  1. Who is the best tipster on this board or just in general?.. Thanks in advance. Cheers.
  2. Re: Becoming A Winning Player It's strange how one who keeps detailed records at his business would NOT do the same with the financial transactions of wagering. No different as one has not idea of their success without feedback. I think that is because many punters really do not want to know how bad it is or, on the slightly more positive side, how good it isn't. Yes, I am clearly ahead for this year. I think I am ahead for this year. I think I am behind for this year. No, I am behind for this year. I believe that one of the keys to success at the races is "continual improvement." This demands that one have a benchmark to know that what they are doing is an improvement over what they were doing. Without the records you speak of thisis impossible. One problem that non-winners face is that anything that does not work is cast aside as soon as possible so that they may try something else. There is no continuity. It is the continuity, the incremental improvement, that generally leads them to the winner's side.

  5. Re: Becoming A Winning Player Thanks for a most meaningful post. I keep telling people that the most important element of success is belief, that you can't win without it. Yes, yes, I know... you have to have a winning strategy... but without belief, without expectation of a positive outcome, the winning approach just never seems to... come to anything.
  6. Hi mates, If you are already a winning player, I ask that you consider sharing whatever hints, tips, tricks, secrets, or ideas that you may have at your disposal. I respectfully request that posters in this thread refrain from telling us why it is impossible to win in the long run, why it is impossible to be a professional, why nobody should want to be a professional why this poster must be lying because that can never work... etc. Best Regards
  7. The YORK is ideal for the powerful galloper. Handicaps C&D winners. Non-Handicaps Winners and placed at Newmarket go on to win here. Best Regards.

  13. Re: progressing or improving I back only progressing or improving horses to win race .. .. in 5-6F only 3 YOLD. in 7-8F only 4YOLD. in 10-12F only 5 YOLD. I create shortlisted Horses to Follow according to above companies .. .. So, I do wrong identify horses as progressing or improving .. .. I want to discuss this things. The subject is very important. . .. Because, it is well-known fact that many race won by progressing or improving horses ( The opposite may also true ) .. .. So, the list must be updated for every season .. .. The problem is that "how to identify progressing or improving horses?" .. .. There is more than one way of looking at this problem and suggest a solution. Best Regards.
