimination final

Re: WNBL 2014/15 Looking pretty grim for the league with adelaide folding. Canberra +8.5 seems to many to me Dandenong over 157.5 adelaide's scoring has picked up a bit, albeit at home. think the tempo should give them opportunities to get 70 if they are not sulking.

Re: WNBL 2014/15 played townsville, think they can play ordinary and still cover. draw is pretty mad. sydney have two easy games but i feel are the least likely of the three to beat the top teams. canberra have a brutal schedule but seem due to play better.

Re: WNBL 2014/15 Adelaide only have 3 players with FG% over 40% on the season, Scheer sneaking in at 41%. Lewis, Foley and Merino are all at 29% which is quite impressive compared to Harrington who has 31 points and a FG% of 17%. Melbourne have improved their offence but after a long layoff could b rusty. small bet on under 140.5

Re: WNBL 2014/15 given adelaide have scored 70+ once this season and have about 10 quarters of less than 5, taking both WC +5.5 and under 141.5 requires adelaide to score 74 to lose both which looks attractive to me although has a bit of a bad feel about it.

Re: Big Bash League 2014/15 only two or three favourites have got up so far by my count. blindly betting the dog has been killing it. agree hobart's batting looks stronger but not much in the bowling if duffield continues to bowl well as i see it. will probably take brisbane if i can get $2.40.
