Chelsea v Liverpool > Sunday 11th November
Lordoftheonionrings replied to Aidymac's topic in Premier League Predictions
Re: Chelsea v Liverpool > Sunday 11th November and most importantly, we are incredibly overreliant on Suarez - without his goals and assists we would be 20th with 2 points. That is such an irrelevant point unless he's not playing which he more than likely is. Man Utd would be in 13th place behind Liverpool without RVP's goals and assists and who is saying Man Utd are over-reliant on RVP . What's the point? Nothing. Chelsea win at evens. -
Chelsea v Manchester United > Oct 28

Re: Chelsea v Manchester United > Oct 28 History often has a habit of repeating itself so its a small bet on 3-3 at 50/1 hills -

Ireland > Airtricity Premier League > 2012
Lordoftheonionrings replied to western skies's topic in Championship Predictions
Re: Ireland > Airtricity Premier League > 2012 Also does anyone else feel that Bohs will be in no mood to do Pats a favor with Pats and Drogs both going for 2nd place. Drogs need a win as a draw would leave them behind Pats on goal difference if Pats beat Cork. Drogs are 7/5 (2.4) with PP and they have lots of motivation and confidence following their win over Sligo. On the flip side Bohs have very little motivation and wont want to do Pats any favors. -
Ireland > Airtricity Premier League > 2012

Re: Ireland > Airtricity Premier League > 2012 Bray haven't much to play for but if Dundalk are basically fielding their 2nd team, the 5/6 available for Bray at Paddypower looks good. -
Everton v Liverpool > Oct 28
Lordoftheonionrings replied to Sir Puntalot's topic in Premier League Predictions
Re: Everton v Liverpool > Oct 28 Everton are now favorites in most places. The loss of Pienaar and Fellaini is massive for Everton though although there is an outside chance that Fellaini will make it. And Aidy if Everton were missing half their team there is no way they should still be favorites. Liverpool have kept their third straight clean sheet and Everton have a fairly poor record in this game. No bet for me. -
Re: Group G > Oct 23 (Barcelona, Benfica, Celtic, Spartak Moscow) Barcelona v Celtic I can't see Celtic scoring in Camp Nou. Although Celtic got a great result in Moscow I can see them returning to type this week. Barca are scoring goals for fun and Celtic generally are dire on the road in Europe. It's a strong possibility that Barca will have close to 80% possession and I can see Celtic shipping quite a few goals. Barca -3 are 6/4 (2.5) with Paddypower which is a decent price. Barca -2 is 4/6 (1.66) Paddypower which I think is close to buying money.

Swansea City v Wigan Athletic > Oct 20
Lordoftheonionrings replied to Sir Puntalot's topic in Premier League Predictions
Re: Swansea City v Wigan Athletic > Oct 20 Really fancy Wigan to win this and a price of 3.75 (11/4) paddypower looks to be one of value bets of the week-end. Last time out Wigan were much the better team at Sunderland and were very unlucky not to win that game, never mind get a draw and instead they end up losing. There are a lot of stories coming out of the Swansea camp of unrest among the squad and unhappiness with Laudrup's methods. Unlike Sunderland's defense though this Swansea defense looks very shaky and look certain to concede at least one every match. Taylor appears to be a massive loss to the confidence of the Swansea defense. Wigan have been playing decent stuff this season and the 11/4 looks good. BBTS 1.66 (4/6) paddypower and over 2.5 1.83 (5/6) paddypower look good also. -
Re: WC > European Qualifiers - October 16th Russia vs Azerbaijan. Russia to win to nil 4/9 (1.44) PaddyPower, seems to be of some value also. In their away game vs Portugal, Azerbaijan did not manage one shot on target and only two shots off target compared to Portugal's 13 shots on target and 12 off target. Russia are also strong in defense and although they may only score two, three of maybe only one I do not think Azerbaijan have enough to trouble the Russian Goal

Re: WC > European Qualifiers - October 16th Hello, First post in here. Faroe Islands +1 11/4 Bet 365 and +2 10/11 Ladbrokes looks to be value. Ireland are a shambles at the moment and look to have lost all faith in Trap. Faroe's on the other hand are becoming a tough nut to crack at home and are steadily improving.
