  1. Re: Olympiacos v Manchester United > Tuesday February 25th

Their worst display in the CL for sure. They delivered me great profit so far in europe but this was just terrible... Really annoying to see they didnt even look for that decisive away goal. No pressure at all like wtf? Moyes out pls and sort this team out. No logics at all' date=' too many rotations, over paid wannabee stars. They should start with reward bonusses for a good display instead of paying 300k a week LOL?![/quote'] Just a few things....Dont think any uk team have scored this round, including the europa. Far to much is made of the premier league is the best in the world. As for the Rooney money with Utd having 10 days off, Rooney should be tailing roughly half a million for scratching his balls over this little holiday :ok
  2. Re: Ligue 1 Orange > February 11th - 16th

Hat off to you Meaty for admittiing that everyone has a bad day. What most people don't seem to realse that you're under great pressure. But you don't have to do this only to please the masses' date='which in my opinion are so fucking disgrtateful.Once you have a lossing bet and you can't see any of these morons, everybody hides somewhere for what reason even the bloody wankers can't tell you.The best thing they can do is to press button Thanks, even though they don't know for what reason they press it..Probably to show you see I follow your bet and Ia mn not among those losser which I am supposed to be.Because I have a brains to push that button that makes me important ,and I know what are I am doing.Bot none of the the appears when the things go wrong.[/quote'] Not sure about your post, from what I see from time to time on here, most are more than grateful for meatmans input into this site regarding the french leagues. I personally enjoy reading his thoughts regarding matches, which I can make an evaluation to which way I would wish to go after reading his posts. I tend to stay clear of these leagues, but if I was tempted to have a flutter I would make sure I had a read of meatmans opinion on the match. You will always have a few who probably lump on certain bets, then just post angry comments because they fail to realize that its there own fault for any losses.
  3. Re: Ligue 1 Orange > February 11th - 16th

Can't win em all' date=' meatman! Your luck will change I'm sure, just keep up the good work. One question for you meatman : Don't you think that odds on Rennes are must take and maybe bet of the year ?[/quote'] Just curious as to why you would think Rennes are the bet of the year? Rennes have won 2 matches away from home from 12 matches, and only scored 11 in 12 away matches, Auxerre lost one match at home from 11, scored 19 at home and conceded 7.
  4. Re: Ligue 1 Orange > February 11th - 16th

You and nobody else for that matter... I think Toulouse was amongst the most backed teams, besides Fiora last night in my home town. Everybody was loading the slips with Toulouse and also -1... So this is why I in particulary absolutely hate french club football on the 3-way markets or handicaps. Massive massive underperfomers only rivaled by the turkish and russian football clubs. I can name at least 10 heavy favourites who got creamed by a totaly "laughable" opposition. And thats one of the aspects of french club football, a few consistent players and some cashed out stars... otherwise packed with seriously challenged football players, who end up sabotaging their team when it matters the most. So I will again point out that for me and my betting Ligue 1 and 2 are only observed through goal markets with really nice value. With such absurd results as french football has been producing in last few seasons its the only way for me to avoid losses and maybe count in a few dimes..
Good post......French football I would say is possibly the worst leagues for making strong predictions, I will gamble on most things, but through many years of watching results from these Leagues I refuse to place a sausage on anything in these leagues. Personally my opinion on these teams are they just go out to play football, if a goal comes early through luck then fair enough, but in general they cigar smoking ******** tend to just play proper football in the last 10mins if its still 0-0, so your really betting on a 10 min match in my opinion. Easily the best leagues for donating to bookmakers on a regular basis. Apart from about 2 teams the results are very unpredictable, my only advice for these leagues is stay clear, or just back unders for every match.
  5. Re: Sporting vs. Porto (Pick:Sporting) Does anyone have any insight into the two matches today Belenenses, Benfica. reason for the question, was just looking at the enhanced odds advertised by bookmakers on here. Benfica, Belenenses, and Rangers -1 which looks tempting @ 4/1. Looking at the both portuguese matches, I would think Benfica had the harder match of the two. Normally these big teams in Portugal do the business home and away, but not sure about how they take these type matches.

  6. Re: Greece Super League 2013/2014

I saw that earlier today and thought the odds were wrong. Aris have picked up the last few weeks and PAS aren't a top team. Maybe that's the reason?
Odds may have been wrong this morning, but doesn't explain why they go fav away from home with a flood of money nearer the off. Something very fishy on a mickey mouse league.
  7. Re: Ligue 1 Orange > December 20th - 22nd

Just been browsing betfair for a few flutters for today' date=' and noticed on one of the adverts that Monaco have only won one of the last 9 meetings against Valenciennes. Now I dont bet in these leagues, and just thought I would put this up. I do understand that Monaco have invested a lot in their team, and this may not be of any relevance to the match tonight, but just thought I would put this out there, just to give a little room for thought, before blindly ripping into what looks a solid home win.[/quote'] Monaco have now only won one in 10 now, hopefully managed to dissuade a few from ripping into what looked a good thing. Well done scotty657

  9. Re: Olympiacos v Manchester United > TBD A lay of Man Utd is my bet for this match, as I see no reason why Olympiakos will be any worse off when the match is eventually played. They are well clear in their league, and could possibly rest their star players nearer the game, whereas Man Utd will have hard matches in the league. The match just before this will be away to Palace who you would think will be still struggling but will be up for this match, the match after Olympiakos will be Man City, which will obviously be in their minds with it being the big manchester derby. So all things considered a lay off Man Utd should be a decent bet, as they will assume a draw away should see them through. Don't think you will get the price which is at the top of this thread.

  10. Re: FC Bayern München v Manchester City > Tuesday December 10th Didn't watch this match on tv, so will have to watch highlights tonight to see the interview. I have taken this from another site, as its hard to believe if true. Here is the bit from the other site............That manager bloke just said he got Aguero to warm up so that if they went 4-2 up he could come on. He then said that at 3-2 they needed two more goals to win the group. shocked.gif That total incompetency will backfire bigtime when they get Barca or Real Madrid in the next round...

  11. Re: Netherlands Jupiler League 2013/2014

Cheers Jase for taking part in the analysis, by trying to convince you I also convinced myself to stake a little more and I like beating those tricky mondays ;) Hope you made some money out of it. On to the next one :hope
Very good post Ziener......I normally only have a flutter on the Premiership, but your post persuaded me to have a little tickle on a game I had not a clue about. Layed PSV at start, then layed them again after they went 1 up within minutes, I maybe should have went for the win after they went a goal down, as the post deserved a little more conviction from my part. Cheers Dave
  12. Re: Ligue 1 Orange > November 29th - December 1st

Meatman' date=' i want to thank you for your great picks! Amazing record this weekend, i followed you on Marseille, Lorient and Bastia, so thank you for everything. But what do you think of Metz tonight?[/quote'] That's what I call a quality post........... Thanking Meatman for his previews on the matches, and offering some of the profit gained from this to a charity of Meatman's choice............NO..........I read the last bit incorrectly...... what do you think of Metz tonght? :rollin
