  1. Man Utd-Man City is an interesting game. For some reason I don't see Manchester United win this one. Manchester City have a lot of speed upfront, therefore I don't see Manchester United play far from their own goal since they have a complete lack of speed at the back. On the other hand Zlatan is the best on the opponents half. Because I think United will play defensively, with no space behind their last line, it will be a problem for Zlatan to because dangerous. Manchester City do have to technical ability to find each other against a defensive opponent and become dangerous. I will play Man Ci
  2. AZ Alkmaar will win for sure. I would even bet them with -1 handicap. We have a full squad with no injuries or suspencions. Only important player we lost during this transferwindow is Vincent Janssen to Tottenham. That is a big loss, but his replacement already scores a lot of goals and the rest of the team is intact. With Ron Vlaar at the back we hardly conceded a goal in the pre-season. Also Markus Henriksen is back and playing. No real reason to doubt about a victory.
  3. Any tips on Crystal Palace? I see that Cabaye is doubtful. Any news on that already? I was going to bet on Palace but I'm not sure looking at the odds and the injuries.
  4. Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday December 11th Copenhagen is done but Torino still needs a win to secure qualification and to go for first place. A Torino win is valued at 2.15 at unitbet Lille can still qualify if they beat Wolfsburg, Wolfsburg only need a draw but are on a great streak and valued at 2.20 for a win. Young Boys and Sparta Praha both can both qualify and even take 1st place in the group. Praha doesnt need a win though but Young Boys have the home advantage and are valued at 2.45 for a win. Rio Ave is done with only one point so far and Aalborg need a win to be sure
  5. Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday December 11th Lot of games with little to nothing at stake. Always dangerous to bet on those. There are a couple of interesting games with decent value in them: Copenhagen-Torino Lille-Wolfsburg Young Boys-Sparta Praha Rio Ave-Aalborg Dnipro-St Etienne Any news on those games?
  6. Re: Juventus v Atlético de Madrid > Tuesday December 9th It all depends on what Simeone is going to do tonight. Main difference between the two is that Atletico already qualified and Juve isn't. So what does that mean for Atletico? Are they going to rest players from the regular starting line-up? Is there any news on that already? There is a risk that they lose the first place position if Juve wins tonight. On the other hand, a team will always approach a match differently if they know they're already qualified.
  7. Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday November 27th Feyenoord-Sevilla: I would go for Sevilla in this match. Feyenoord has a pretty decent record at home but it isn't really convincing in Europa. Last match against Reijka the completely outplayed them in the first half but the math could've easily ended in a draw in the end. It's a really young and inexperienced scout, especially at the back. In the league the hardly concede any, but I see Sevilla as a different level opponent. Upfront Feyenoord doesn't score that easily. Only thing that concerns me here is the poor form from Sevilla.
  8. Re: Paris Saint-Germain v Ajax > Tuesday November 25th Fresh from the press: Ajax will be playing with Denswil and Van der Hoorn as central defenders. Regular center backs Moisander and Veltman will not play. Veltman is suspended for this game and Moisander is one yellow card away from being suspended. Coach De Boer doesn't want to risk missing Moisander in the last game again Nicosia at home were they can secure the 3rd place. Van der Hoorn is horrible. Making terrible rooky mistakes everytime he's playing. Comitting fouls and giving away goals happen very regurarly to him. Denswil is
  9. Re: Ajax v FC Barcelona > Wednesday November 5th Ajax won 4-0 last weekend against the poorest team in the league. Also the score was only 1-0 till the 60th minute and then Dordrecht got an unfair red card. After that Ajax scored three more times so don't let that fool you. Under normal circumstances Ajax should lose by 3 or 4 goal difference. The thing is that Barcelona had a chance to do that at Nou Camp alteady but put the foot off the gas after the 2-0 because El Clasico was waiting the weekend after. If they give their full for 90 minutes Ajax don't have a chance at all. Barcelona -
  10. Re: Zenit Saint-Petersburg v Borussia Dortmund > Tuesday February 25th Could be, but did you see the games? Last 2 games they were struggelin and against Hamburg they were so poor. Given the information that Lewandoski is doubtfull and Bender is out for 10 weeks is telling me that Dortmund will settle for a draw. Edit: Any news on the weather/pitch conditions for this match?
  11. Re: Zenit Saint-Petersburg v Borussia Dortmund > Tuesday February 25th I will go for a draw for this one. Zenit played a terrible group stage but didn't loose against Porto and Atletico Madrid. Dortmund on the other hand is in terrible form and has a couple of injuries, I think they will settle for anything but a loss here and then finish it in the Westfalen-stadium. Especially when you're looking at the value of the results, I think 3.60 for a draw @unibet is a pretty good bet.
  12. Re: Europa League > Thursday February 20th Thanks for the additional information. I must add something to your story though, Ajax isn't that impressive in the forward area. Their strongest area's are defense (including goalkeeper) and midfield. Upfront they lack a player who is able to score 20 goals in the League, and in the Dutch League that is pathetic. They don't have a clear striker and their wingers (Bojan and Fischer) fail to impress. At the moment Schone is playing as one of the wingers and he's an ok player, but not someone that will score a lot of goals. Their main goal sco
  13. Re: Europa League > Thursday February 20th Huh.. Swansea have conceded one goal in their last four, but failed to score in their last 2, loosing them both by 1-0. How can you loose the last two games by 1-0 and still only concede one goal in the last four games?
