Agree on Townsville played -17.5 2u
also Townsville v Adelaide over 151.5 2u - Adelaide have given up 88 and 94 so Townsville should be able to rack up a score
-
having a little trouble going with bendigo on a back to back when they have no bench and got beaten by 32 last night,
but as you say they do tend to play well after a loss and canberra don't appear to have any defence and i have them -85.5 vs the line in four games so going to play it.
-
Melbourne -5.5 3u
Melbourne maybe due a bad performance but i think on form this spread should be double digits.
-
With:
-Jawai and Knight picking up injuries
- Lisch due back for Illawarra
- i thought i heard Martin not playing
- Perth have looked great once against Adelaide and terrible twice
Illawarra -1 3u
might hedge some depending on what happens with injuries and prices
obvious risk of perth bounce back, but even with all their players they don't look that potent offensively compared to illawarra
-
Adelaide +5.5
Thinking about playing Perth if iffy players are in.
-
agreed played Adelaide -1 2u
NBL rarely stays predictable for long though.
-
nice get. i am on them at -6.5.
also melbourne -11 and melbourne game over.
-
On the other hand would have been a bit lucky to win it given it was 70 all i believe then Townsville threw it in reverse.
Cairns could be ok if Tragargh, Worthington and Laughton start playing well but they look pretty terrible at the moment to me.
GL today not that keen on anything at the moment.
-
Great day out in both leagues despite the nasty beat in the cairns game.
-
sydney look pretty clueless and the coach seems keen for every player to get minutes with every other player.
my thinking is that deep rosters are a negative in the 40 minute game. go with 7 players, a feel good veteran and two 15 year olds i say.
i have played:
Melbourne -6.5
Melbourne game over
Perth -6.5
Perth game under
Corey Webster is returning to the breakers which should be enough to make them a contender again. couldn't find anything about when he is available but seems unlikely he will be in perth tonight.

as in cant even log into the website clueless

Read this which sounds pretty definite:
Beveridge will be forced to play without both his starting guards for the second straight match against the Breakers, with both also unlikely for the Hawks’ away battle with the Sydney Kings on Sunday. They may instead make a comeback when Illawarra face Perth at home on October 25.
-
do you know if Lisch is playing? without him they have no guards and i think cedric jackson is likely to abuse them.
melbourne went to powder and tried to self destruct more than anything illawara did as i saw it.
if lisch is out i am playing breakers.
-
Swords did look quite impressive when i saw her play, but her stats are underwhelming : 5pts 4 rebounds a game last season if i am looking at the correct numbers.
Canberra seem pretty undersized though and got outrebounded by 10 by Dandenong and could be in a bit of trouble again here.
I played Sydney 1-10 $2.80 which seems a reasonable deal to me.
-
yes canberra down 8 with 11 seconds to go and as usual saw it as a 50 50 ball game and called time out.
yes i was thinking francis and batkovic would monster.
it looks a bit like canberra vs health to me early. with jackson, montgomery and zavecs added they look 20+ points better than any other team to me on paper.
-
yes my wisdom seemed to spark something like a 15-0 run for melbourne.
looks like hard work to win a bet with lots of runs and scoring feasts then droughts making it a bit of a musical chairs.
-
My thinking is Adelaide could be ok with Mitchell, Ruef and Bowen shouldering most of the load.
-
Townsville -8 2u
Townsville still look a strong team to me. pretty tough B2B for Bendigo to start the season.
-
Finding things a little difficult to get a handle on things when half the teams have 10 new players who i have never heard of.
Dandenong +2.5
Dandenong under 149 2u
From what I have read Bishop has a max of 10 minutes and Jackson montgomery and zavecs are out.
Dandenong have about 10 new players so hard to see the chemistry being there.

nice call on wade. :nana:nana:nana:nana

9. Jamaica v England over 106.5
-
6. Uganda 7. T&T +40.5 8. Samoa +5.5
-
5. Australia -45.5 2-2 so far but fiji were slightly better team for 3 and 3/4s of the game just had a disaster few minutes where they went from 3 up to 10 down, so considerable lament with that one.
-
1. Fiji +3.5 2. Samoa +43.5 3. Malawi $2.30 4. Barbados +45.5

Also Sydney v Melbourne under 154.5 1u
Thinking these teams offensive prowess may be overstated as Sydney has played Canberra and Adelaide and Melbourne has played adelaide,
