Hi @James32021950 and welcome to the forum!
I honestly don't think Dimitrov is at the required level at the moment, but I haven't watched Alcaraz in a while now, so I don't know much in that regard unfortunately. Maybe someone else knows a bit more?
Jeong Su Jang to beat Emina Bektas at 2.06 with Unibet
I watched Jang against Kenin and she was incredibly solid, not giving her illustrious opponent anything for free. Bektas isn't on the same level as Kenin, and she can get easily frustrated by motivated opponents that can move and defend well, with Jang certainly fitting that description. Going to three sets against Pigossi is hardly convincing, too, so I think the value lies with Jang here.

WTA Eastbourne - Osorio to beat Rogers 2.32 with Betfair
Osorio has a couple of matches under her belt here after beating  Bucsa and Watson in qualifying. Rogers yet to play on grass and hasn't won a match for two months since beating Bogdan in Madrid. Osorio can hopefully expose Rogers' movement on this surface.

Jan-Lennard Struff to beat Albert Ramos at 1.62 with William Hill
Ramos hasn't won a match in ages, and, while the return to clay should help, Struff did rather well in the qualifiers here, and should be primed to win this as well. Beating Varillas and Ruusuvuori is no easy feat, and he should be fitter than Ramos these days as well.

Yosuke Watanuki to beat Benoit Paire at 1.70 with Unibet
Going for one men's today, let's hope it won't turn the record around! Watanuki has improved since his first match here, and he beat Paire quite handily not that long ago. Paire showed his better side against Kokkinakis, but I think he still should be a bigger underdog against opponents that can frustrate him in various ways, and I think there's every chance he'll return to his usual side today.

Alexei Popyrin to beat Marcos Giron at 1.80 with William Hill
While Giron struggled to get past the aging force that Gasquet is nowadays, Popyrin beat FAA 2-0, improving his season record to 3-0 in the process. The Aussie has a lot to prove this year and, given his form book, I would really have him at 1.66 here instead of 1.80. Good luck and Happy New Year everyone!

Evans with covid problems, so impossible to like him at this spot and price.

Nikoloz Basilashvili to beat Jenson Brooksby at 2.97 with Pinnacle
Well, Brooksby is good, but he's coming here after a tiring week and Basilashvili always has that upset potential. All about the odds here, Basilashvili at almost 3.00 is hard to pass in this spot.

Swiatek to beat Gauff at 1.44 with bet365
I doubt Iga will have any problems with Gauff. Probably a straight set win, but I'm just gonna go with Iga winning the match.

Caroline Garcia to beat Elisabetta Cocciaretto at 2.04 with Pinnacle
Oh, look, I'm going to have a stab at the WTA for once. Basically, I think the favorite is wrong here. Garcia hasn't played for a while, sure, and she's not that super talent that she was once seen as. That said, her losses so far in this season came against strong opposition and she's been generally very steady in matches she was supposed to win. Cocciaretto has gone down a bit, on the other hand, and she's recorded defeats against the very average Sanders and Dulgheru. The win over Babos was decent, but Babos is having problems of her own.

Daniil Medvedev to beat Christian Garin at 1.83 with Pinnacle
I'll take a repeat, it's almost the same thing, honestly. Garin is somewhat better than Fokina, but his losses against Norrie and Nishikori make one wonder why he's only a small underdog against the world's number three that recovered well against Fokina today.

Ivashka to beat Alexander Zverev at 3.50 with bet365
Ruud to win the ATP Munich at 3.25 with bet365
Ruud plays today against Millman and he's a massive favorite for this match (1.12). Then, he will play against Basilashvili or Gombos (LL) so he will be a big favorite, too. In the Final he will play against Sasha/Ivashka/Krajinovic/Struff.
I also think there's value on Ivashka considering how impressive he has played recently. He destroyed Pedro Martinez and Fokina in Marbella and he even took a set from Rafa in Barcelona after destroying Cressy, Gaio and Griekspoor. I know Sasha plays home and he has won here a couple of times but this is a minor tournament and we know that the motivation is not the same. The negative part with this bet is the number of matches that Ivashka has played in the last month...

Alex Molcan to beat Thiago Seyboth Wild at 1.89 with Pinnacle
I've hated Wild almost every single time I've seen him play so far in this season. Not sure why Molcan isn't the favourite here given that he's made it through the qualifiers. He's improved big time from last year and this could very well be his type of event as well.

I’m going to go countercurrent of the forum . I think Nadal will win easilly the match against Rublev.
Rublev is good player , I had win a lot of match this season indoor , but I didn’t play against top 10 ( just Thiem , Vienne) . Pospisil, Humbert, Sinner , Sonogo , Anderson , Albot ... ok , but today it’s Nadal , and it’s the Master !
I must admit that Nadal was not good recently, but he will solve the problem for win matchs . I’m sure

    Today's parlay @1.90 Unibet

ATP - SINGLES: Gstaad (Switzerland), clay - 1/8-finals
    Moroni M.    -    Sousa J.   Sousa @1.50 Unibet
Sousa clay 2019 - 8/19. Moroni clay 2019 - 18/32. Even if Moroni has better statistics for 2019, he played mostly in Challengers and against players out of 100ATP ranking. Sousa, on the other side, played in ATP tournaments against much better players from inside of 100 ATP. According to my expectations, it won't be an easy win for Sousa, but he will take it, being a more qualitative player overall.

ATP - SINGLES: Hamburg (Germany), clay
    Delbonis F. - Zverev A. Zverev @1.27 Unibet
I expect an easy win (probably 2:0) for Zverev because of the next reasons:
more qualitative player according to achievements and ranking plays at home  won Jarry who is a clay court player, so seems motivated Delbonis should be tired, having played 10 matches in last 15 days.
