  1. Im confident Spurs will come good here, they played well against Liverpool and unlucky not to take a point in the end. We also played well previous to that against Red Star, I think Everton will leave themselves exposed and Spurs will take advantage here. Things aren't all good at Everton either, I think Silva is on borrowed time. I think it will be an open match with both sides scoring but Spurs coming away with 3 points, and Son likely to score!
  2. As a Spurs fan, I really cant see much beyond a convincing Liverpool Win this week :(
  3. I watched the Cardiff game, and would agree with your comments, they certainly look to have had the wind knocked out of their sails. I can see Chelsea winning but probably by a very small margin, probably later on in the game as well. *Neves is also suspended
  4. Chelsea look good value away to Wolves at 3/4 feel I'm missing something here? Wolves have had a string of bad results, Chelsea baring the Spurs match have looked solid.
  5. I expect Eriksen back for the match, Paulo Gazzaniga has been superb in his past 3 games I cant see Vorm playing ahead of him.
  6. What are peoples thoughts on Spurs v Barcelona, being a Spurs fan myself I aren't confident, but that said Poch does hold a good record and a dislike for Barca, personally I think its a BTTS, but really cant split them at the moment, might Barcelona under estimate Spurs, where as Spurs will see this is a huge European scalp to take?
  7. From what i am reading online Philadelphia Union have a fairly depleted squad for tonights game against Columbus Crew, Crew are in decent form at the minute, where as Union have started to slip up, most recently loosing to Crew at the weekend. I think I'm going to take Crew DNB at Even Money
  8. There is certainly not a lot of value in a Chelsea win, William Hill have a promo on Hazard to Score Anytime and Chelsea to win 11/10 doesnt seem a bad price, considering the recent form he has been in.
  9. Re: Hull City v Tottenham Hotspur > Saturday February 1st I have taken Spurs to win, we need to bounce back after the City defeat, this will be a big game for Sherwood to prove he can lift them after the Man City game. I have also placed a small stake in Spurs to Win to Nil @ 5/2 with BetVictor, clean sheet is important and Hull havent been scoring a lot recently.
  10. Re: Cardiff City v Arsenal > Saturday November 30th I have also taken Arsenal -1 (8/5 WillHill) Man UTD didn't have an amazing team out, and it was a late equaliser, I think City total under estimated Cardiff and paid the price (as with Sunderland recently). Arsenal have an amazing midfield and think they will just have too much for Cardiff later on in the game. I have also back Ramsey to score and Arsenal to win (1/4 with WillHill) I think playing against his old club may spur him on. Good Luck All
  11. Re: Capital One Cup > 29th / 30th October What are peoples thoughts on Man UTD V Norwich? Surely Moyes can do without an early cup exit, Norwich haven't been great either and could probably do with concentrating on the league rather than the cup. I am considering taking UTD on a -1 Handicap (9/10 with BetVictor). A few UTD players who want to prove their worth a starting place will get an outing, mainly Hernandez who will want to impress. Thoughts please?
  12. Re: Sunderland v Newcastle United > Sunday October 27th I have also take Newcastle Win BTTS - Newcastle put up a great show against Liverpool last time out, and could have won that game! I see there being goals, my only doubt lays with Sunderland - will they bounce back? Or will they continue to falter! I will take my chance on Newcastle to see it through, probably turn out a 2-3.
  13. Re: Crystal Palace v Arsenal > Saturday October 26th I have taken -1 Handicap on Arsenal, despite a tough game mid week I can see them scoring a couple of times, and I feel are unlikely to concede. I really cant imagine that Holloway leaving has boosted morale amongst Palace squad, though I am sure they will look for improvement after the Fulham game. All in All I cant see Arsenal not winning, even if it is a 0-2 or 0-3
  14. Re: La Liga > September 24th - 26th I have taken -2 Handicap @ 6/4 - Atletico are storming the league and should win this comfortably
  15. Re: Carling Cup > September 24th Man City - I have taken Man City @ -2 Handicap, whoever comes in will be keen to prove themselves and should be far to strong for a Wigan team which are more interested in getting back into the Premiership, also City would probably like revenge on them! I have also taken Everton For Away Win, reasoning they are in great shape, Martinez values the cup and they stand a really good chance of going a long way in it. Last Bet Chelsea -1 Handicap against Swindon, Luiz and Mata are likely to play and a similar scenario to Man City, players brought in will want to claim there stake for a place in team. Good Luck All!
  16. Re: Juventus v Celtic > Wed 6th March Under 2.5 - I would total agree with the above, Juventus are likely to absorb Celtic pressure, and not exert themselves anymore than needed, with the knowledge they are 3 away goals up in the tie.
  17. Re: Swansea City v Aston Villa > Tue 1st January I cant see Villa taking much from the Liberty, Man UTD couldnt, and its always been a very tough place for traveling teams. I dont think its the greatest fixture for Villa to come right, especially when they have had two home games to put things right in quick succession. I will be backing Swansea.
  18. Re: West Bromwich Albion v Fulham > Tue 1st January Good thread, As i said the other day Fulham are weak! I back Swansea to beat them on Saturday. They have been weak away from home where as WBA have been really good all season despite the odd blip. I will be taking a WBA win @ evens
  19. Re: Fulham v Swansea City > Sat 29th December I watched Spurs play Swansea @ WHL, Swansea werent by any stretch a bad team, I would tend to fancy them against Fulham, Swansea have had some great results of recent, picking up points against Man UTD and also a good result against Arsenal. Fulham are likely to concede at home too.
